I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I believe others deserve the full picture before making a decision. I came into this appointment well-prepared: I clearly communicated my goals, shared inspiration photos ahead of time, was upfront about my hair history, and asked thoughtful questions about the process and expected outcome. My goal was to shift to a cooler tone that would help blend gray growth and reduce brassiness. I also asked about cost and was told the result I wanted was achievable. What followed was an extremely aggressive, multi-step chemical process all in one session -- including color remover, lightener applied twice with heat, and toner. The next day, my hair felt severely compromised -- rough, dry, and tangled in a way I've never experienced in over two decades of coloring and lightening my hair. The toner washed out after one wash, leaving my hair warmer than before, which was the opposite of what I had asked for. When I expressed these concerns respectfully and in detail, I was met with defensiveness and deflection. Rather than acknowledging that the outcome didn't align with what was promised, the blame was shifted onto my hair history -- which had already been disclosed and discussed in advance. I wasn't looking for perfection, but I was expecting honesty, professionalism, and a collaborative response if things went wrong. To be clear: this isn't about discrediting years of experience or the quality of products used. It's about the results -- both in outcome and condition -- and how those concerns were handled afterward. I trusted the professional in the room to guide the process safely and to speak up if my hair wasn't responding well. That didn't happen. And I'm now left with hair that is significantly damaged, a color I didn't ask for, and the burden of time, cost, and effort to repair it. This review is not an invitation for debate. Had the best experience. I got the 22'" hand tied extensions by Lauren. My hair was very short and dark brown. She installed my extensions and colored me blonde!! The blend from my natural hair to my extensions is so good you can't even tell they are there.
