Worst nail experience I've ever had. I made the mistake of trying this place because it was closer to home, but never again. Staff was unfriendly and the manicure was terrible. It seemed rushed although the salon wasn't busy at all. I left with residue all over my cuticles and fingertips. I'm still trying to fix it. I've been coming to this nails salon about 1 year. In the last couple of months management has changed. Prices have increased and unfortunately, my usual tech was not there so someone else did my nails and I was disappointed with my pedicure. I went back this week, on an appointment with my tech and my service was excellent. I love having pedicures by Ms. Joann. The only thing I'm disappointed on is that masks are mandatory. There were two out of the 10 techs doing pedicures without masks. 4 customers didn't have them on. The techs doing nails were working, not using the stations with plexiglass. I mentioned to the host about mask requirements and was very confident his staff uses masks but when I pointed it out, was shocked. The pedicure tech scoffed and went to the back to wear a mask. Once he was done doing that pedicure and went to the next customer, he had removed his mask. Then two more customers didn't wear masks. The chairs weren't wiped down after each person's use nor were the remote controllers of the pedi chairs. The mani stations were not sanitized either. Very disappointed. A friend was with me and is a COVID nurse who was appalled by the lack of attention to sanitation. I won't be going to this salon for a while, regardless of my tech's excellence because I don't want to risk my family nor my self. They did offer complimentary drinks, multiple times, but who'd want to take it when nothing else is sanitized. read more

Been going here for a while, and brought them lots of business. A friend and I went on a Saturday and that was a big mistake. I patiently waited a good 45 min before anyone started on me. The nail techs were rushing around and the one who started my service was rough and made my toe bleed from being rough. Never had that happen before. But again, I could tell she was rushing. She started on my nails and put gel polish but did not file or clean them up. I figured just a bad day. As she was rushing around she tried to carry too much stuff and dropped some blue fingernail polish. It got all over the floor and chairs. When I got home, I noticed it splattered on my Kate Spade purse. I called them and let the gentleman who runs the counter know. He told me to bring my purse so they could see it. I took it in and told them I was hoping they had something that could clean it. They sprayed something directly on it which made a big spot of discoloration. He took me to his computer and pulled up the Kate Spade website and told me to pick one.These are $200 purses. I told him, I don't expect a new purse but maybe just free service of a mani and pedi like the ones I get. He said, thank you so much, accidents happen and we had a deal. He walked me outside and told me thank you again and to call him and make appt for my services. Fast forward to today. I called and reminded him of the deal and he told me what time to come in. I go in and the ladies were expecting me, had my gel polish book ready and had me sit down. The one doing my pedi was rushing around, but I get that they run low staff during wk. I got my regular services of lavender pedi with gel and regular mani with gel. I go to counter because I had planned to leave a tip. The fella who made the deal with me said, I owed 50. I said, why 50 when we had a deal that I would get it for free. He got upset instantly and started raising his voice. Now everyone is looking and I am embarrassed. he said that he did not agree to that and he only said regular mani,pedi no special gel. So I told him, okay I will pay for full service and let's go ahead and order that purse online like you originally offered. He told me my purse was not worth that much and again got frustrated with me and kept walking away from me. And than said the nail tech said my friend dropped the polish not her. He told me I needed to pay and offered to drop another 5 bucks. I was humiliated and grabbed my card and said, okay I will pay full price but you have lost my business and I will be sure to share how you are treating me. He would not take my card and decided to call his boss. He could tell I was upset and wanted to be done with this mess. His boss heard the story and agreed with me. They did not charge me. And he tried to start being kind to me after he caused such a scene. Tried to walk me out and talk to me and I asked him to stop, I am done dealing with him. I am bummed that I have to find new nail place. One that values the customer. read more

So incredibly grateful to this nail spa. I grew out my natural nails and one of them tore halfway... I was devastated at the thought of cutting them, but they were saved! And look incredible I might add! While I was here I got my toes done as well by Huong and she did so well. Really took her time and made sure I loved my toes. I paid a handsome amount to get mani-pedi and opted for gel since the gentleman said it would last 3-4 weeks and regular polish would start chipping after 3-4 days. This was the weekend before my wedding. Now here I am in a sprint to get everything done and notice the polish is cracking and chipping off. I've not even washed many dishes this week to avoid any nail blunders but didn't seem to make a difference. Now I have to figure out when I'll have time to get my nails fixed. Favorite nail spa! Always nice and respectful, and on point for anything you might want. Very trustworthy, there was a woman whom accidentally left a very expensive ring by accident, recovered it a couple days later. There has been some falsely stated reviews recently and here's the deal, some people just don't know how to control their children, that's on the parent not the place of business. A parent, in my opinion should not allow their young child to be banging nail polishes together (which was disturbing other customers) and resulted in one busting on the floor, the owner himself cleaned it up on his hands and knees, at a very busy time of day, while the mother sat there with her nose in the air like it wasn't her problem. Angie is such a joy to talk to while I got a pedicure. She is youthful and full of life. My pedicure was the Milk & Honey and was amazing. Annie did my nails. Very clean busy place. Prices aren't horrible. $25 for regular pedi, $35 for gel nails. Now to save time they do have one person work on the toes while another does the manicure. My daughter accidentally broke a nail polish and all the staff just stared at us. My mom picked up the broken glass and asked several people for assistance. When one male worker finally came up he tatted to clean and told me to move. We were apologetic but they were cold and dismissive. It was so awkward I left before even getting a pedicure. My friend and I arrived 9 minutes after they opened, on a Sunday. (They now have electronic checkin, and they want your full name, phone and birthday.) There were 3 other customers already being worked on, and they had plenty of employees available. We were rushed in, had no time to even look at nail polish colors. We were presented with the much higher-priced menu first, then had to ask for the regular pedi menu. Price for the citrus pedi was $58, and I was sure it was $45 last time we were there. I quickly grew tired of all the upselling they were trying to do. She wanted to do gel polish, my friend and I had to say no more than once. Then they pushed manis, and then eyebrow wax, and again it was a hard NO. I'd say the time they spent on us was average to a little below average. They didn't check the temperature of the water, and it was COLD as the basin filled. They turned on the chair massager without asking first. My technician was very ROUGH. This whole experience was NOT relaxing at all... and we just wanted to relax and feel pampered for a little while. NOT going back. read more

I haven't been here in years but decided to give them another chance yesterday. Big mistake! I needed to get solar fills and a pedicure. I ask the man at the desk for a list of their services and he was very nice. I explained I wanted to change the color of my nail tip to match my toes and wanted to look at samples. He was nice and gave me samples of nail colors and showed the polishes available and told me to let him know, if I needed help. In less than 1 minute a woman comes to me and in a rushed tone says "What color do you want? Do you need me help you find color?" I explained I was looking for something different but had brought a toe polish of my own, in case I didn't find something and I wanted to look at the selection. She was impatient and rushing me along and making suggestions that I didn't need her help on. There was only 1 other customer there and I didn't know why this woman was rushing me. I saw they had the pedicure chair ready and I felt very pressured to make a decision. So, i grabbed a couple of toe polish choices and brought the rings to the chair to comply with the urgent need she had to get started. I sat down and she was rushing me to get my feet in the water and seemed upset when I asked where the chair adjustment remote was and I could barely take off my shoes and put my phone, purse, etc. away before she was grabbing at my hands. I still wanted to look at colors and she'd ALREADY picked a color for my fingernail tips that was close to the one I had brought with me for my toes, when I already told her I was trying to find something different! I picked another color from the sample ring and she was like "Oh, now you want this color?" I said, "Yes,...is that ok?" She snapped back a "Yes" and had another girl start looking for a match & the guy had given me a gel nail sample and I need solar nail (which I had told him I needed solar.) So, we start over! Ridiculous really! The man had started on my toes and I think I would have enjoyed the pedicure, if this woman hadn't been a "Mean Bossy B!" I never even turned the massage chair or nor, did they offer to turn it on & no one offered me a beverage. The other girl there was very nice and helpful and finally found a color I just accepted because the "color choice ordeal" was so uncomfortable! Then this irritable woman starts drilling on fingernails and I've never experienced such an unnerving style. She was literally tapping along my cuticle! Not moving in a smooth motion but more like attacking me with it! She was making me so nervous and she did nick me a little twice and I almost lost my temper! I just couldn't wait to just get out of there! I'm guessing she must be an owner or relative of the owner because she is obviously ruining there business! No wonder there was only 1 other person! The same thing happened years ago there and that woman cut me during pedicure and tried to blame me for having thin skin instead of even apologizing! Again, RIDICULOUS! I'm done and hopes this helps someone else to not have the worst nail salon experience ever! read more
