They do good nails I will say. But the attitude that they have is insane it is not ok to tell someone they can't get a color because it's not "popular choice". I don't even know where to start shAring my horrible experience. But let me start by stating " This so-called nail salon is the worst place in the world - to get your nails done. First of all they have unsanitary practice. They are rude , racist and thieves ( overcharge different customers , for the same service, at different prices ). They thought I wasn't paying attention when the lady in Fromt of me paid 1/2 as much as I did for the same acrylic gel fill on my nails. On 6/15/2020 I went in at 1 pm sharp for a gel acrylic for my nails. The entire time they were talking in Vietnamese and didn't realize I spoke Vietnamese myself , though I am not Asian descent. They were mocking the lady sitting in front of me getting her nails done - saying things that were quite vulgar about that customer's overweight status. I will keep it clean and not share what exactly Linda my manicurist was saying and laughing at. So not only was the entire time a lot of foreign talking going on between her and another manicurist named Kelly , they offered only the Caucasian ladies a complimentary drink ( of various alcoholic and other refreshments present ). They did not offer me any and when I asked they laughed and said water for you $3 dollars. I refused. But I took note. I got my nails done , paid $55 for the set with a $7 tip. The very same day, when I got home , my pinky nail broke . Mind you I had the full set in with Linda two weeks prior to 6/15/2020... so when I went back, Linda my manicurist did not recognize me but her manager did . And then to squeeze out an add't $3 for the pinky broken nail repair, they informed me I'd need a whole new set . I said " I was just here two weeks ago. The manager came over I remember you but whoever did it did a bad job. I said," it was Linda , the same manicurist who did my nail fill a few hours ago." The manager got a bit hot under the collar as the expression goes Nd at the same time got embarrassed. She then continued to instruct Linda to repair my nail. The Nail polish I had on my other nails could not be matched to my new repaired nail. They somehow could not locate the same nail color. So they demanded I choose another color. I did as such and I picked color #430 a dark maroon color . After changing my entire nail color to match the new repaired nail, I noticed my nails were a plum color and not the maroon color that # 430 read it would be. I shared that with Linda who shrugged it off. I was already there for 1 hour ( for a nail repair and a color change ), so I said I'll just pay and leave. To make this long story short ( too late ), upon checkout , the manager rushed me to the checkout line only to charge me $25. I said " no... it should only cost $3 for the repair and I'll even pay extra for the nail color change that wasn't my fault to gain in the first place . But the manager angrily bolted nail change color is $17 . I took out the $20 and paid the angry manager. Then next day, due to the manicurist ( Linda ) having applied too much gel CAUSED MY RIGHT HAND THUMB NAIL TO LIFT IN THE HEAVILY COATED NAIL COLOR GEL!!!! Please refer to photos . When I called the store, they said they'd repair it for an add't $12. These people are not only a joke but thieves. They talk about people right in front of their presence , only provide complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments to the lighter skinned customers and take cash without offering any receipt. I will be contacting the BBB AND THE FCC NOT TO MENTION THE IRS TO HAVE THEM LOOKED INTO AND AUDITED BY THE IRS. Beware. Refer to my photos . They even stained one of my fingers and provided sloppy over priced service that a beginner would deliver. I am not surprised another person who wasn't there claims to be now the manager. Lol. I hAve filed my complaint with the state. Hold off your comment until they reach you madame. I'm sure you'll find my video as proof and you will not go falsifying your claims as the truth once they share all my data( the video I had taken along with my documents obtained). What makes me sick is thst you folks at. Cimé nails are so dishonest, thst each day , someone else says they are the manager and the lack your presence proves another validity of my statements , you weren't there so please don't deny deny deny. Young lady at the front desk is very friendly and her mother is as well however there staff is TERRIBLE. I even noticed yesterday that a guy now works there that used to work at a nail shop by the tomb thumb in trophy club. The guy was terrible at the last location and is only adding to the lack luster employees at Cime'. This place is EXPENSIVE, the decor is really nice, but the service does not correlate to the prices or the decor. I have been disappointed here not once, not twice, but three times. Yesterday was my worst experience and I was so very upset and disappointed. I was almost in tears with having to go to my event this way and then they only offered me a percentage off of my service because I did not have time to stay to have it all redone. To top it off, I was told they still had to pay their employees ?? And that means what when looking at the services I did NOT receive. I asked for a pedicure with paraffin wax and a gel manicure. As you can see in the photos I just asked for polish not accrylic so why are my nails OVERLY thick and un-level. My toes are painted so far away from my cuticle and the sides. It appears to be an attempt at making me come back and pay more money. The gel polish also conveniently avoids the sides of my nails and cuticles. The young man did not even scrub my feet because I told him not to scrape my feet with the cheese grater thing. He began painting my feet before the paraffin wax was added and had to take the clear coat off of my feet. Needless to say I like my entire toe nail and finger nail painted ... not just the middle. I would like to find someone that takes pride in their work. Pedicures and mani's are no longer $30 as in the past and with rates upwards around to double that ... Very sweet girl at the front desk, super polite staff... I get dip and their color selection is FANTASTIC. So my complaints and reason for the 2 stars are 1) she used so much acetone to take off my previous dip that it was dripping and running all over my hands, 2) she didn't file down the dip enough so they look bubbly, 3) and I have dip color stained on my fingertips (like on my "finger prints"). I seldom go to the same nail salon more than two times, but I haven't been to another salon since finding Cime. I've had manicures (gel, regular and dipped), and I've had pedicures (regular and specials). The last pedicure lasted a month. The polish never chipped or rubbed off. I realize that's not the norm, but my nails grew out before it wore off. The same has been true with my gel nails. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Instead of just putting cuticle oil and clipping my cuticles she field them off and that hurt so much they hurt the whole time and after that she put this I think it was alcohol or something and that hurt even more. Not happy at all! A friend and I went in for pedis And the experience started off fine, but shortly into our pedis the lady cut a chunk out of my friends toe while cutting down her cuticles. She jumped from the pain and proceeded to bleed the whole time we were there. They apologized yet didn't offer her any type of discount for the mishap. My second complaint...i wore the flip flops they give you afterwards home and around the house for an hour and a half before putting on my regular shoes, but after wearing my shoes I looked down to find my two big toe nails had been ruined because somehow the polish still wasn't dry?!? The man who did my nails kept checking his phone while he filed my nails and painted them. He'd put his hand up and tell me "one minute" and then continue. He made rude remarks about my nails being short due to being a nail biter. He cut the nails with children's scissors and his tools seemed very unsanitary. And then he rushed me away as soon as he was done. My polish smeared on three nails and one nail is noticeably longer but he was nowhere to be found. I'm very disappointed. Always very nice, this was my second visit here and the manager was really nice and I called because I was pressed for time and had to be out by 10:15 and arrived around 9:35 and they got me out the door at 10:10 and still did a great job! I get my eyebrows waxed here once a month by Coco. She takes her time and makes sure that they are perfect. She took so much time the first time that I was worried that there was nothing left, but she just is very methodical about it. And the best part is that It's $8!
