I've been a customer for years. There have been small issues here and there. Mostly it's been worked through. But this is the text I just sent my tech: I thought I should let you know, it's just best if I find a new salon. I still can't wear a shoe on my left foot. Some of my nail tips are more opaque than the others. I do feel like you're often rushed. These services are far from cheap!! I don't want to feel like I'm being rushed, or annoying for having difficulty picking a color, and I certainly would like to be able to wear a shoe without pain. I once accidentally tipped 15 cents because I missed hitting the double zero. My tech had the audacity to text me to ask if I'd made the mistake. I agreed I did. Then I was made to feel like I owed her the tip. When she knew I was mad, it became oh don't worry about it. Ummmm, I wasn't until you texted me!! Mind you again I've gone for years and tip well!! EVERYTHING is an upcharge. A simple round nail is an upcharge. Seriously? Am I expected to wear them as they come out of the box? Just over it! read more

It's only been open a little over a week, so it's totally not too busy right now. Lots of parking and near everything you could possibly need. Yes, there's a margarita/drink list. I had the bloody mary, and I can tell they use zing Zang, and it was made to perfection. It's super clean; they take their time with you, and there are so many options. Make sure you check in on Yelp to see what offers they offer and mention your nail tech. Mine was Lan, and she was great. I only did a dip on my real nails, but it was great ! This is our go to for mani pedis. When my parents moved to the Alliance area, my mom and I searched high and low for a place we could meet to get our monthly mani pedis. After trying several locations, we were lucky to find golden nails and spa. Admittedly we've tried just about every pedicure on the menu and our favorite by far is the golden mysticque spa pedicure. We always reserve it for a special occasion like birthdays since it's a longer pedicure. Typically our go to is the organic detox or fresh alo vera. Shoutout to Diamond, she's the best! We love coming here because the staff really takes care of us. They're quick to greet you, help you pick out colors, seat you quickly and offer you a variety of beverages. The wait was not crazy long, but once I was seated I was not offered a drink. The complimentary drinks is one of the reasons I have continuously come back, but today I was overlooked. The manager made sure everyone else had a drink except me, and I was very confused why he was purposefully ignoring me. I felt extremely uncomfortable during my service, my tech was not gentle, I asked for my nails to be cut to a shorter length and was ignored. It was clear she wasn't listening to me. Since the lady was not super friendly, I was too nervous to say anything. Lily worked on my hands, and Linh worked on my feet. The massage, pampering, treatments were phenomenal! My cuticles were trimmed without anyone nipping too much and drawing blood, which was awesome! The location was very clean, the chairs were comfortable, the paraffin was just the right temperature. I had a rejuvenating experience for my body, my soul, and my soles! Paid for an upgraded pedicure to have a deep leg and foot massage but did not include callous remover which they tried to upsell for $5, my pedicure was the sunkissed pedicure for $36 and did not include callous remover. The rates they are charging at this place are now ridiculous but that wasn't my issue. I got a girl who could apparently not speak or comprehend anything I was saying.. I should have left right there. I asked her to cut my nails all the way down, she looks at me and continues to file. I then had to ask the lady next her bc the girl couldn't understand me?? Then she continues to barely rub my legs and feet when I PAID for an upgraded service specifically for this experience. I gave the place a chance by talking to the receptionist who speaks English just fine and her response "ok, I'll talk to her". Come to find out AFTER my nails were done, that they charged $20 extra for gel polish. So I ended up paying $57 even though the front desk person check marked my service ticket at $37. When I spoke to him about the misconception, he said that there's a box that says "add gel $20." When I looked at my ticket, there IS a box that indicates that, but it's listed with the pedicures-- not any where near the prices for new sets for your hands. That's misleading. Either way, I don't like being deceived and I'll be sure to not come back here. Oh, and they assured me they could match the color I wanted and this isn't even close. Review based mainly on 1 technician My mom, myself, and my 2yo daughter had an appt at 12:30 on Wednesday 5/25 for pedi's and mani's. We got there and the receptionist was super helpful in figuring out what we wanted. There was only about 5 people already being worked on. They us quickly and someone started working on my mom's feet, she's was and older woman and super nice. 15 min later a young lady with very long hair started on mine, she was great! My daughter decided she was scared and didn't want anything (it was her 1st visit). We moved to get our hands done after about 30min of pedi time. My mom wanted tips and dipped and got a tall older gentleman with longer hair. He was very attentive and thorough she was happy with his work. About 20 min later my technician (Wendy) came over and started on mine. I wanted french dip with no tips manicure. She was very nice but rushed the ENTIRE time. They were starting to get busy but more technicians were coming in and she just kept looking around and other techs kept coming to her for various things. I was done before my mom and he was already nearly done with 1 whole hand when I was started. She nicked my cuticle in one hand and some of my nails were crooked. Mine were already lifting by the next day. My mom's started cracking 10 days after they were done. Mind you we are not hard on our hands at all so for them not to last at least 2 weeks is surprising. I got a fresh cucumber pedi done by Melissa and I appreciated how attentive she was with my cuticles!! My dip nails were done by Lan and none has broken yet! Don't go here. It's expensive and the quality is poor. I got a pedicure and my nails dipped. When I got home I realized that half of my toes had the color smudged so I had repaint then myself. And then within four days the dip was already chipping off my thumb and the nail eventually broke two days later and the dip was starting to chip off the edges my pointer finger.
