Love their service very well recommended! Fast and friendly & there service is always beautiful done

Unbelievably poor customer service, again! The absolute worst. They take advantage of my sister and I'm calling it out. Again. Today, my sister and our younger friend needed a ladies day and I wanted them to get full manis pedi's. They needed pampered. My sister called and scheduled an appointments for 1:00. Our younger friend had to work at 3:00 and so 2 hours should be doable. It is most places! My sister has been coming here for a couple years and tips great! They arrived at 12:45. At 2:15 they still hadn't started on Destiny. A whole hour and half of sitting. I'm getting text from my sister and Destiny they haven't started and Desitiny has to work. Why schedule an appointment at 1:00 if you can't take care of the customers. I get things happen...but a little communication goes a long, long way. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The "lady" that answered the phone was RUDE! She indicated the manager was unavailable and kept asking what the problem was...I tried to explain but was cut off. I asked what the managers name was and she said she doesn't give out that information. I asked who I was speaking too and she indicated she didn't feel comfortable giving out her name. We won't be back. Don't be texting me and profusely apologizing either. You take advantage of people with intellectual disabilities and it needs to be called out. Not the first time but certainly will be the last time. As evident by the pictures look at what a horrible job they did on their feet. 2 people, arrived at 12:45 and left at 4:45. Avoid this place like the plague! read more

I honestly feel bad leaving a review like this because the workers here are always so sweet, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, though, I haven't had the best experiences with the actual quality of my nails, especially considering how expensive the services are. I've been to this salon a few times, and it hasn't just been one bad experience. Each time, I've had issues with the shaping and overall consistency of my nails. I usually get almond-shaped nails with tips, and the shapes, lengths, and thicknesses of my nails are often all different. The biggest issue for me is definitely the shaping. It has honestly been very uneven and not what I expected at all. I'm a very shy person and normally don't speak up when I don't like something, but this time I did tell the nail tech that I didn't like the shape. Unfortunately, nothing was changed, and when I mentioned again that I still wasn't happy with it, it didn't get corrected. Another thing I've noticed is that the product isn't applied all the way down toward my cuticles, so my nails can look grown out almost immediately after leaving the salon, even though I just got them done. It has also only been a few days and some of my nails are already starting to feel loose, and I can see my natural nails along the sides. For the price I'm paying, I really don't think that should be happening so soon. I also feel that the designs could be improved. I only asked for a very simple design this time, and for almond tips with a simple design, I expected to pay around $60 or so. I was honestly shocked when my total came out to $100 BEFORE a tip. I understand that prices can vary depending on the service, but $100 for what I felt were very simple nails seems extremely expensive. For comparison, at another salon I was able to get cat-eye polish, 3D flowers, designs on every finger, and charms for $80. The nail tech there was also constantly checking to make sure I liked the shape and design before continuing. That experience made me realize how much I value the attention to detail and making sure the customer is actually happy with the result. Even the TVs at this salon weren't working during my visit, which isn't a huge issue by itself, but when you're paying $100 for a simple set, you expect the entire experience and quality to feel worth the price. Again, I want to emphasize that the employees I've interacted with have always been very sweet, and I have nothing against them personally. I just don't feel that the quality of the nails matches the prices, and after trying the salon multiple times, I unfortunately don't think I would recommend it or return. I really hope they take this as constructive feedback because I would love to see the quality and attention to detail improve. read more

I decided to deviate from my normal salon to get a mani and pedicure from this location as it was 7 minutes from home. I went in and was greeted right away. It was empty. I was the only client. I should have turned around soon as i saw that there weren't others in this salon. For my pedicure, the lady didn't trim the cuticle she said she buffed them down. So i had her trim them. My manicure was good. About a week later, my feet look like they were never touched and my manicure looks dull. I got gel on both toes and hand. I thought I'd would be changing salons but nope. The staff was nice and eager but the services are sub par. read more

Just left from my visit with Nicole and she is amazing! It has been way too long since I've had my nails done and she was great! Very friendly and attentive to this very picky person. I will definitely be back in a couple weeks for fresh paint and a fill. FYI; she did recommend making your appointment via phone call vs online because of computer/app glitches. read more

I want to start by saying I do not bash lightly. I value people's time and experience. My daughter and I went in at 3:30 for pedicures. We were immediately sat in massage chairs. We waited there while our water got cold for 1 hour before someone came over to start. The lady didn't understand English. Messed up my nails. Had to re-do them and then told me it would be $22 instead of the $10 I was originally told. They only have 1 working light for gel polish so we had to wait for another client to have her nails done before she could finish our nails. I am beyond disappointed with this place and will NEVER go back. It's now 5:30 and we still aren't done. New management? This place sucks and is overpriced for the unacceptable service. If I wasn't a God fearing woman, I would walk out without paying. But I am, so I'm out $150 for the worst mother daughter date ever. read more

This place exceeded my expectations. I will be coming back every-time that I visit Haslet. My spa pedicure from Henry was godsend. Spend the $80 for your personal mental vacation. The money will not matter. Every penny spent was more than worth it! Professionalism, catering to needs, vibes & ambiance are all top tier. I live in NY & this was on my level of customer service and everything g that falls between. Come here or be a fool and waste your time. Henry is the best. Don't waste your time anywhere else. read more

First time getting my nails done in a few years, I asked for the same design as the square nails except for on a almond shaped, and I was not given the same design nor did they add the design on every finger. I wanted the white spiderweb design on every finger but did not get that. My nail tech was very nice and sweet but did not do as I requested. I did have the inspo photo on display for her the entire time. I was also charged extra for the design.. I did not get the Halloween vibes that I was wanting and left feeling very disappointed. read more

When I went on Saturday, I went with my daughter who had a male tech. He was great! Gentle, made her toes look super cute. I had an older lady tech, maybe mid to late 50s. She did a horrible job. She hurt me and when I cried out in pain (which was the first time in a long time) she de-valued my feelings. She never said "sorry" she just laughed and said I can't handle pain. Last time I checked, a pedi isn't supposed to be painful. She's lucky I didn't kick her in the face. She did a shoddy job too. The ambiance was nice, I'd have to say it appeared to be clean but the massage chairs only worked for 10-15 minutes at a time instead of 30 minutes like most places. If I go again, I'll make sure she won't be touching me! read more

I just moved to Texas from California and I've been looking for a good nail salon that can do gel X and nail art. It took me a couple tries, but I finally Found this nail salon in Haslet right off the freeway! I was taken care of by Mimi and Michelle as my nail techs. They meticulously made sure everything was perfect and did not rush the process. This place is now my go to nail spa! I will definitely be back every 2 weeks hehe. I have never made a yelp review but I am hoping this helps one person from making the same mistake as me by spending my money here. The customer service was amazing but the execution of what I asked for verse what I got was not great at all. I ended up going home, filing off the design and redoing it myself. I paid $68 to end up redoing them at home. They also took off the front section of my eyebrow while waxing. My eyebrows don't match at all! Don't recommend! read more

i just moved in the area...and wanted to find place near my home and tis place is only 2 miles away so thought I would give it a try. Not real happy..Diana did my nails she was very pleasant but the quality wasn't very good for a couple of reasons. My gel fill was put on soooo thick..it looks horrible...and when she polished them she didn't touch up the tip or side of the nail and since it was soo thick you could see my natural nail under tip the tip sides..(she didn't fill the entire nail)..Also its been 4 days since I had it done...and already my nail where it curves on the sides has already lifted on three fingers. I sure wish I would have gotten a good fill as they are so close but I don't think I will go back...so trying to find another place and hopefully they will do a better job...:-(( I don't like to complain but I just don't want anyone else to have to deal with this after paying $55 read more

This is the dirtiest careless nail salon I have ever been to. The nail polish is old and crusty. The employees are rude and try to make excuses for their carelessness. These guys are AWESOME. I brought my 4 & 9 yr old granddaughters here and they treated them like royalty

Had a fantastic experience here. I haven't done my nails in quite awhile. These ladies take you in and make you feel like a friend. I had gel coat nails, a pedi and lashes done. The Gel coat nails are awesome. They don't feel fragile and don't hurt my fingers. First time ever for lashes...how fun!! I've had my nails and lashes for 4 days...done on Tuesday before noon and today is Saturday! The lashes scared me at first because I was afraid they looked too bold. But, I'm loving them now. I am so sad and disappointed. This used to be my favorite nail salon and now I will never return. Since the new management sign went up it has been absolutely terrible. To start, it was so dirty. The towels were not clean or the chairs. They rushed and only spent 17 minutes for a full pedicure and full set of dip nails. I have never experienced something like it at any other nail salon. Only two coats of dip instead of the normal three. Did not cut my cuticle, didn't clean under the nail, did round and not square like I asked, and bubbles all in them. The toes are even worse. I asked for my toes to be cut and the man laughed at me in a rude way which confused me. I found out another tech did the same thing to my mom . The massage chair barely works, They did not scrub, massage for time stated, paint is pooling in the cuticle, half toes aren't fully painted, lumpy, and more. The nail techs were so unkind and the work is terrible. I recommend Onyx in presidio! Please do not waste your money here. read more

Horrible nail service. Nail lady dropped the nail book in my pedicure water and NEVER changed it or asked if it was okay. That book is torn, handled by many, and dirty asf. Why would I want my feet to swim in dirty water? That can cause issues, especially with a minor cut. I bring photos each time of the same nail color/style/ size that I want. I asked the lady to put a tip on my big toes, she then proceeded to overlay it with acrylic and filed it down to a small nail size. She said it was because it would look weird if I did it the way I wanted. (IM PAYING FOR WHAT I WANT!!) I then asked her to redo it. She ignored me the first three times and finally said She said she couldn't, more like she didn't want to, until I was persistent. (I'm getting a nail tip because I want it to stick out a little past my toe if I wanted it natural I would've said that) Everytime I come in I'm so disappointed. It's 10 mins down the street and even with NEW MANAGEMENT they still suck. I would advise everyone to go somewhere else, save your money. I paid $77 for this. And my nails weren't even coated fully. So disappointed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLS. read more

We tried the other designs and those ended up not working. Tina was so amazing with me while I was being my indecisive self. She was patient and kept telling me she wants me to walk out happy. During my pedi massage my tech put her phone between my feet and started scroll through her text messages. She continued rubbing with one hand but was very distracted and barely moving here arm up and down. She did this for about half the massage. At one point she rolled her chair away to dig in a cabinet and get her AirPods out to make a call. She did not extend my massage to compensate for the time she was away and distracted and actually ended about a minute early. The polish I picked must have been old and was lumpy. The tech mixed something into the bottle but it still looked lumpy on my nails. I had her redo the worst one but overall it still was not very good. read more

I quit going to this nail salon due to poor customer service, cleanliness, and overpricing. Thought I would give salon one more chance and took my daughters and Granddaughter to get nails done due to "new management" and salon advertised 20% off. My lady seemed very rushed and rude ( seemed inconvenienced- she charged me 48 for dip but -did my nails in 20-25 min. ), same lady did my daughter's nails also and barely said two words. Two of my daughters nails are now very cricked when she finished my daughter said something and lady said my daughters fingers are cricked??? Never have seen my daughters nails done like and she has gotten her nails done many times in the past - so that was a first. My daughter also had the polish come off even though it happened 3 hours after we left! I felt bad for daughter and granddaughter because daughter also has a baby and wanted to make a special day for her and her older daughter ( 4year old). They had my granddaughter sit for two hours and almost forgot her ( which it doesn't take long at all to do a kids manicure). They charged my daughter 96 for a dip and pedicure - and I'm pretty sure they didn't give a 20% discount. My discount wasn't twenty percent either even though I asked for it or had to remind them ( should have been close to $10off and they took off $4). I felt so bad leaving there, horrible experience, and just felt like we were treated poorly and overcharged. read more

They got me in right away, even though they were already taking care of others... My manicure looked perfect... And they were super sweet!

Came in for a mani pedi. Not only was the quality of work terrible, the lady doing my mani had an attitude problem. She didn't like working with shorter nails when I needed a more elegant look. Instead she mocked me repeatedly. I don't care what she likes at the end of the day I'm the customer. The lady doing my pedi got up and left in the middle of the pedicure over ten times!!! Very poor service. I've given this place 3-4 chances. Only once they got it right. I'd rather drive and sit in traffic to a better nail salon then come to this terrible customer service and horrible quality of work. When I got a mani, my nails weren't even the same length!!! The right side is way longer than the left! They are over priced and the WORST job I've ever had done. I also paid $120 for the worst mani and poor service. These people that work here have no idea what customer service is. ITS FILTHY HERE. Trimmed nails all over the floor. At least sweep. Absolutely disgusting. I'm surprised this place is in the business. I think they must've gotten their family to give them reviews because everyone I know doesn't go here! read more

Well.... not the experience I wanted, and this experience lasted just about 2 hours. The sanitation here is BEYOND disgusting. But first of all, I understand it's Covid... and that's WHY I called to make an appointment. I've now been sitting here with my feet in cold water for 25 minutes waiting for a tech. And she didn't even wash her ungloved hands between clients. THERE IS A PANDEMIC GOING ON. Second of all.... The receptionist isn't covering his nose and mouth with a mask. People in the salon are not properly wearing masks. The techs are NOT wearing gloves or face shields. The tools are just sitting out and not in closed and clean containers. WHY WAS I GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT IF THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO AVAILABLE NAIL TECHS?!?! I would have GLADLY sat at home waiting than sat here with my feet in cold water. Also they're REUSING FILES AND PUMICE STONES. SO... make sure you ask for NEW disposable tools. There was condensation INSIDE the "clean" tool pouch. She touched my toes with the nose of the chemical bottles. The pumice stone she tried to use had DEAD SKIN IN IT. This place is NASTY. The nail tech was nice and gave a good massage but I got a gel pedi.. she put lotion before the polish which you're NOT supposed to do because the gel doesn't adhere as well, she flooded my cuticles and the polish job is uneven. I should have asked to see her license but I just wanted to leave... They didn't tell me their credit card machine was broken and i only brought enough cash for tip. So that was a whole other ordeal. I paid in full AND left a tip but will not be returning and do NOT recommend this salon. Do better. read more
