I had an excellent pedicure earlier this Afternoon by a lady named Winnie! I love this place.

My first and last time here. On the outside it was nice and even the inside but $60 for a pedicure and my feet are so dry and my heels are still dry and cracky like when I came in. I have been getting pedicures for 30 years and I have NEVER left a pedicure and need another pedicure so disappointed the tech (KATE or KATIE T) that did my pedicure was not friendly no hello no thank you no nothing she was rushed and not friendly. But if she was good at her job I could over look her unhappy personality. It might also be the fact that they have them like they are working on an assembly line and hurrying up to get to the next customer she only took 20 minutes on my feet. read more

I went in yesterday and had a bit of a rough experience. The nail tech was aggressively filing my nails from the start and it caused a cut on my skin. I know that accidents happen, that wasn't the issue. She put on a top coat and it started to sting and throb. When she noticed I was in pain, she apologized and got out nail glue to put on my cut. I asked her if it was nail glue and she said it wasn't, but I asked her not to put it on and she did anyway. Then she put Neosporin on top and started to file the skin. I asked her "What are you doing? Please stop" and she reached for something else and I asked her again "What did you put on my cut?". She mumbled something I didn't understand in response and I asked her 2 more times until she finally showed me, and I could clearly see it was nail glue. When I asked why she put it on after I asked her not to, she called the manager over. They both tried to sweep it under the rug, and the technician told me the nail glue was for "a crack in my nail", but there wasn't a crack. The manager gave me a discount when I said it was basic first aid not to put chemicals on a cut. I eventually just gave up because there wasn't really anything more they could do. Even with the discount, it was still $50. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon given the way that they handled things. read more

Second, the sides were filed so much they were completely flat... and it took over an hour and a half. We asked for SHORT almond, kept asking her to make them shorter and she never did. When we went to pay we were charged $45 for the dip, $5 for the nail tip to be added, $5 for shape and $5 for LENGTH! $60 for terrible nails! (When I asked why I was charged $5 for length she said anything over your regular nail length is extra... which to me would be anything with a tip?... so dumb!) Won't be back! read more

Okay, I know yelp tells you how many reviews I have done, so you can see that I very rarely take the time to do them. I am doing this one for a few reasons: 1. I would have never gone to this salon had my daughter not taken me there because she had gone once before and thought they were absolutely amazing. If I were looking for a new salon, I would want to read an honest review like this. This salon is not super close to my home, and for these types of services, I have always stuck to places nearby. However, after my first experience there, I will be making the drive from here on out. 2. I want to inform others about the outcome of the services I received. My first visit was a couple of weeks ago, and I got dip/tip nails and whatever their basic pedicure service is. I am getting ready to book the appointment for my second visit for the same services. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything! My nails all still look amazing, and that isn't typical for me because I tend to be hard on my nails in my day to day work and activities. I am only going back now because I want new color on my toes and my nails have grown out and are looking kinda sad because of the growth, LOL! 3. If you're still reading this, I also wanted to add a note about the atmosphere and ambience of this salon. I would describe it as relaxing, meticulously clean, inviting, warm, welcoming, and second to none when it comes to how they treat and interact with their customers. Some others have mentioned the prices being a bit higher. I don't think they are, but if you're an old lady like me, you know that you absolutely get what you pay for in this line of service. My first visit I get Anne for my pedicure which was great and then she did the design on my nails which was exactly like the Pinterest photo ! Since then I've been going to her to do my nails, I am happy w every single time I leave and she always nails the design (pun intended ). Easy to get appointments, I get my nails and pedi at the same time, they serve drinks and are right next to a Starbucks which is my routine. Coffee and Nails. It's very clean. I came in on Monday for a gel manicure. I got right in, and the manicure took about 20-25 minutes. My cuticles look awful, nails are already grown out and chipping. The chipping started on Friday. The tech admitted to having "good" and "better" brands of paint that do and don't chip as much. Second go, they left all this gunk under my nails. Pedicure started chipping as well less than a week. 3 stars for making it right. If it was done right the first time, there would be no need to come Back in. read more
