I booked my appointment with Amy. She was very knowledgeable on which technique worked best for the design I wanted as well as functionality. I got the Gel X manicure with cat eye nail art. Amy is highly skilled in what she does and is honest if there is something she isn't comfortable with doing or if a different technician can do something better. I want to like this place, however the first time I went the guy cut multiple of my cuticles and was just saying "Sorry I know that probably hurts", they charge $2 for a file and buffer that you have to bring back? The second time I went in and asked for a fill of the exact same color, they drilled off basically the entire set just to put the same acrylic back on and then charged me $62, never in my LIFE have I paid anything more than $45 for a FILL!! The owner was the one doing my nails and I had to go home and re file them because they were uneven and chunky and I WISH I had taken a picture of them before I fixed them to my liking. read more

Super friendly lady host as soon as we showed up for our appointment. They were ready on time to take us. Asked us if we wanted drinks. Awesome pedicure. Daughter's manicure was great too. Nice selection of colors. Salon was super quiet on Thursday during the morning hours, which I love. It's a small salon compared to others I've seen but that's a plus. When I go to the nail shop to relax and unwind a busy shop with a million chairs can be loud and chaotic. This place had private spa type vibes. Went in for a cute design posted on their page. The tech got distracted and missed the nail with the different color. This spiraled into a cycle of other mistakes and I was just annoyed that the tech would not listen to me. Wanted a design.. messed up. Asked for silvery glitter, she gave me chunky blue glitter. She covered the glitter with black dip, then the glitter showed thru. I said its fine, but she kept trying to fix it. Asked for the original design on the next hand, she refused and said it'd be "ghetto" then she did NOT put the silvery glitter on. She also kept trying to put a pink nude over the black nail to rectify the original design. what a MESS! Will not be returning. read more

I came into this salon because it had so many good reviews on Yelp. I have to say it took me a week to write this because I am still baffled by this place. First I must say everyone there was amazing & treats you as if they have known you a long time. All the customers seemed like returning customers & the nail techs seemed to know each of them very well. When I came in I showed 1 lady a picture of what I was wanting to do, she said ok we can get it as close to that as possible. Ok great. She asked if I wanted that on my toes as well, yes please. In matte also? Yes please. Ok she took me back to the pedi station, explained to the girl who would be doing my nails who shook her head in agreement I would assume (they were speaking their native tongue) She started my pedicure. They explained they charge 2.00 for the file & pumice & you keep it & bring back each time otherwise they charge you 5.00. I've never heard of such a thing? When she finished the 1st girl told her it was supposed to be matte, it wasn't. I told it's ok as long as my fingers were. She shook her head yes. We went to the nail station & she started on my nails. I reminded her of the matte before she painted the shiny & she thanked me. Then I showed her my picture. She called the 1st woman back over. I guess she didn't realize she was doing this to my nails also. They collaborated until they got it down & figured it out. The part that really stunned me is it was mediocre at best. My nails didn't look anything like what I asked for and when I went to pay the total was 214.00!! I mean I don't mind paying for a good pedicure/manicure but this by far was no where in the top ten. When I show people my nails then tell them what I paid they laugh. I feel like I was really taken for. I will not be returning to this place but for the people who are members of their monthly club & returning customers they must love. So go check it out yourself ‍ read more

I've been to Q Spa Nails a few times now. I've had a Dazzle Dry manicure twice and recently had a dip manicure and a spa pedicure. I walked in once and made reservations the other times. Each visit was great. I haven't gone to the same person and I loved the way they did my nails each time. Dazzle Dry was new to me and mine lasted about 2 weeks before chipping, which is great. I decided to do the dip manicure for the holidays since I wanted my nails to last longer. I loved the way Anna did my nails! See pic for reference. My pedicure also looks great and they matched the same red color as my nails. The inside is clean, with many nail and pedicure stations. Lots of color options and they also do acrylic and gel x nails. It's bigger inside than you'd expect. I'm glad I found this place after trying many in the area.! read more

Ok I'm not sure what's going on. It started happening about 8 months ago but you make an appointment and show up and the owner Amy has the nail tech take walk ins when she knows they have an appointment coming in. She then causes you with an appointment to wait 30-45 minutes past your appointment time because she has the tech working on a walk in! It has personally happened to me about 8 times. And i have referred people here and it is happening to them. Just a shame because what's the point of making an appointment? It also shows how she values her customers, loyalty doesn't seem to matter. She will take a walk in and bump your appointment which in turn makes everyone else's appointments late. It will definitely make her start loosing customers even long time customers read more
