This was my second visit to Fancy nails. Both times I have walked in and been accommodated by friendly associates. Although happy with my first visit, I am happier with my second. I feel more time and care was taken. I will return to Fancy Nails and just having moved to Keller, I hope this will become my go to place. read more

I've been going here for years but I think it's time I found a new place. They charged $10 extra dollars for jewels that fell off 3 hours after I left. They didn't even last 24 hours. So I literally just got my nails done and they already look like crap. All the stones on my pedicure are crooked, I could've done a better job. Update every stone fell out in the shower this morning! It hasn't even been 24 hours. Also my daughter got her nails painted and they are all chipped this morning. read more

Had an appointment for pedi mani , arrived on time, waited 15 mins to be placed in foot spa which was cold and without any movement or additives for first 10 mins, there were 3 attendants and 1 other customer in the place when I arrived. 25 mins after I arrived another customer came in and was placed in a spa right away with movement and additives. 30 mins after I arrived another 2 customers came in and were started right away in the foot spas. Finally , I asked how much longer it would be before my pedicure would actually start, also asked how much more time did they anticipated before I would be finished. The staff and the first customer got huffy when I inquired. One of the attendants said, you are retired, you can wait. ( Not quite true). It took 1.5 hrs to get a very basic pedi mani. P.S. all customers that came in after me were offered something to drink, I was not. read more

Love this place. Everytime I come here everyone is so friendly and kind and the way they complete my nail consistently is great! I have been getting my nails done for several years and over many states, Fancy Nails does a far better job on my nails then most places that charge double! Would recommend this place. read more

Mai does my pedicures gently and ensures the water for soaking, the wax, and stones aren't too hot. The Lavender pedicure is my favorite here. The massaging chairs are great. As a diabetic, cleanliness is paramount to me. They use liners in the stainless steel bowls and I've never had a problem with a pedicure here. I also provide my own polish. read more

I have been taking my mother here for years. We go every few months and have had consistent service! Friendly staff- they greet you as soon as you walk in. Timeliness- if you call ahead same day I'm always able to get in when needed even if on the weekends. We will continue to come! read more

The place is ok. And they're actually nice . But they still do whatever they want. I asked for coffin nails and one of them was looking going to other direction. When told the lady she said that nobody would notice. And I had to pay 30 for something that I didn't like. read more

My favorite salon. I love it here and have been going here for several years now. My worst experience was the first time I went, I got acrylics by the owner. I would suggest not having the owner doing your nails he tends to be too rough. He may not be aware of this but his intentions are best. All the other nail techs are amazing and super talented, They always try to make you feel at home. Never feel as though you are being too picky because they will definitely listen! read more

The hunt for the perfect nail salon can be a challenge, and I am blessed to say I have found the one: Fancy Nails is it! Not only are their prices fair but the customer service is incredible. I can be pretty picky when it comes to my nails but they listen and always leave me satisfied. I've recommended 3 friends who now all swear by Fancy Nails as well.
