Waited a few moments while some loud commotion with other customers took place outside of the room. A few moment later. The owner is on one of the massage therapists phones telling me they are an appointment only establishment. I'd imagine they would have said that when I walked in the door and before they took my money. Additionally, I'd imagine the door would not have walk ins welcome across the front. I kindly waited for my refund and was asked to return tomorrow. My answer to that is hell no. Do not come here!

I asked to speak to the manager to have them corrected, and the manager then proceeded to yell across the salon that she's been doing nails for 30 years. That's irrelevant as the customers we where not satisfied. After being talked at for 15 minutes being told " that is what she asked for" we decided to remove them all together and to never visit the shop again.
