My experience wasn't bad but it wasn't memorable nor did it relieve my pain. The rooms were not tranquil and you could hear everything going around outside. I did not even get the service. I called ahead here setting my appointment and I asked on the phone do they take card and was told yes. I get there and the women at the desk wanted me to prepay for the service so I was like fine. I gave her my card and she denied me and said she wanted cash with tip! I said I dont have cash but I dont mind adding tip with the card after the service and at this point she became very rude and said I have to leave and come back with cash before any service. I used to love this place a lot but went tonight to get my back worked on. I asked for 30 minutes I gave the lady 100 bill I didn't check my change and I realized she cheated me out of 20.00 and hold to go back and get it. The lady kept reaching under me and grabbing my pvt area. She told me 40.00 for happy ending. I said no and she seemed to get really mad. When I was getting ready to leave 2 other Chinese ladies were talking to her in the hall. One of the Chinese ladies became very rude when I was leaving. My only message to her if you want to be a sex worker or a prostitute go back to china we don't like that in the United States. After realizing she had cheated me I went back for my money she cheated me out of. Tommorow I am going around to all the businesses around them and tell them about the sex acts that go on there. Reserved an hour long session for my wife and I for Saturday afternoon. I made the reservation online on their website. I called later to confirm the appointment. The person who answered did not speak English, so we just showed up at our scheduled time. They had no knowledge we were coming and would only do 30 minutes because there were not enough workers. Frustrating, but ok. The 30 min message was good - very relaxing and enjoyable. They told us in broken English to come before 10:00 AM for hour long messages. Business is ran by Asian family that works really hard to get those knots out of your back. To top it all off the price is right. One hour massage for $45. Because I was being told Cash Only and was being directed to the ATM machine down the street. So I went and got cash came on back. I paid $60 for an hour; which you have to pay before being serviced. My husband and I decided to pamper ourselves while the kids are with the grandparents. We happened to see this the other day and so I looked it up on Facebook. We called before we came and there was no wait. When you walk into the building the ambience was very relaxing and peaceful. We were greeted as soon as we came in and taken to the massage area. They were very nice and did not talk a lot. There was soft relaxing music and they focused on the areas with the most tension and took their time. I agreed since I had arranged a baby sitter for my kiddos to be able to get a relaxed evening. We waited 40 minutes for our massage. The massage itself was not a good one.
