Hello again ladies. After my too long absence, I am so happy to be coming here again. Was there a couple of months ago for a pedicure. I always spring for the lemongrass on when I can because it's sublime. That's what I did that time and it was just as I remembered. Jenny did my pedicure today. Just as lovely as I remembered her. Amy...Amy is just the best. I developed an allergy to one of the ingredients that are in the dip nails that I'd been doing for years. Gotta love a random adult onset allergy. Anyway, today I asked Amy about the gel builder. That's what my sister does now. I asked if I could pay a little money to have her do it on one finger so I could see if I would have an allergic reaction and she did. It's many hours later and I'm good as gold so far. She said give it 2 week but honestly? I do not want to wait that long I'll be good and wait, I guess. I love that the techs know my name, they ask about my family or updates on things we talked about last time and in addition to being lovely people, they do incredible work. Literal artists in my opinion. Love that there aren't TVs in there. It is so relaxing. I did t do anything fancy with my pedicure today but it looks so great. Can't wait to have Amy or Jenny do my fingernails!! read more

Another glorious experience at Q Spa! I saw Jenny for gel builder nails & pomegranate pedi with gel polish! We changed the shape of my nails this time & had to replace a broken one. She absolutely nailed it. You cannot even tell which one is the fake nail & the shape transition is so good! I hadn't tried this particular pedi before and it did not disappoint! The smell was wonderful and it included hot stones, paraffin and a massage! We did a design on my toes and it's so beautiful! Thank you for another wonderful experience! I'm looking forward to my next appointment! read more

Q Spa Nails - Jenny really outdid herself with this set! The shape and love detail of the nails & the design for the pedi! Top notch!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I had a great experience at Q Spa Nails. The team went out of their way to accommodate a time and day that worked for us all. Jenny gave me my pedicure and Liz my manicure, and they were both phenomenal. Amy and the team all made me feel taken care of, and it was very relaxing! I love that they have Dazzle Dry and they give great massages as part of both services. I will definitely be back again one day soon! Thank you! read more

Hailey, did such an amazing job on my fingers and toes, i absolutely love the quality of work she did. my nails look magical and it's so beautiful i want to cry. the vibe in this salon is so relaxing and calming! definitely coming here again! read more

The first set I got lasted exactly 2 weeks. The second set I got, two nails broke off they same day and the lady said my nails were thin so I was assuming the whole nail would break but it was just not attached to the nail well enough. And it would be reasonable like yeah I get my nails done a lot, but 3 toes had the gel come completely off. I have barely had on shoes or been outside they just didn't do it well enough....definitely felt like they just want to charge you to get fixed read more

Amy is absolutely a pleasure and will work to make sure you leave happy. I'll never go to anyone else! read more

Always a positive experience with Jenny. Enjoy the time spent! Very professional and super friendly.

I booked my appointment with Amy. She was very knowledgeable on which technique worked best for the design I wanted as well as functionality. I got the Gel X manicure with cat eye nail art. Amy is highly skilled in what she does and is honest if there is something she isn't comfortable with doing or if a different technician can do something better. She took the time to take care of me and was so sweet. I noticed that everyone around me were regulars who she knew by name. I will definitely be back! read more

I have never been so warmly greeted in a nail salon! I came in about an hour before closing, after calling to see if they had the bandwidth to get me in. Immediately I was welcomed, comfortable and received great service. I did a manicure and pedicure. 10/10. I'll be back! read more

Super friendly lady host as soon as we showed up for our appointment. They were ready on time to take us. Asked us if we wanted drinks. Awesome pedicure. Daughter's manicure was great too. Nice selection of colors. Salon was super quiet on Thursday during the morning hours, which I love. It's a small salon compared to others I've seen but that's a plus. When I go to the nail shop to relax and unwind a busy shop with a million chairs can be loud and chaotic. This place had private spa type vibes. I am already planning my next trip to the salon when my Mom comes in from out of town. read more

I want to like this place, however the first time I went the guy cut multiple of my cuticles and was just saying "Sorry I know that probably hurts", they charge $2 for a file and buffer that you have to bring back? The second time I went in and asked for a fill of the exact same color, they drilled off basically the entire set just to put the same acrylic back on and then charged me $62, never in my LIFE have I paid anything more than $45 for a FILL!! The owner was the one doing my nails and I had to go home and re file them because they were uneven and chunky and I WISH I had taken a picture of them before I fixed them to my liking. read more

I have been going to this place since 2007 and absolutely love them. The owners are always updating their space and getting new different polishes. they serve you any beverage and take very good care of their clients. Amy is fantastic with anything. Chris is fantastic with pedicures and Liz is my new favorite nail artist. She works hard to help give you the vision you have for design designs on your nails and toes. I wouldn't go any place else. read more

Jenny is the best! Everyone is so nice. I've gone here for years and always great service.

Wonderful staff and beautiful nails every time! I am never disappointed when I leave here.

I came into this salon because it had so many good reviews on Yelp. I have to say it took me a week to write this because I am still baffled by this place. First I must say everyone there was amazing & treats you as if they have known you a long time. All the customers seemed like returning customers & the nail techs seemed to know each of them very well. When I came in I showed 1 lady a picture of what I was wanting to do, she said ok we can get it as close to that as possible. Ok great. She asked if I wanted that on my toes as well, yes please. In matte also? Yes please. Ok she took me back to the pedi station, explained to the girl who would be doing my nails who shook her head in agreement I would assume (they were speaking their native tongue) She started my pedicure. They explained they charge 2.00 for the file & pumice & you keep it & bring back each time otherwise they charge you 5.00. I've never heard of such a thing? When she finished the 1st girl told her it was supposed to be matte, it wasn't. I told it's ok as long as my fingers were. She shook her head yes. We went to the nail station & she started on my nails. I reminded her of the matte before she painted the shiny & she thanked me. Then I showed her my picture. She called the 1st woman back over. I guess she didn't realize she was doing this to my nails also. They collaborated until they got it down & figured it out. The part that really stunned me is it was mediocre at best. My nails didn't look anything like what I asked for and when I went to pay the total was 214.00!! I mean I don't mind paying for a good pedicure/manicure but this by far was no where in the top ten. When I show people my nails then tell them what I paid they laugh. I feel like I was really taken for. I will not be returning to this place but for the people who are members of their monthly club & returning customers they must love. So go check it out yourself ‍ read more

I've been to Q Spa Nails a few times now. I've had a Dazzle Dry manicure twice and recently had a dip manicure and a spa pedicure. I walked in once and made reservations the other times. Each visit was great. I haven't gone to the same person and I loved the way they did my nails each time. Dazzle Dry was new to me and mine lasted about 2 weeks before chipping, which is great. I decided to do the dip manicure for the holidays since I wanted my nails to last longer. I loved the way Anna did my nails! See pic for reference. My pedicure also looks great and they matched the same red color as my nails. The inside is clean, with many nail and pedicure stations. Lots of color options and they also do acrylic and gel x nails. It's bigger inside than you'd expect. I'm glad I found this place after trying many in the area.! read more

Amy did a fantastic job on my nails. She took her time and made sure she wasn't hurting me.

Everything was amazing! The massages for the mani/pedi made me want to nap. They knew everyone by name, they don't rush, you don't feel like they're talking about you. It's worth the wait as everyone was willing to come back once they were full. I'd give this place 100 stars! Jenny who did my mani was sweet and artistic. I the lady who did my pedi was so kind and did an amazing job too! I cannot say enough about this place! I'll be back for sure! Thank you!!! read more

Went in for a cute design posted on their page. The tech got distracted and missed the nail with the different color. This spiraled into a cycle of other mistakes and I was just annoyed that the tech would not listen to me. Wanted a design.. messed up. Asked for silvery glitter, she gave me chunky blue glitter. She covered the glitter with black dip, then the glitter showed thru. I said its fine, but she kept trying to fix it. Asked for the original design on the next hand, she refused and said it'd be "ghetto" then she did NOT put the silvery glitter on. She also kept trying to put a pink nude over the black nail to rectify the original design. what a MESS! Will not be returning. read more

Ok I'm not sure what's going on. It started happening about 8 months ago but you make an appointment and show up and the owner Amy has the nail tech take walk ins when she knows they have an appointment coming in. She then causes you with an appointment to wait 30-45 minutes past your appointment time because she has the tech working on a walk in! It has personally happened to me about 8 times. And i have referred people here and it is happening to them. Just a shame because what's the point of making an appointment? It also shows how she values her customers, loyalty doesn't seem to matter. She will take a walk in and bump your appointment which in turn makes everyone else's appointments late. It will definitely make her start loosing customers even long time customers read more

Jenny and Amy are always so friendly and so an amazing job. Love my nails. It's just a great salon overall

Went earlier today and it was such a nice experience. I believe it was the owner who immediately welcomed me when I walked in and she was so sweet. My Passion Fruit Gel Pedicure did not feel rushed and Liz did a great job of making sure she listened to my preferences and took her time with my service. The salon has a relaxing environment and nice, attentive staff members. read more

This is my 3rd time coming. The 1st time Amy had to fix/repair another nail shop major mess up. They are very professional and skilled in their craft. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound. They make me feel safe and comfortable. Their pedicures are so relaxing. Liza and Loany have both done mine and I had zero complaints. A total relaxing feeling. I get lots of compliments on both nails and feet. read more
