Especially, when you are trying a new procedure. They take the time to explain the pros and cons, if there are other options and you will never feel pressured to get anything. The owner investigates new products and is very knowledgeable of the product lines she offers and Any new procedures in the works. She is very patience and will take all the time you need to assist you in selecting the right products for your needs. They do offer an amazing facials, Botox and fillers. I haven't had much luck with most types of Botox. It just doesn't last long on me... However, here I have been happy with the outcome. Haven't tried fillers yet... but do plan to. This week my daughter turned 20. She really wanted a relaxing facial, as she was home from college and wanted to unwind. I wanted her to have her wish for her birthday. Of course, me being last minute Mary, I called THE day of her birthday and they were able to get BOTH of us in at the same time! She was greeted with a happy birthday when she walked in the door and was gifted a sweet surprise! Elize brought us back and she gave us both a wonderful facial in the same room! Everything was perfect! The beds were heated and we didn't want to leave. Our skin looked so good afterwards! I actually went to a cafe afterwards with no makeup on! (That never happens) There was zero pressure to purchase items, which is such a turn off after a relaxing facial or massage. I was actually so relaxed afterwards, I forgot to ask about a product I was curious about and I forgot the gift card I had! I find it strange that when people have different experiences, they assume the opposing view is somehow impartial or coached. Sometimes people just have different experiences. Now to my unbiased review... I have been wanting to try Spa by Di Vine for quite some time. When a Groupon was offered, I jumped at the chance. Usually, when mention I am using a Groupon / Living Social / etc. when booking services, the tone of the person changes. Sometimes subtly, sometimes not at all. From my first phone call setting up the appointment, to the directions given when I was totally lost, to the actual treatment it has been a total success. I buy Groupons (etc.) to try new vendors. If I find one I like, they earn a client for life! Such is the case with this spa. The owner, Elize van Beljon, personally evaluated my skin and discussed problem areas. I was in a private room and undressed behind a closed door so the valid concerns mentions by previous reviewers had been addressed before I became a client. Although skin care products are offered for sale, she worked with me to incorporate the products I was already using along with some new items into a more effective regimine. Fast forward 2 months and my skin looks and feels better than it has in years! The services are always relaxing and there aren't any high pressure sales. If you want to be pampered and be treated like a VIP, this is the place to go! read more

It is obvious that the owner has many years of vast skin care experience. She offers a full gamut of services, treatment packages and skin care products. I have since bought a series and also received gift certificates from employees and my awesome husband. This spa is immaculately clean, relaxing, efficient and indulging. Spa by Di Vine is a big joke!! I booked a deep tissue massage for my wife for her birthday. Only after dropping her off and leaving, she was told that the official massage therapist had quit. In fact, the exact words from the woman was, "I am not a massage therapist!" Had we been told this in the beginning, we would have canceled or postponed! The woman who took her back proceeded to tell her she was licensed but it was obvious that she had forgotten how to give a deep tissue massage. What a joke!! Aside from the regular massage being given, the woman then also proceeds to pitch a $99 teeth whitening package during the next 30 minutes!!! WTH??!! I started going here with a GROUPON a couple years, and have been coming back ever since. I regularly get compliments on my skin -- which was NEW to me because I'd never quit breaking out despite being 30, but also have to think about long term care of skin (and wrinkles). I always buy packages for microderm abrasion up front, and it's a really good deal. This is a small and intimate spa, which I appreciate over behemoth spas that aren't as personal. Elize knows my skin. She knows how my skin reacts to things, and can tell if something has changed with my skin. Because it's a small spa, you might not be able to get in this very instant because she does book up (no surprise!), but they'll work you in as soon as they can (typically within the next week or 2). If it's any indicator, I drive from Las Colinas all the way to Colleyville because it's worth it. read more

Cute little spa in Colleyville! I was immediately greeted by the friendly girls at Spa By Divine and treated like a princess both my first and second visit. They make you feel so comfortable, relaxed, and beautiful! I had microdermabrasion, brow wax, and upper body massage from Holly and left feeling so pretty and fresh! The second time I went to Spa By Divine, I tried the RTT massage from Elise! The RTT is not for the faint-hearted folks, hurts so good I guess you could say! I came in for a facial but wasn't sure which one to choose. After assessing my skin, my technician Susan thought the microdermabrasion facial with a hydrating mask would be the best option. It was so great my skin looks and feels great. She also suggested a cold laser treatment (an add on) to eliminate redness I'd been having in some areas. It also kills bacteria. There is a private room with soothing music and a waterfall sound machine that blocks out all the noise. Elize does a great microdermabrasion and is the only person I have trusted with a cold laser. Nothing relaxing about the facial I had here. During the treatment with Elize (who is apparently the owner according the business card she gave me), Elize actually spent very little time performing treatments.Instead, she applied a few (very few) ointments to my face and either left the room or was over in the corner talking with the other person in my treatment room.This is was the strangest part. The other girl in the room looks to have an "office" type of set up in the corner of the treatment room where she is rustling papers, flipping through things, and talking with the Aesthetician throughout my entire treatment.They were coordinating what time she should book appointments for my aesthetician, which customers had Groupons, what day people had left messages, etc (these are only a few of the conversations I heard during the hour that I was supposed to be having a facial). I can not explain how distracting and unprofessional this was, not to mention that they both stayed in the room as I undressed prior to the treatment and got dressed after the treatment (behind a "screen" that she dragged in front of them). So, while the owner/aesthetician was nice, this was the most disappointing spa treatment I have ever had!I must say that I did research and found really good reviews on a spa finder site. My husband booked this spa for me for mothers day (a massage and a facial). Here is my experience: I was initially scheduled for a Tues, but was then called & had to reschedule for a week later, a week that my husband was out of town & thus needed to get, and pay, a sitter to watch my kids. When I walked in, there were 2 chairs in a small waiting room, I filled out some paperwork and was anticipating going to change into a comfy robe, sit in a relaxing meditation type room while I sipped on some fruity water & indulged in some gossip magazines while I awaited my massage and facial, as this was what I was accustomed to. This was not what I got. Instead, I was lead into the massage room/facial room/office. Yes, you heard correctly, an office, fully equipped with an assistant typing at her computer. Elise set up a small screen where I stripped down with her & her assistant just on the other side - not awkward at all. I then settled in for my facial, only to be interrupted by other staff members barging in, the assistant rummaging around to unplug something, loud music, the sound of typing at a computer, a phone ringing, & the clicking hands on a clock. I have been to some of the best spa's in the US and had some amazing services. NOTHING compares to the level of service and top notch care I get from Elize at Spa by Divine. I was originally referred to her from a friend who couldn't say enough good things about her. The location is top notch, music is relaxing and everything is so clean. She has transformed my skin with her microderm treatments and glycolic peels. The products she sells are the best I've ever used, and most run only $25 or $35. My skin used to be so dry it would peel and crack and since I've been to Elize it glows from the inside out! I have referred my friends to her and they love her!!! She is kind hearted and fair, but most of all, she KNOWS skin care! She let me know what products would be best for my skin and never tries to sell me anything I don't need. The treatment was very relaxing and on top of that she gives me a wonderful neck and shoulder massage, then wraps my neck in a warm cozie.
