I am so glad I came here! Cool vibes all around. I stopped by to get a HORRIBLE nail job (done at another salon nearby) fixed. I had no expectations. I was just hoping they could do SOMETHING to help them not look awful. Angie jumped right in and helped me. She put so much care and time into fixing my nails...it was a night and day difference! Pricing was so reasonable and fair too. In an economy like this, every affordable moment helps. My nails now look SO much better. Now, I can ride them out and then I'll be sure to stop by Billion to get my new set. Thanks, Angie! read more

The nail tech did a great job with quality control, customer service and it was a relaxed ambiance. When it came time to pay it was 80 something dollars. I know the full set is set at 45 plus 5 for the French tip. In addition you add 5 for the color, 5 for the shape and 5 for the length. That should be 65 dollars for my nails so I'm not sure what the other $15 was charged for? They will take advantage and scam you the max I should've paid for these small nails was 65. Don't give these ppl ur money read more

I absolutely love Billion Nail Bar. Whether I go in every two weeks or only every couple of months, the experience is always amazing. The vibe is great, very welcoming, and the staff consistently make me feel valued as a customer. They even remember me by name and know my preferences, which makes every visit feel personal. The technicians are always kind, gentle, and really pay attention to detail. I never feel rushed, and they take pride in making sure everything looks perfect before I leave. This is by far my favorite nail salon in the Metroplex. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing atmosphere! read more

I've been here 3 visits for a mani pedi The last time my manicure slid off my nails the first time I washed my hands. I returned the next day and they repainted my nails at no charge. Today the polish on my fingers never dried ( too Much moisture after the manicure I guess). They re applied another coat of polish and told me to wait 8 min. All the polish wrinkled and slid off when I started moving around after 10 minutes in order to try to pay and get my keys, I asked them just to please take everything off and left. Now that I'm at home even the polish on my toenails is rubbing off my toes rub against anything. The polish is just sliding off of my toenails.! I don't think I'll be back. They're very kind and customer service seems genuine, but something is going wrong with the procedures and I'm not happy at all with the mani pedi read more

I had a great time in here. All the services and drinks are amazing! Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly a top priority at Billion Nail Bar. The equipment is sterilized, and the staff follows rigorous safety protocols, which is very reassuring in today's world. The customer service here is exceptional. The staff is attentive and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire process. I was even offered a complimentary beverage, which added to the overall relaxing experience. read more

Every time I come here I have a great experience, fast, friendly, and they do a beautiful job.

Came here with my best friend for mani/pedi's today after we were referred there as they sponsor my daughters high school drill team. We were immediately greeted upon entry & were walked through the check-in process. We hardly waited at all prior to being seated in a massage chair and our hot stone pedicures were started. We were served a yummy beverage (mimosa) of our choice during our pedicure which was really nice. Our manicures followed and were done in a timely manner. The salon was very clean. And everyone was eager to ensure we were happy customers. The location is easy to get to and their prices are competitive. I'll certainly be coming back. read more

I had an amazing experience here! I moved to the area not long ago and am so glad I gave my neighborhood salon a try. They were so sweet and took their time. Offered complimentary alcohol. Their pedicure was INCREDIBLE. I got the $45 one - well worth it. I felt I got the royal treatment with my pedicure. Wonderful massage and service. To be honest, I don't normally feel relaxed when getting my nails done, but I can actually say I left here feeling better than when I came in. I thought pricing was less expensive than what I've spent at surrounding DFW salons. Can't wait to go back! read more

Asked specifically for certain type of nails....Even showed multiple photos...And this is what I ended up with...SO PISSED...NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE. Everytime I come in its someone different working because of high turnover....Guess it's time to go somewhere else. Full set acrylics, also there were 2 up charges not discussed during service...Definitely not transparent. read more

They just went through management changes and Cami the new manager is the absolute amazing. Super professional, they are really good at what they do. Be aware they are busy on weekends but the wait is worth it. Kim is hands down the best nail tech Iv ever had! She can literally do anything you find online. She makes your set strong, lasts long, with healthy cuticles and the Technique is on point. 10/10 all the way! I've always had a great experience here until one day I left them know I had poor service and I apologized for saying anything I've been back because I've been there since the place opened up but I have to say they took to it so personal and treated me and husband so different they make us wait for ever and they are speaking in tongue they are so unprofessional they are there committee make the customers happy. Times are so different now I hope everyone takes a close look at the customer service that they are receiving. I've been here 5 times but this may have been the last time. I was treated poorly by one of the ladies. The manager had to take over my pedi. Then I received a wax burn on my eye. She put the wax too far down... almost on my eye lid. It was an awful experience and painful burn. I normally wouldn't do this. BUT LET'S NORMALIZE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Welcoming, calm atmosphere, complimentary drink, and a talented nail tech. Employees all wore masks and gloves, social distanced by over 6ft between customers, and even had a special plexiglass divider I've seen them use. The nail tech was very professional and shaped my nails just as I like. This is a new business that just opened during quarantine, so I can imagine it's not easy on them. I was shopping at Albertson's grocery store and saw the "New Management" sign for Billion Nail Bar and decided to try them out. It was great to meet my nail technician, Angi. She listened carefully to what I needed and the finished product was great. Since that first time, I requested Angi again and was impressed by her recommendations for nail color and style. Another new nail salon in Bedford, another disappointing experience. This place has been open for roughly 3 weeks and they are offering 20% off all services. Where should I start about my experience, let's start from the beginning shall we? I'm glad to see that the nail shops are back up and open for business. This place like all the others have signs posted all over their door, NO MASK, NO SERVICE. I agree and gladly put my mask on, so why did the customer that came in 15 minutes after me get serviced and she DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON!!?? If you're going to post signs all over your doors to follow the guidelines you need to enforce them! I showed concern to my nail tech and she didn't seem very concerned, basically she just looked at me and said "there's nothing I can do about it I am not the owner". She wasn't very friendly, she rushed through my dip and was very sloppy applying the color. My nails are bumpy and not filed square like I asked. SHE wanted them filed thinner, she thought they "looked better for you". My pedicure was a joke, she didn't understand English at all, big no no in my book. The other technicians had to help her in understanding what I wanted. To sum it up, I won't be back. To many other nail salons in the area. Save yourself some money and hassle and skip this joint. read more
