I have been a customer of Entrada for some time, which is why I am especially disappointed that I am now taking the time to write this review. Every time we come in, we hardly ever leave without spending approximately $400-$600 or more on services for me, my daughter, my mother, and my sister. Each of us typically gets a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. In addition to the $400-$600 or more spent on services, we also tip each nail technician $20 in cash for each service, which is approximately another $160 in tips per visit. We have been loyal customers and have consistently supported this salon with significant business. Two weeks ago, an appointment was missed that had been made under my mother's name. At the time, I was in the hospital recovering from a hysterectomy. I had only been released from the hospital less than 24 hours earlier and was at home recovering and heavily medicated. Unfortunately, my mother did not cancel the appointment, and I completely understand that the salon has a right to be frustrated by a missed appointment. What I do not understand, or excuse, is the way management chose to handle it. When I attempted to explain the circumstances to Erica, rather than having a professional conversation with me, she became argumentative and began yelling. There was no attempt to show understanding or even simply communicate the salon's missed-appointment policy. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile and completely disproportionate to the situation. Since then, I have attempted to call the salon several times, and my calls have repeatedly been answered and immediately disconnected by Erica. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from a business I have patronized regularly, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on services and tips each visit. It has only reinforced my decision that I no longer want to give Entrada my business. A missed appointment can be addressed professionally. Customers can be reminded of policies, charged a cancellation fee, or simply told that future appointments cannot be accommodated. What is unacceptable is treating a customer who is explaining that she was literally recovering from surgery as though she deserves to be berated and then apparently refusing to communicate with her afterward. Good businesses understand that customer service matters most when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with Entrada's management demonstrated the opposite. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of salons that can provide good nail services; finding one that also treats its customers with basic professionalism and respect is apparently the more important distinction. read more

I did not get the services I paid for! I got no massage for the pedicure, and for $70, I should have gotten the massage. They did not provide all of the elements listed in the manicure description, because they 'were out' of certain items, but they don't tell you that at the beginning, nor during the manicure! I was only told that after the fact because I said something about not receiving the services I was paying for. Management was less than accommodating and needs to learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE is! read more

I had an excellent pedicure earlier this Afternoon by a lady named Winnie! I love this place.

My first and last time here. On the outside it was nice and even the inside but $60 for a pedicure and my feet are so dry and my heels are still dry and cracky like when I came in. I have been getting pedicures for 30 years and I have NEVER left a pedicure and need another pedicure so disappointed the tech (KATE or KATIE T) that did my pedicure was not friendly no hello no thank you no nothing she was rushed and not friendly. But if she was good at her job I could over look her unhappy personality. It might also be the fact that they have them like they are working on an assembly line and hurrying up to get to the next customer she only took 20 minutes on my feet. read more

love sky she kills it every time!!! she eats a french tip and is so fun to talk to :))

I went in yesterday and had a bit of a rough experience. The nail tech was aggressively filing my nails from the start and it caused a cut on my skin. I know that accidents happen, that wasn't the issue. She put on a top coat and it started to sting and throb. When she noticed I was in pain, she apologized and got out nail glue to put on my cut. I asked her if it was nail glue and she said it wasn't, but I asked her not to put it on and she did anyway. Then she put Neosporin on top and started to file the skin. I asked her "What are you doing? Please stop" and she reached for something else and I asked her again "What did you put on my cut?". She mumbled something I didn't understand in response and I asked her 2 more times until she finally showed me, and I could clearly see it was nail glue. When I asked why she put it on after I asked her not to, she called the manager over. They both tried to sweep it under the rug, and the technician told me the nail glue was for "a crack in my nail", but there wasn't a crack. The manager gave me a discount when I said it was basic first aid not to put chemicals on a cut. I eventually just gave up because there wasn't really anything more they could do. Even with the discount, it was still $50. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon given the way that they handled things. read more

I just went for the first time today and had the technician named Lee. Her attention to detail while also being fairly quick with my dipping powder nails was amazing! Terrible nail experience! my mom and I both got dip powder nails, first off the woman doing my daughters nails RIPPED her nails off using a nail tip... did the shape horribly, and when asked to fix the shape she kept saying it was just the way my daughters fingers were shaped. Second, the sides were filed so much they were completely flat... and it took over an hour and a half. We asked for SHORT almond, kept asking her to make them shorter and she never did. When we went to pay we were charged $45 for the dip, $5 for the nail tip to be added, $5 for shape and $5 for LENGTH! $60 for terrible nails! (When I asked why I was charged $5 for length she said anything over your regular nail length is extra... which to me would be anything with a tip?... so dumb!) Won't be back! read more

Just finished my very first service here ever. I called on a whim to see if they had openings and they got me right in for a dip mani and an organic pedi. It was WONDERFUL. I've been going to another salon in/off for a couple years out of pure convenience and didn't realize this place was equally as far from my house. Rose did my pedi and Vy did my mani and they were both amazing! So incredibly sweet and thorough. It had been quite awhile since my last service so I'm sure their work was cut out for them but the entire experience was a wonderful. I immediately made an apt for in 2 weeks. They definitely have a new regular customer! read more

I loved this nail spot - it's super hygienic, the staff is friendly, pay attention to the details of their work, and are very generous with their massages and the care they put into their services. The bonus is the location, which is in a wonderful spot at the edge of westlake and trophy club. Would highly recommend! read more

Okay, I know yelp tells you how many reviews I have done, so you can see that I very rarely take the time to do them. I am doing this one for a few reasons: 1. I would have never gone to this salon had my daughter not taken me there because she had gone once before and thought they were absolutely amazing. If I were looking for a new salon, I would want to read an honest review like this. This salon is not super close to my home, and for these types of services, I have always stuck to places nearby. However, after my first experience there, I will be making the drive from here on out. 2. I want to inform others about the outcome of the services I received. My first visit was a couple of weeks ago, and I got dip/tip nails and whatever their basic pedicure service is. I am getting ready to book the appointment for my second visit for the same services. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything! My nails all still look amazing, and that isn't typical for me because I tend to be hard on my nails in my day to day work and activities. I am only going back now because I want new color on my toes and my nails have grown out and are looking kinda sad because of the growth, LOL! 3. If you're still reading this, I also wanted to add a note about the atmosphere and ambience of this salon. I would describe it as relaxing, meticulously clean, inviting, warm, welcoming, and second to none when it comes to how they treat and interact with their customers. Some others have mentioned the prices being a bit higher. I don't think they are, but if you're an old lady like me, you know that you absolutely get what you pay for in this line of service. If you want to pay less, that's what you're going to get. That's a choice you get to make. I think this salon is amazing! (Now, hopefully they can help me remember who did my nails! I should have written her name down. Haha!) read more

We tried out a new nail salon and am so thankful we did. It is gorgeous inside and so elegant. Would be a great place for a group to go with so many chairs. I had hands down the best pedicure ever with Kevin. Let me tell you... he gives a massage that is so relaxing!! He took his time and was great! 4.5 if it was an option . I have been going to Entrada Nail Bar for close to a year now. First and foremost, I am one of those people who are very particular about how I want my nails. My first visit I get Anne for my pedicure which was great and then she did the design on my nails which was exactly like the Pinterest photo ! Since then I've been going to her to do my nails, I am happy w every single time I leave and she always nails the design (pun intended ). Easy to get appointments, I get my nails and pedi at the same time, they serve drinks and are right next to a Starbucks which is my routine. Coffee and Nails. It's very clean. If I could make one suggestion, it would be better customer service when a customer is unhappy. read more

The ladies were soo kind even the gentleman working was very friendly. It's gorgeous inside and they offer a large menu of mixed drinks. The ladies working on me (ericka and Ann) were quick and gave a nice massage. My boyfriend loved Helen's massage! He feels great and his feet are no longer in pain. My only complaint was my nails came out dirty and a cuticle was nicked. I'm not too upset as I saved 30% on it but shoot I hope next time is better. read more

Decided to try Entrada Nail Bar in Westlake and was more than impressed with them! The staff is friendly and welcoming- even enjoyed some good laughs with Kevin as he gave me a fantastic pedicure with wax and hot stone massage. AMAZING. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what I wanted and Nancy did my dip powder and got my shape down perfectly! 10/10! I would definitely recommend!! Very nice finish out to help with the ambiance, but that did not make up for getting up charged unnecessary, and, more importantly, my nails turning yellow within three days of my only visit here! My favorite nail bar! Amazing service and my nails/toes always look amazing. Erika at the front desk is super helpful and sweet. I typically go to Sky or Nancy for dip nails, or Kevin for gel. New nail bar opened in Westlake! First visit was perfect. Ann did an amazing job on my nails (dip ombre pink/white). The service was great, love having a mimosa while getting pampered :).
