Stopped by on a Friday at 2. Service was quick... only waited about 10 mins. They gave me a drink while I waited. Once the nail tech (kimmy) came to start the service she asked what exactly I wanted. During the whole service she asked questions to make sure it was to my liking. She was very careful and quick. Loved my service and will definately be back read more

My husband and I came here for a "birthday outing" and we had a wonderful time! This was my husband's first pedicure experience and I'm happy that we came here. The facility was clean, organized, and bright. I liked the plants inside and the seating area in the back. I had Dee and she was a delight! I was so happy that she was my nail technician. We had great conversations. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area! read more

Im still processing my trip, yall. I came in as the only person of color, besides staff, for a pedicure and was put in the wonkiest chair ever. like i could barely use it because it shook and tipped over so much. Mind you, i counted at least 10 available chairs. The watered down mimosa didn't help either. The nail tech was great. She was super attentive and friendly...but the person greeting had a bit of an attitude that kind of ruined it for me. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Nail lounge and Spa for 8 years. I come every 3 weeks to a get a dip nail manicure, but in the last 6 months or so this place has gone downhill. The new nail techs are not as skilled or polite as the former employees. I'm not sure if they are under new employment or the owners are just not as present anymore, but either way I am very disappointed and will be changing nail salons. My favorite tech Vivian has sadly left to pursue her dream of owning an amazing Vietnamese restaurant. I have tried new nail techs since she has left and none of them have been anywhere close to as great as her. read more

I love this nail salon. I've been here a total of 3 times and all 3 times was an amazing experience. Mai did my gel manicure, while Jimmy did my pedicure and it was great. I got a basic pedicure, and my toe got infected. It throbs 24/7 and is swollen and puffy. I've never had this problem before. I recently located to TX from TN and was looking for a nail salon I could go to. The reviews for this salon were so high I decided to try it out. I REALLY wanted to like this place. The woman who scheduled my appointment and the two techs who took care of my dip and pedi were pleasant. And I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were for their services (very hard to find these days). Well, after less than a week after my appointment my toenail polish has chipped on every toe, and the filing was jagged and crooked (why can't I find a salon that is able to file the nails straight across and not at a 75-degree angle???). The nail tech who did my dip (she wasn't the original person I was booked with - that tech had a family issue and called out that morning) was (again) pleasant but didn't listen to what I said/how I like my nails shaped. I've lived with the work for 1 week now, and every time I look at my nails and toes, I can't help but be frustrated. I just spent 30 minutes filing and shaping my nails to how I like/wanted them. It's sad to spend so much on a service, only to have to correct it myself. If anyone reading this has any recommendations for a nail salon in the area whose techs will actually listen to what the customer wants and does a great job (nails/paint aren't chipping after a couple of days), please let me know. read more

Went out of my way to come to this salon, the nail tech guy must be new, he seemed lost during the entire time doing my nails. Not complicated; nude color with glittery top coat. Even showed a picture. When he did one layer of the glitter and then proceeded to file it almost all off I commented and asked for an additional coat- his response was " it's good the way it is" ... waited until done to see if it looked any better, NOPE- looked like crappy nail job, and then no massage for the hands. When I went to pay I expressed my concern and the manager or lead tech offered to fixit. She talked about my glitter request to the receptionist and to other tech- it was obvious by her tone she wasn't saying anything nice. When she finished she said "Are you happy NOW???" If you not happy just tell me. I told her it was fine but left after paying feeling disappointed by the way I was spoken to and the attitude that I was wrong because I clearly stated what I wanted and was not given. Customer service was not present today. read more

Super clean and very nice nail salon with a lot of pedicure spa chairs. The customer service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and she was willing to answer any questions I had. Once seated, she offered me a complimentary drink. They offer sodas, alcohol, and water. I did wait a little bit, but I didn't mind. My nail tech didn't talk much, but he did a good job and took his time, patiently telling me to relax every few minutes (). the cheapest pedicure is $41 and I saw some that cost up to $70. You get what you pay for though. The salon is very nice and they take good care of you. I would definitely make the drive regularly to get my feet taken care of and maybe even take advantage of their happy hour and get manicure too! read more

I read through some reviews and went directly to their website to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had an amazing experience. And I don't say that lightly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you walk into a nail salon and feel unwelcome because everyone is so busy and focused on their work. But I truly felt welcome there. I selected "random" on the tech for the pedicure and hit the jackpot! Kayla is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable with everything she did. She always asked if the water temperature was okay, if what she was doing felt good. And she was incredibly detailed clipping, filing, and polishing each toe nail. I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best basic pedicure and nail polish I've ever had. I love that she listened to me and understood that I don't like my toe nails cut too short or left too long. She got them to the perfect length and made sure to ask if I liked it. I would highly recommend her services! The salon is super clean, trendy, bright, and smells nice. You're offered drinks-non alcoholic & alcoholic beverages were available but I went with a cold water. If you're looking for a nail salon that welcomes new customers, focuses on cleanliness and catering to their customers this is the place for you. I will most definitely be back!

Shout out to Lysa Nail Lounge and Spa in Hurst she did amazing nail art on my ugly nails haha. I have been a nail bitter most of my life, been to a lot of different salons but didn't last due to no nail bed ( #nailbitters would know this problem ) experiences nail techs would hate to work on my nails . However, Lysa Nail Lounge and Spa in Hurst managed to make it last up to 6 weeks for me and most important of all she didn't complain about my nails bed like other nail techs when my nails last or don't last. I had Jason for my pedicure and did an amazing job digging in my ingingrownrow toenails, massage was wayyy relaxing and very firm I LOVE IT. I Tried #dipping powder as well but acrylic def work on me better. If you still looking for a #salon that is amazing in customer services, #complimentarydrinks #alcoholbeverage #nailart #design this is Best Salon in Tarrant County or Hurst/Colleyville area. Come check them out and you will be glad :))) Also check out their social media review rating #bestnailsalon #nailart #pedicure #ingrowntoenail #ComplimentaryService read more

I went to this nail salon early this week to get everything done after i saw a bunch of good review thr yelp!! Well i gave it 3 stars cause the guy who did my pedicure, he was really good, take time, concentrate and be super good on the massage! The upset is about my nails, they was extremely uneven color and shape, the lady i forgot to ask her name but she's skinny long and light hair, speak not so much english! She was rushing me so bad and cut me couple time. Well i do my nail long enough to realized when people do fast job and come out pretty or people rushing and come out shitty! She didnt listen to what i want even i told her twice that i wanted my nail not too short. After a week my nail was chipped off badly! This is very first time that i try , and upset cause my experience is not like the other, i may like the pedi but won't come back ! read more

Susie is the one to taking care me, she's so sweet and make sure i feel comfortable and happy whole time, i told her i like hot water then she make sure my water hot all time which it i couldnt have the person like that before. The massage is phenominal and worth every minute!! I'll come back and see her soon. Can't wait!! It's worth to wait!! read more

Here's the good. The salon decord was absolutely beautiful and clean and the atmosphere was calm. The manager was the guy he's so nice and offer me a beverage. I got the pedicure with the skinny lady cathy? or Kathy i dont remember her name , cause i was in rush so i got the $36 pedi , the water kept getting cold it was not really excellent massage than i though when i look at reviewed on Yelp that is make me upset quite a bit.. maybe she got little tired so she always look around than i though she's not into. But based on the review and kinda love the owner with excellent service i think i'll get them another chance ..i'll be back hope it'll better. read more

I wanted to provide an updated review. I do not visit other salons. I have been given the best service and treatment for a long time. I have no reason or desire to try anywhere else! Vivian and Suzie care for me. I know it in how they work with me. See, I have arthritis through hands and feet. Vivian is careful not squeeze fingers and Suzie ensures I do not have toe nails issues to compound the arthritis. I can't speak highly enough of my "family" there. From Vivian and Suzie to Tom who helps at the counter to Hailey and Huy (owners) who greet me warmly when I see them. read more

This is my last stop for any of my spa needs. Haylee does the most relaxing facial. Tony gives an excellent, soothing and invigorating pedicure. Everyone at this establishment is friendly and welcoming and treat you as if you are guests at a party, frequently asking if you need anything or would like a drink or refill on the one they previously provided. Oh, and I forgot to mention, Tony is a massage therapist and works magic with his hands. Always a great experience and different by far from the many other nail salons I've utilized. The very best!! read more

I've been struggling to find a nail salon I truly like, so I was so excited to finally leave feeling satisfied with my nails. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and was assisted by a woman who is often at the front desk. Before we even started, I showed her a photo of my eyebrows from a previous appointment and explained that it was the exact look I wanted. Instead of listening, she immediately told me, "No, you don't want them too thin." That response caught me off guard because they are my eyebrows and the photo I showed her was literally a previous result that I was happy with. Rather than listening to my preferences, she repeatedly told me what she thought I wanted and seemed annoyed whenever I tried to explain otherwise. As I continued trying to communicate the look I was going for, she became visibly frustrated and said, "I'm going to find someone else for you." She then left the room, returned alone, and told me, "You know this is just waxing. This isn't permanent makeup." At that point, I was confused because I thought she was getting someone else who could better assist me. Instead, she expected me to continue the service after dismissing my concerns. When she told me to lay down, I declined. I went to the front, paid, and politely explained that I felt the situation was unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has supported this business , I expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I continued coming to this location was for Kim's pedicures anyways, which have always been great. However, based on today's experience, I can no longer recommend this salon. Customer service starts with listening to the customer, especially when they're clearly explaining what they want. Today, that simply did not happen.
