Stopped by on a Friday at 2. Service was quick... only waited about 10 mins. They gave me a drink while I waited. Once the nail tech (kimmy) came to start the service she asked what exactly I wanted. My husband and I came here for a "birthday outing" and we had a wonderful time! This was my husband's first pedicure experience and I'm happy that we came here. The facility was clean, organized, and bright. I liked the plants inside and the seating area in the back. I had Dee and she was a delight! I was so happy that she was my nail technician. Been going here for years.. but today the pedi was so poor I decided to switch. By the end.. heals were rough, wax was still on me, message was poor, and polish was a mess, and she went to do someone else's nails and i had to put my own shoes on.. never again... sad.... Loved that place read more

Im still processing my trip, yall. I came in as the only person of color, besides staff, for a pedicure and was put in the wonkiest chair ever. like i could barely use it because it shook and tipped over so much. Mind you, i counted at least 10 available chairs. The watered down mimosa didn't help either. The nail tech was great. She was super attentive and friendly...but the person greeting had a bit of an attitude that kind of ruined it for me. read more

2 pedis and 1 mani - all turned out great. Location has lovely live plants as part of the decor. Environment felt clean and well-maintained. Appreciate that the staff was knowledgeable but not pushy. I've had nail techs try to push more expensive services (elsewhere) and that's not a pleasant feeling. Did not experience the upselling headache here, and that was a relief. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Nail lounge and Spa for 8 years. I come every 3 weeks to a get a dip nail manicure, but in the last 6 months or so this place has gone downhill. The new nail techs are not as skilled or polite as the former employees. I'm not sure if they are under new employment or the owners are just not as present anymore, but either way I am very disappointed and will be changing nail salons. My favorite tech Vivian has sadly left to pursue her dream of owning an amazing Vietnamese restaurant. I have tried new nail techs since she has left and none of them have been anywhere close to as great as her. read more

I love this nail salon. I've been here a total of 3 times and all 3 times was an amazing experience. Mai did my gel manicure, while Jimmy did my pedicure and it was great. My nails were everything I asked for and my pedicure was relaxing and clean. They get pretty busy around 4-close and weekends, so if you can I would suggested calling for an appointment instead of doing a walk in. read more

My bridal party of 8 people came in for a scheduled appointment on a Saturday at 9:30 a.m. We called ahead, and the entire staff was ready to go to help us all at the same time. We were in and out in 1.5-2 hours! It was such a lovely, relaxing experience. My wedding nails were perfect, and it was a great way to get mentally ready for my big day! Beautiful space, friendly staff, very attentive to needs! We did family of 4 pedicures, nail repair and called 30 mins ahead of time to make sure there was availability! Went out of my way to come to this salon, the nail tech guy must be new, he seemed lost during the entire time doing my nails. Not complicated; nude color with glittery top coat. Even showed a picture. When he did one layer of the glitter and then proceeded to file it almost all off I commented and asked for an additional coat- his response was " it's good the way it is" ... waited until done to see if it looked any better, NOPE- looked like crappy nail job, and then no massage for the hands. When I went to pay I expressed my concern and the manager or lead tech offered to fixit. She talked about my glitter request to the receptionist and to other tech- it was obvious by her tone she wasn't saying anything nice. When she finished she said "Are you happy NOW???" If you not happy just tell me. I told her it was fine but left after paying feeling disappointed by the way I was spoken to and the attitude that I was wrong because I clearly stated what I wanted and was not given. Customer service was not present today. read more

I recently located to TX from TN and was looking for a nail salon I could go to. The reviews for this salon were so high I decided to try it out. I REALLY wanted to like this place. The woman who scheduled my appointment and the two techs who took care of my dip and pedi were pleasant. And I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were for their services (very hard to find these days). Well, after less than a week after my appointment my toenail polish has chipped on every toe, and the filing was jagged and crooked (why can't I find a salon that is able to file the nails straight across and not at a 75-degree angle???). The nail tech who did my dip (she wasn't the original person I was booked with - that tech had a family issue and called out that morning) was (again) pleasant but didn't listen to what I said/how I like my nails shaped. I've lived with the work for 1 week now, and every time I look at my nails and toes, I can't help but be frustrated. I just spent 30 minutes filing and shaping my nails to how I like/wanted them. It's sad to spend so much on a service, only to have to correct it myself. If anyone reading this has any recommendations for a nail salon in the area whose techs will actually listen to what the customer wants and does a great job (nails/paint aren't chipping after a couple of days), please let me know. read more

Super clean and very nice nail salon with a lot of pedicure spa chairs. The customer service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and she was willing to answer any questions I had. Once seated, she offered me a complimentary drink. They offer sodas, alcohol, and water. I did wait a little bit, but I didn't mind. My nail tech didn't talk much, but he did a good job and took his time, patiently telling me to relax every few minutes (). the cheapest pedicure is $41 and I saw some that cost up to $70. You get what you pay for though. The salon is very nice and they take good care of you. I would definitely make the drive regularly to get my feet taken care of and maybe even take advantage of their happy hour and get manicure too! read more

Ladies, do yourself a favor... BOOK HERE!!! I was absolutely in awe with the service! Suzy is amazing, she stayed extra late for me to get the best treatment and care. Not only do they have amazing management, but everyone there takes gentle care of you. By far the best mani, pedi I've had. Tony is Uber talented and took his time to craft his art! She explained everything in a detailed manner, even though I could see she was busy, but I could tell there were a lot of customers so I didn't ask any followup questions. Anyway, I do the spray tan, and seeing small flecks on my body, I raked my towel across them to even it out. As soon as I did that, I knew I had made a mistake. But when Skylar saw me, she was very proactive and empathetic. She knew I was new to sunless tanning and she bent over backwards to help me get it off and retan. Cameron helped her as well, and they were so kind and thoughtful I really had to write this review. I was mostly satisfied with my tan, but I think practice makes perfect so I'm looking forward to the results of my next sunless tanning treatment that doesn't involve user error. My only request is that tanning packages be a little more transparent so I can know exactly what I'm purchasing (a list or menu would be helpful) and maybe some explanation for why your products are superior to other products. I've worked in skin care industry before; the tanning products are priced at department store price points, and that's no problem, but more knowledge about them and why they are worth the investment wouldn't be a bad thing. Those are my only two little suggestions, other than that, amazing service for an effective product. I got genuine compliments from several coworkers, so we can count it as a success.
