I told them we needed 2 pedi's, 1 mani and 1 full set. She just answered "you sign in". I asked how long the wait was and she said right now. My daughter and I were seated next to each other in pedicure chairs and 2 women came over and started the process you know do you want a drink and turning the water on . My daughter told the woman the water was too hot and the woman said ok and proceeded to make it hotter. When my daughter told her she said just take your feet out. Then they put a bowl of acetone on my daughters lap which the lady doing the pedicure proceeded to spill as she was moving my daughters legs and the woman doing her nails told my daughter to move the bowl! Her hands were in the bowl how was she supposed to love it?!? After painting my daughter's nails the woman RUDELY told her to not touch her nails. My daughter's nails were smudged so why did it matter if she touched them? What she might have made them look better?? When doing our pedicures instead of the foam toe separators they had paper towels they tore up. A woman put my hands in acetone and walked away. I looked over after at least 20 minutes with my hands in acetone and realized she was doing someone else's nails. My pedicure was almost over so I took my hands out because it can't be safe to have your hands in that for that long. After at least 20 more minutes and my daughter being absolutely done I was told to move to a hand station. Another woman started my nails. She is the queen of rude and acted bothered and made sure to interrupt me if I asked a question or had a concern. She also would just tap me and point, not talk when doing my nails. The store is dark and they are obviously having money problems from the lack of staff and product. I expressed a concern about my hands and the acetone and again the rude woman said she would clean it off later. When she finally did clean them and told me to go wash my hands she sat another client down where I was sitting with my purse and phone still there. Ofcourse our nails are awful! Please don't go here. I wouldn't go back even if you paid me!

The pedicure itself was good, but the service was disappointing. The hot towels and paraffin wax were only left on for about two minutes before my 7-minute massage started, which felt rushed compared to other salons. During the massage, I was also repeatedly asked if everything was okay, which made it hard to actually relax. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than customer service. I was not impressed and will not be back. I would rather drive farther for better service elsewhere.

I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long.
