The nail tech did a great job with quality control, customer service and it was a relaxed ambiance. When it came time to pay it was 80 something dollars. I know the full set is set at 45 plus 5 for the French tip. In addition you add 5 for the color, 5 for the shape and 5 for the length. That should be 65 dollars for my nails so I'm not sure what the other $15 was charged for? They will take advantage and scam you the max I should've paid for these small nails was 65. I've been here 3 visits for a mani pedi The last time my manicure slid off my nails the first time I washed my hands. I returned the next day and they repainted my nails at no charge. Today the polish on my fingers never dried ( too Much moisture after the manicure I guess). They re applied another coat of polish and told me to wait 8 min. All the polish wrinkled and slid off when I started moving around after 10 minutes in order to try to pay and get my keys, I asked them just to please take everything off and left. Now that I'm at home even the polish on my toenails is rubbing off my toes rub against anything. The polish is just sliding off of my toenails.! I don't think I'll be back. Came here with my best friend for mani/pedi's today after we were referred there as they sponsor my daughters high school drill team. We were immediately greeted upon entry & were walked through the check-in process. We hardly waited at all prior to being seated in a massage chair and our hot stone pedicures were started. We were served a yummy beverage (mimosa) of our choice during our pedicure which was really nice. Our manicures followed and were done in a timely manner. The salon was very clean. I had an amazing experience here! I moved to the area not long ago and am so glad I gave my neighborhood salon a try. They were so sweet and took their time. Offered complimentary alcohol. Their pedicure was INCREDIBLE. I got the $45 one - well worth it. I felt I got the royal treatment with my pedicure. Wonderful massage and service. To be honest, I don't normally feel relaxed when getting my nails done, but I can actually say I left here feeling better than when I came in. She listened carefully to what I needed and the finished product was great. Since that first time, I requested Angi again and was impressed by her recommendations for nail color and style. Employees all wore masks and gloves, social distanced by over 6ft between customers, and even had a special plexiglass divider I've seen them use. The nail tech was very professional and shaped my nails just as I like. This is a new business that just opened during quarantine, so I can imagine it's not easy on them. Another new nail salon in Bedford, another disappointing experience. This place has been open for roughly 3 weeks and they are offering 20% off all services. Where should I start about my experience, let's start from the beginning shall we? I'm glad to see that the nail shops are back up and open for business. This place like all the others have signs posted all over their door, NO MASK, NO SERVICE. I agree and gladly put my mask on, so why did the customer that came in 15 minutes after me get serviced and she DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON!!?? If you're going to post signs all over your doors to follow the guidelines you need to enforce them! I showed concern to my nail tech and she didn't seem very concerned, basically she just looked at me and said "there's nothing I can do about it I am not the owner". She wasn't very friendly, she rushed through my dip and was very sloppy applying the color. My nails are bumpy and not filed square like I asked. SHE wanted them filed thinner, she thought they "looked better for you". My pedicure was a joke, she didn't understand English at all, big no no in my book. The other technicians had to help her in understanding what I wanted. To sum it up, I won't be back. To many other nail salons in the area.
