When I arrived, the massage therapist does not really speak English but she was ready with her language app to translate my comments or inquiries. She was super smart (the app was too! ) and did a wonderful massage to rid of my pain on my back. Got the an hour massage for $60, plus tip. Pretty reasonable for me. And the result was priceless. Make sure you tip the ladies for all their hard work and great service. Also, not sure if it's the owner or manager but a sweet Asian lady greets you at the front counter. I think she was also caught off guard I knew her language but none the less she was very nice and friendly to me and my gf. Thank you LV MS we appreciate you for getting all those knots out of us haha after a long work week. Sorry no pictures we were tired and after we felt so relaxed, make sure you hydrate after and rest.

Recently went here with a group and we booked one couples massage plus two individual sessions. We…read moreall got a mix of Swedish and deep tissue, and two of us added hot stone and foot massage while the other added stretch session, so everyone ended up having slightly different experiences. Personally, I had a pretty good experience. The combination of Swedish and deep tissue was nice and had good pressure, which I was okay with. I also really liked the hot stone, and they even included some head massage, which I enjoyed. I would've liked a little more time on the foot massage, but overall it was relaxing and worth it. My only complaint was the face rest on the table felt a little sticky, which made me question if it had been cleaned properly. The rest of my group had mixed experiences. One of my friends didn't really enjoy hers because it seemed like her masseuse wasn't very experienced. She had to keep asking for more pressure, and the lower body was almost skipped because most of the focus stayed on the upper body. She left pretty disappointed. She didn't get any stretch that she requested for and even the upper body massage was very disappointing. My other friend also didn't have the best experience either so I do think it really depends on who you get. Out of the four of us, two would rate it a 4/5, one would rate it a 3/5, and one would rate it a 2/5. Overall, I'd say the place has potential, but your experience can vary a lot depending on the therapist. Definitely communicate what you want before/during the massage.

However this last visit I would rate 1 star and this is the one I'm going to speak of. This will explain what I mean when I say an "elevated foot spa". I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. I booked it same day and they said they had availability. When we got there, they said it would be 10 mins which was past the appt time but Offered us champagne and chocolate. They put us in a room where we were together. About 15 mins into my massage? The woman that was massaging me took a phone call- while she was massaging me. Apparently she was the receptionist. And then she left the room to look at the schedule for the person who was calling. So that was very annoying- During our couples massage!!!. So not only did that happen once but then a little more than half way thru- someone knocked on the door and she opened it (while my husband and I were half naked on the tables) and had a conversation with someone. Another woman came in and started massaging me- she was different and actually soooo much better! But then about 5 mins later- the receptionist woman returned, they switched and it was awful again. I offer a lot of grace typically but this was not what we wanted nor paid for. I left pretty upset but didn't say anything because the language barrier was too much. I used to come here once a month and understood that I got what I paid for... but I think I'm done this time. $280 later and I'm bent out of shape not relaxed. I get bad knots in my shoulders from how I sleep, stress, etc and if I don't get them worked out, they will give me a debilitating tension headache. On their website, they have an offer for $10 off if you call and schedule an appointment, so I called and made an appointment. When I got there, I was the only person there and had to wait a couple of minutes before being greeted. Also, one of the first things I noticed was a sign that said 'Tips appreciated (at least 24%)' I explained that I needed 30 minutes on my shoulder because of knots that cause me terrible headaches. She seemed like she understood and took me back. They have an open room with multiple tables. She told me to remove my bra and top and lay down, and pulled another towel 'for privacy'. I thought it was odd to have to undress in the open, but I just wanted my pain to go away. As she started to massage, she rubbed me down underneath hot towels, then did hot stones, brief massage across shoulders and back, massaged & stretched my legs then finished with maybe 10 minutes of foot reflexology. I knew already that there was no way my knots were gone, since I barely felt her go over any - she just focused on my 'circulation problem'. Pricing: They have 30 min reflexology on one area for $30, 30 min massage for $45, or VIP for $60. I had anticipated the $30 for one area because I specifically asked for her to focus on my shoulder, however I figured they would try to charge $45, so I would ask to use the $10 off online offer for calling to schedule the appt. No surprise, she told me it would be $45, I asked if she would take the $10 off. She then told me she really gave me the VIP (which I didn't ask for), so she's giving me a better discount than $10 off. So at the end of the day I end up spending $45 (+tip) for a massage that did not help my shoulder problems. I will be going back to my usual place in fort worth at Beach & Basswood (Moonlight something?) 9 times out of 10, they will get rid of all my knots.
