The man doing the foot massage didn't massage but lightly rubbed. No pressure points were massaged. He used a lot of lotion from a suspect bottle on the legs. He kept going in and out of the room which made me uncomfortable. Since there was only a clothe hanging at the door, I heard and saw all the hall movement. It was not a good experience. I wanted to leave as soon as I got in the back but decided to give them a try. Once I paid, I gave a small tip as a courtesy, the man asked if I could up the tip to at least $10. I said no sir! She continued with the very deep massage, finishing with a long stretch of oil massage, which worked into the muscles of my back. I left completely relaxed and the pain in my back is already subsiding. Because of the deep tissue work, I'm anticipating feeling even better in a couple days. A couple caveats that shouldn't stop you from going: I called in for an appointment, and the woman on the phone spoke limited English we had some trouble establishing the time. In the confusion, I went in for an appointment at 10 am, but the massage therapist wasn't available until 10:30 or so. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a big deal, and next time I'll try a little harder to pin down the time. Another issue caused by language differences is that Cindy, the other masseuse, has more trouble understanding client requests, which a friend reported after going here and having a massage that wasn't what she hoped for. I recommend asking for Amanda to make sure that you get the experience that you want. They take appointments and walk-ins, and offer a range of services from full-body massage to foot massages, hot stone, Swedish massage, and some other things I don't remember.
