Ask for Carissa!! I asked if I could use my own epsom salt & essential oil for the foot bath, and she said ok. She made sure I was comfortable with the foot bath temperature before beginning. Carissa started with soft pressure and slowly increased and always listened if I needed a firmer or lighter touch. She will gently help stretch your hips, legs, ankles, and shoulders after massaging each area, and she listens if you need a break from the stretch. The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! Masseuse Amy asked that I give her a chance to earn my trust. From the start Amy has worked with me to determine proper levels of attention to chronic back pains and muscle tension. She listens and applies the attention and techniques I require at each visit. And I add the therapist are polite and give a warm welcome. I have gone to this place multiple times with no complaints but now I will never return or suggest it to anyone. First off, I had a man do my massage, and he put the tip of his penis in my hand more than once. The first time I was unsure that it was that but the more he did it, the more certain I am what it was. I was on my stomach and my hand was palm up under the sheet, and when he would lean over, it would be in my hand. Of course, I moved my hand away but there's only so much space to move, and he consistently leaned over in a way to ensure I was holding part of his penis. The other complaint is that he focused a lot on my upper, inner thighs and touched the part where your legs connect at your butt on the inside multiple times. I have never had any massage that touched me between my legs until this, and I laid there in shock and completely tense waiting for that part to be over. I was gaslighting myself into thinking it was ok but i feel completely violated and disgusted. Once the leg part happened, I could not relax and couldn't wait to get out of there. I've visited this place several times in the past, and a few years back I had a couple of great experiences. Last year, the experience was just mediocre, but today was absolutely terrible. First, the woman at the front charged me $85 for a 90 minute full body massage, when I asked for the $75 90 minute Combo (body & foot) massage. I made a mental note. Next I asked to use the restroom. Now I know everything is bigger in Texas, but I have never seen gnats so big in my life and it smelled like pure piss. There were 3 killer gnats flying around and crawling on the toilet. As I get closer, the toilet seat is up, and there's a toilet full of pee. I looked around, and told myself just hold it, because catching Hepatitis isn't worth it. Now to the massage. When I say I have no clue how this older Asian woman had so much strength in her hands and arms, or why she was angry with me, but this was the most painful massage I have ever experienced. I was slapped and pushed like I bullied her in high school, and the entire time I'm laying there thinking, this lady is at least 20 years older than me, so I don't think we know each other, she then complimented my braids, and said money, pointed at my braces and again said money, pointed at my jewelry and AGAIN said..you guessed it..money. Another mental note was made. She slapped me in my face a couple of times to signal that she was done. Thank goodness it's over! I get dressed, head to the front and ask for change for a $20, and when I say this lady looked at me like I committed a crime. She then preceded to point at the price list and said, $10 tip for 90 mins massage? So you speak English, but you didn't understand when I was saying ouch and jumping all around when i was on the massage table naked and afraid? *Insert Side Eye Here* I wanted to LOSE IT..but remember I'm still holding my pee. My husband bought us a couple's massage here through Groupon. I called and made the reservation 2 days ahead, as recommended. I told them over the phone it was a Groupon. She was nice and everything seemed fine. We got there a little late but the gentleman behind the counter said not to worry, we will still get our full hour, and we did, so that was great! He asked which massage we'd like and we chose the Swedish full-body. He then took us to the couples massage room. He let us use the bathroom first, explained things, and asked what muscles needed attention. In my case it was my right lat that was tight. The massages themselves were good but my biggest complaint is that she didn't even massage the one area I said needed it most!!! It almost defeated the point in going. But I chalked it up to a misunderstanding, so he either didn't relay the message or she didn't understand. Also, they didn't ask how much pressure to apply, and it was a bit much for me, but when I asked her to go softer she did. It was otherwise good and both of our ladies were nice. I will say, however, that this was the first massage I've had where they literally climbed up on the edge of the bed to work, so their knees were up against us. When we went back to the front to pay/leave tip, the gentleman behind the counter said the total would be $95. We told him we had the Groupon. He rechecked his calendar and said it wasn't marked as a Groupon. I explained that I did indeed tell them over the phone when I booked this that it was a Groupon. (It's not my fault if an employee forgot to put it down as such). He checked the calendar again, and remarked that I didn't tell him it was a Groupon. To which I replied that I assumed he already knew since I told them that when I booked it. Aggravated, he stated I should have told him before we went back to the massage area because now we had received a more expensive massage than the Groupon paid for. To which I stood firm saying I thought he already knew, and he never asked either. Finally, after arguing, he went ahead and honored the Groupon. We left good tips (well over 20% each person), so that seemed to make him feel a little better. All-in-all, I won't return here. A) didn't get the kink worked out of my right lat. which they were told needed attention, and B) getting to argue with someone right after a massage isn't what a massage should be. I always call ahead to check availability because they're so close to home I can come right away. After a very pleasant head & foot massage, my girlfriend and I were taken to our individual rooms and asked to disrobe and lay down. I have to mention my masseuse entered the room a bit early. I would've liked to fully disrobe and cover myself, but communication was difficult and after a few awkward moments of asking her to leave I gave up and ultimately had to expose myself to get into the bed. I'll also mention I've never had the sheet pulled down past my butt to mid-thigh while getting a massage. It was a little unexpected, so just be prepared for a bit more exposure than normal. Went in for a massage and as soon as I walked in I was charged for the service. They even added a service delivery charge since I was using credit card. This was not an issue however, it was unclear what service I was receiving. The massage itself was not that great, the lady used her elbows and was too gentle. When come time to leave, I was walking out because I already paid for the service and was not given the option to tip on their device. The lady wanted to swipe my card yet again, solely for tip. I let her know that I would go get cash because I did not want to swipe my card as the place seemed sketchy already. She then kept demanding a tip and when I told her I'd be back she called a man from the back. This man then followed me to my car and I was very confused at what was happening. Was he coming to the bank with me? He then began to harass me and flicking me off and banging on my window over a tip that I was literally about to go get cash for. I went for my first visit and Stella was my masseuse. She's from China & she weighs exactly a hundred pounds. The reason I know this is because I had to ask since she completely uses her entire body to massage you. She even gets on top of you and massages you. I couldn't tell if it was her hands, knees or elbows and soon I didn't care! This was the kind of massage that when it was over you realize you were drooling on the table. Now don't go in there surprised that you don't take your clothes off you don't go into a private room and the only thing that you do take off is your socks and shoes. This may be just the Groupon but the full body massage with reflexology is with your clothes on in the middle of a room. This is the perfect place for a massage that is inexpensive and doesn't require at least a weeks notice for an appointment! I'm a frequent flyer and have been able to walk-in and request a massage all but once. I can get a massage ranging from good to amazing for under $60. My go-to being the combo foot/back massage, it is fully clothed and in a semi-private area. There are two oversized, reclined chairs separated from rest of rooms with a sheet. There are options to upgrade to the full body massage in a private room. I've read quite a few posts in which people are annoyed or angry that the masseuse waits by the check-out counter until the transaction is complete, some people even thought it was rude thinking the staff was waiting for the patient to tip. It is a cultural trait and nothing more. There is a difficult language barrier, which can be frustrating. But the price of the massages makes up for it ; ) read more

OMG when you walk in, it's pretty but non-descript. Rob greeted hubby and I by name, even though this was our fist visit and we were about 30 minutes early. He asked which of the two of us preferred more pressure and I pointed the Ross raised his hand. Settled! Rob started us off with water then the amazing part began. Hubby and I each reserved a 90-minute massage and were led to the couples suite. Basically two rooms separated by a folding door, which I voted should be closed because I sniffle a lot when face down and I snore! My therapist was Jangia and she was amazing. For a petite little woman, she sure did pack a punch. My worst spots are my lower back and neck and shoulders. I prefer a medium to harder pressure and she did not disappoint. In fact, when I was face down, I fell asleep! Hubby and Rob heard me snoring, which gave them a laugh. Jangia did a bit of trigger point work for my neck and shoulders and said next time, we will do the same for my hips, glutes and lower back. I can honestly say this was the single best massage I have ever had! She was intuitive and found knots where I didn't even feel them and when I was done, I was relaxed, calm and had a serious range of motion increase in my neck! Hubby walked outside and said "Ok, I just found the only guy I will go to for massages......ever"! He said Rob used rather firm pressure and instinctively located his trouble spots and adjusted the massage technique and pressure to do the best job. Ross said he did some lower back/buttock work that made him "feel his glutes relax"! They are open until 10:00 PM and for every ten massages, you get one free. The masseuse seemed to have been taught how to do the basics but not much more. He rubbed the same spot on my back for at least 10 minutes and wouldn't move on. I decided to check this place out since it's close to home and my traps were super tight. Just needed to relax. If you're used to places like Hand and Stone, Massage Envy, Massage Heights...don't come here. The establishment was neat and clean, but the massage wasn't what I'm used to. Draping is important and my therapist clearly wasn't aware of this. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist so there are certain guidelines that I know massage therapist MUST follow. I got undressed and got under the sheet and waited for the therapist to come in. He comes in, grabs the end of the sheet and fluffs the sheet as you would if you were putting clean linens on a bed. In doing this, I was completely exposed. That is a huge no no. You NEVER expose the client like that. Ever. Because it was quick...I let it go and I really shouldn't have. So he starts the massage and worked the hell out of my traps. He did a great job. What he did wrong was he kept putting his elbow in my spine. No no no!!!! You stay away from the clients spine. I had to tell him twice to get off of my spine because it hurt. When he was done, he stepped out to get hot towels to wipe the oil off of my back. He didn't check the temp of the towel and it was so hot I immediately asked him to take it off. He did and let it cool for about a minute and that was MUCH better but he never should have put that towel on my being that it was that hot. Overall, I peeped many things that could have been done better. My traps do feel better, but as a massage therapist it is your job to make sure that your client is comfortable and handle them with care. He could have done a much better job of that. And him being a male, he SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER than to fluff that sheet up like that being that I am a woman. Even if the client were a male, you still don't do that. I will say he got the job done, but with many hiccups along the way. I won't be back. I'd never handle my clients like that. read more

Upon entering they greet you with a friendly smile, take down all your information and get you ready for your massage. Normally I have a great experience here, I've been coming her for years... except starting today, NEVER AGAIN!!!! Unless your a white man, they basically don't see you!! I got here as a walk-in at 4pm, they said it would be about 40 mins, ok, not an issue, I'll just wait in my car. Then about 35 mins later an older white male came in, also a walk in. I went inside at 4:43pm and the older while male was sitting down. We got to talking and this was his first time here. Then the woman message therapist told me they were busy and to come back tomorrow... excuse me? It's not even 5 pm, and your open for another 5 hours. I asked if they had any appoints later in the day, and she kept say, they were busy and come back tomorrow. Then she walked away. I waited for the other therapist who told me to wait 40 mins and she came to the waiting room and took in the older white man!!! WHAT!!! I've was here before him but now I can't be seen, is my money not the same color???? Or maybe IM JUST THE WRONG COLOR!!! Must be nice to have white privilege these days. They just LOST this customer and I'll definitely make a complaint with the BBB, for racial/gender discrimination. So upset that after all these years, and tipping 20% (if not more) to make sure my therapist was taken care of. STAY AWAY IF YOUR NOT A WHITE MALE, they will skip right over you!! I also forgot to mention that they promote credit cards for payment but you walk in and there is a large sign that says CASH ONLY!! The spa was clean and welcoming. Linda started with feeling out my muscles, then she asked if she could knee to step on me. For 30 minutes, I was touched by healing hands. After that I had my 60 minutes massage, I must say I was surprised that I was actually being adjusted. I sometimes suffer from sciatica issues. I can tell when I need chiropractor to help. I have been in town helping my son settle in for a new position on his job. Yes, my back has been sweeping, mopping, bending. All the things I avoid. If you are looking for a relaxing and professional massage experience, you will not find that here. I arrived to this location for an appointment at 2pm. I clarified this with the man at the desk AND showed him my groupon when speaking to him. Then, I was taken to the back and to one of the lounge chairs in the hallway. Not a great set-up. I had asked for a 60-minute full body massage, so I was confused about the chair set-up, but went along with it. My feet were massaged for about 15 minutes, all the while another person is in a chair 5 feet away from me being massaged. The rest of the massage was uncomfortable and at times even painful. The "massage therapist" used his elbow/the bone of his forearm to massage my back and it was very uncomfortable. He was actually pressing on my spine for a good chunk of the back massage and I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't take a breath. Overall did not feel like a professional masseuse AT ALL because of the painful techniques. After my massage, I was leaving when the manager at the desk (a different man) told me that my Groupon was for ANOTHER SPA and that I would have to pay $30 for the treatment. I was furious. Although I had gone to the wrong location (apparently there are TWO Silk Touch Massage Spas in Arlington) the first desk clerk had confirmed that I had an appointment at 2pm (I was later told that I did not have an appointment there, as it was at the other location) and he checked my Groupon before giving me the massage. The woman at the front desk redeemed it and after a 5 min wait lead us to two beds that were in the middle of the first room, people could walk by and see our session, not so comfortable. The place smelled of body odor and upon leaving the front desk woman said we didn't give her our groupon, even though she physically took our phones and redeemed them when we first arrived. The interior was clean, and there was no loud noises that could disrupt my massage therapy session.
