The ladies at this place are very nice, but my issue is the last couple of time I have gone here my gel polish chips in less than a week. It's a little frustrating to pay that kind of money for it to last less than a week. I don't do anything that would make them chip.. I essentially type documents for a living and my nails are short. Expected better experience with new management but might've been worse than before. Had to tell them no to getting Gel X minimum 8 times. Not sure if they're uncomfortable completing regular gel, they would not give me any further info other than pushing me into gel x. Reshaped the acrylic with her finger after it was deformed while under light from her moving the light with my hand in it. Rushed off to next client with no oil or lotion though 4 people sitting waiting for work. Low quality techniques for just a French tip! Employees were nice enough. Don't recommend or plan on being back. Go to diamond nails or make the drive to Decatur. read more

If I could give a zero I would. My daughter's mani/pedi was so rushed and they put on so many thick layers of polish-every single nail had bubbles-looks like trash. Her toes were the same and 2 hours after we left she put on close toes shoes and all the toes look like smudges from the inside of her shoe. 2 hours later this should be dry. My nail look like trash. The guy that did my toes never put top coat on. Said he'd be back and never put any on. I know that regular polish doesn't last long but we should've been able to go to a wedding the same day and have our nails look good. I don't want gel or dip as the last time my nail bed got drilled too deep. Never coming back here. read more

Was very fast and I loved my results! The person doing my nails personal made a yin Yang and it was beautiful. I was allowed to sit in the massage chair and get a massage while I waited for my mom. this was the worst manicure I have ever had. I purchased a special manicure that included protein nail therapy and a neck shoulder massage. I kept asking about the nail therapy and was told it was the lotion they were rubbing on me. HMMM. then for the neck and shoulder massage, the woman rubbed my temples then started hitting me on the head. Literally hitting me on the head. the staff was laughing other customers were watching. NO one stopped her and of course she did not understand english so my words did nothing. then she told me I have nice hair. When I paid I complained again about the manicure not having protein therapy and the owner said they don't have that anymore. But they are still selling it at a higher rate and letting manicurist hit the customers. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I came here back in June to have my dip nails taken off. The lady ground my nails down to nothing; they were paper-thin and it was so painful. To top it off, she used the most course nail file she could find to shape what was left of my nails and she ended up just tearing them apart. It's like she had no idea what she was doing and I was so upset when I left! The next day, splinter hemorrhages appeared on every nail because of the trauma they endured. I decided I would never put my nails through that ever again. Today, I went in just to get a French manicure painted on because my nails are finally long, thick, and healthy (FYI my French manicures would make you think I was blind and had Parkinson's‍). The lady who did my nails today is the same one who destroyed my nails a few months ago, but I figured painting on plain ol' nail polish would be a pretty simple job...... She took a file to my nails (even though I shaped them beforehand) but ended up just dragging the file across the tip of each nail 2 or 3 times- enough to make them jagged AF so they keep getting caught on everything I touch. Then, she painted 2 layers of white polish onto my nail tips and I could see bubbles in the polish immediately. While she was using a brush and acetone to shape the French tips, I could see spots where the polish didn't even make it to the edge of the nail. Just as she was about to apply the top coat, a customer walked in and another employee basically told my lady to hurry up, so she sloppily slapped on half a layer of top coat to each nail and ushered me over the dryer. There were spots all over that didn't even get any top coat Normally, I would've just gone home and taken care of the top coat myself, but the lady at the counter wanted $12 for the sub-par paint job...so I showed her my nails. She looked at my nails like I was just being dramatic and ended up fixing the top coat, but she looked pissed the entire time. So, long story short, I won't ever go back to this place. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I decided to try them since they are close. I went in for am manicure & pedicure... The pedicure has hot stone massage... The stones were not hot & there was no massage with them. She touched the stones to the bottom of my feet & held it there for a few seconds. My nails were mot shaped or trimmed. The polish looks a 2 yr old it, all over my skin. The manicure was just as bad. My cuticle are all cut up & raggedy. Nails were mot shaped or filed & finger nail polish all over my fingers. When I tried to get the lady to fix them she acted like she didn't know what I said & walked off to her next victim... I will never return! read more

The staff is friendly, I'll give them that. The cleanliness off the place is not great. There was old, dirty acrylic nails on the stations. Nail clippings we're all over the stations and floor. I witnessed my nail technician after my appointment, take the nail polish remover that my hands soaked in and poured it back into the bottle. So they are re-using nail polish remover after peoples hands have been in it. It looks like the floors have not been swept or mopped ever. It is just not a clean place. I would expect that when you make an appointment, the appointment is taken before the walk-in. I showed up for a my 3pm appointment and a group of 3 walked in right before me. There was already 2 people sitting waiting and all chairs full. They seated the 2 waiting and the group, with no available nail techs. I waited 30 mins before leaving. Seems like the owner overbooks with no regard to customer service. Wish I could support local, but I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience for nails. Pedicure was good, that is the ONLY reason for 2 stars. I have been getting my nails done for years but decided to try this place because it is close to my work. Asked for very pale pink dip color over natural nail with tip in almond shape. The girl who did my nails made the dip really thick, I told her in the beginning, but reminded her I like my nails thin. She told me it was because my nails were so short ...except thats what the tips are for obviously! Then she proceeded to file like a mad woman on the sides of my nails so much that you could see the sides of my natural nail on every finger. I pointed this out and honestly I dont think she understood me. She spoke in another language to another employee and STILL continued to file away. I left with really thick nails that looked like I was due for a fill. I can be a little particular so I paid and left. It bothered me all week. A week later I came back and showed the owners wife how it looked like weeks since I had my nails done. She gave me the same lady who said it was because I chose the light pink ‍ She very roughly grabbed at my hands to inspect my nails and asked me to pick a different color. I should have run away fast at this point but was honestly hoping for a fix and not to have to pay all over again somewhere else for what usually lasts me about 3 weeks. I complied and picked a soft brown and asked for it matte. She left the base layer of pale pink and added brown...remember I dont like thick nails...and then buffered the tops so much you can see the pink through the brown. I pointed it out and again, its my fault for wanting thin nails...naturally ‍ Needless to say I wont be back. My nails look like I tried to do dip myself for the first time. Called and made an appt for 5 pedicures (3 adults,2 little girls) and confirmed the time and that we could all be done at the same time. A few hours later at the time of our appt, the lady near the front was very rude and acted surprised we had an appt. Also was bothered when we asked if we should pick out a color. Horrible customer service. The ladies who did our nails were nicer but 2 of us had to wait the entire time for the others to be done (which i had confirmed we could all be done at the same time). They clearly were not prepared to handle all of us at once, which is fine but we were told otherwise and would have gone somewhere else had we known. read more

I went to Posh Nails many times the manager Kim who I found to be very rude to customers as they walk in, you just don't feel welcome, I even had to speak to Kim about trying to be nice on the phone and customers coming in. lt each time I went their she was more busy watching her employees and who was going to get the Next customer so they would make money she was unfair with the employees but the main thing is she's too busy to concentrate on her own customers nails and ended up doing a disappointing job. I would come home and realize they weren't rounded correctly I had to end up fixing them up myself. I would continue to go back hoping it would be better, this last time I used her niece Tina to do my nails and Kim the manager was pissed off that I wanted Tina her niece do them and she purposely did a terrible job on my nails. I always gave them a good tips, as well always being friendly, but I could see each time they would get more and more irritated with people, and their employees weren't happy so I'll never go back again I have a new lady that does my nails and takes the time and makes the customer feel at home and it's very clean and sanitary unlike Posh nails the tubs were dirty I watched them clean because I am a person of cleanse I know other people that have been there and posted their pictures of their nails and they were just not worth the money sorry Posh nails you were good but you're not good enough anymore bye-bye. Over priced and the service is horrible.... The location is convenient and the decor was beautiful, but it did not make up for the poor service. A good friend of mine went a few weeks before and warned me not to go, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out for myself.... Long story short I should've listened to my friend. I paid $40 for a basic pedicure (toenails trimmed, and polished... nothing fancy or special) and had to wait almost an hour to get it done, when they told me that the wait would only be only five minutes. You might wonder why I waited an hour instead of leaving sooner... It was because they had my feet soaking and would come by and tell me just a little bit longer... I was trying to be patient and see if it would be worth the wait... It wasn't... My toes looked mediocre and I didn't leave feeling like I just treated myself, I felt ripped off. read more

Three stars because ordinarily I love this place and I am not one to complain at all. But I was extremely disappointed in my last visit. The pedicure that I got was great. No complaints. The gel manicure that I got was not great at all. First of all the guy cut my finger while trimming my cuticles. Okay, you're using sharp instruments, accidents happen, I get it. Second, he completely skipped one of my nails and didn't notice until he was almost finished. Third, he didn't even do what I asked. White tips with glitter top coat. Not complicated. Fourth, it's very poor quality. There are bubbles in the polish. I had to have him go back and re-file all of my nails because the edges were jagged. There's still hang nails and loose skin. Fifth. No hand and arm massage. I am pretty sure that a manicure includes a hand and arm massage. Overall. Extremely disappointed in this visit. And was still charged full price for an already over priced poorly done manicure. read more

My nail tech was Sonny. I got my gel taken off and he reapplied new. He was attentive as I scrutinized and I think it kept him on the ball. He did a good job. HOWEVER, this place is way overpriced which is why I gave it 3 stars. There is nothing extraordinary about the salon or service and I am not sure you would get a consistent mani pedi since I've only been once. It is $10 more than my regular place in Keller that is excellent, but it was convenient. There was a tech there named Ann who looked promising as she did her own nails and toes with plaid design that was gorgeous. Perhaps call and make appt. with either her or Sonny. read more

I did a last minute appointment for myself and my teenage daughter. I had read some bad reviews so I was skeptical but the place I used to go to closed down. I was greeted right away which was a good sign for me. Our wait time was no more than a few minutes. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly conversation. Don't get me wrong I've left here satisfied with my nails many times. However today my 8 year old son went with me and quickly became uncomfortable after he had to use the bathroom. There is a topless photo in the bathroom and not one thing was said to me or him when he went in there. No warning at all. Don't even bother! This place is OVER PRICED and does terrible work! They do not make you feel pampered. They rush you through your pedicure and really do not get all the dead skin off. They didn't even take off the Polish from my daughters toes before they did them. My daughter is 12 and begged me to never take her there again. I am going to totally disagree with these reviews! My daughter, her friend, and myself made a special trip to this salon because of a recommendation by a friend. Yes, they were a bit more expensive than our normal place but not much and it was well worth it! Compared to what we are used to, we felt completely pampered! They offered extra services that we don't normally get for the $20 pedi that our local spa offers. So if you want the cheap run thru like cattle pedi/mani then go somewhere else. If you want to feel like you are getting your money's worth, definitely check out Posh in Haslet! read more

This place is ridiculous. I went in to have my dipped nails soaked off and a manicure without polish. The guy acted like I was wasting his time and was not gentle at all. Their manicure does not consist of lotion or a hand massage, just soak, file the nails, wash and done. My nails look like they have burn scars and they hurt today. He also charged me $20 for the removal!! $20.00!!!! Insane. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are close, never again.
