Ask for Carissa!! I asked if I could use my own epsom salt & essential oil for the foot bath, and…read moreshe said ok. She made sure I was comfortable with the foot bath temperature before beginning. Carissa started with soft pressure and slowly increased and always listened if I needed a firmer or lighter touch. She will gently help stretch your hips, legs, ankles, and shoulders after massaging each area, and she listens if you need a break from the stretch. The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! It should be based on the service!) After my last visit, this was a much better experience with Carissa! I will call and specifically book with her again. Covid concerns: They socially distance their clients, staff and clients must wear masks, clients must use hand sanitizer upon entry, staff wear gloves for the entire service.

Masseuse Amy asked that I give her a chance to earn my trust. From the start Amy has worked with me to determine proper levels of attention to chronic back pains and muscle tension. She listens and applies the attention and techniques I require at each visit. And I add the therapist are polite and give a warm welcome. My only concern is they're a small spa and when busy the masseuse are required to check walk ins and answer the phone. But overall Silk Touch & Amy specifically are hidden gems.

The two weeks leading up to the appointment, I was excited. If you've been pregnant, you know your back and hips are constantly aching especially in your third trimester. Walking in the music is very relaxing. Then I met Alexa. She made me laugh through the entire massage because of how painful it was for me (nothing to do with her technique, this was purely years of accumulated pain leaving my body). She knew exactly what to do and quickly identified the areas in which I needed more attention but in reality my whole body is thankful for her. I am now a loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Small lobby, very welcoming staff especially the cute lady manager- she is super sweet. Her masseuse don't speak English well but they know how to massage well. They need to clean the sofas from any stains (it was raining that day) We had to wait quite a bit but we received a warm rose petal foot soak which was nice! The 90 minutes massage in a couple's room was pleasant- the 2 masseuse did a good job; not too much talking so we can relax and enjoy the experience. We got the hot stones too. My partner said his masseuse has strong hands! We wanted to buy the 60 minutes packages of 3 at discounted rate after but the manager was gone for the evening when we came out. We like to treat ourselves once a month and I think we will come back here again. It is also close to our house.

Been here for a year and a half and my husband was gifting me a massage for my birthday/Christmas present and I had time to do it today. When I came in, place wasn't not busy. I made sure called first and asked if it was busy and it wasn't. Upon arriving I specially said a foot massage only for 90 mins for $60. Pros: -private room -Massage was good but it did hurt when she did the hot stone. More like pain rather than massage -The lady was nice and friendly -offered a water at the end Cons: -It didn't feel like AC was on or air circulating but it wasn't hot. -I was only expecting a foot massage which I stated I only wanted a foot; I didn't know the foot massage included a back and arm massage. -there was times where some of the massage was more hurtful rather than relaxing. The hurtful places she did with the hot stone she focused on did hurt and she did it repeatedly in the same spot -Wish she added more pressure to my side of foot rather than my whole leg. -Wish used less hot stone time on my leg and focused more on my foot like I asked. -I checked the time she started and ended and I was short 6 mins Overall the experience wasn't bad but my experience was more average rather than superb.

OK, now I'll start by letting you know that I have NO modesty, not even a little bit. I've been getting massages here for years by the same, very professional, lady and have always enjoyed every massage but today was different. I really didn't notice at first that this was a different woman due to the fact that she has a face mask on and body wise looked just like my regular. As usual I undressed and laid on my stomach and covered with the sheet which is always there. The woman came in and started working but didn't remove the sheet like I'm used to. I just guessed that she was doing it differently. Like I said, I have no modesty and she normally disposes of the sheet while I'm lying on my stomach then before rolling over the sheet is put back over me and much more discretion is applied while I'm on my back. After a while, I finally realized this was someone else. Although different, it was still pretty good. The massage was going pretty normal and she was working on my inner thigh and raised the sheet so she could do her work keeping certain areas covered. Again this is normal. Well-being a healthy man and being massaged in this area, things tend to expand a little. Again very normal. This is where normal changed. While a normal therapist would keep that area covered this one let things pop out as they expanded. Not so normal but like I said I have NO modesty. After doing little circles on my leg, in that area, then things REALLY changed when she grabbed hold and started stroking. It took me a couple of seconds to realize what was going on and I told her to stop. But did she stop? NOPE. I had to tell her again and then pushed her hand away. She said "don't you want me to take care of you?" NO was my reply. At this point the massage I guess was over and she left, leaving me covered in oil which is normally wiped off with a hot towel. I went out to pay and was a little flustered. This is when I saw another new lady at the register. I gave my credit card and was about to enter the tip amount I pressed 2 to start a $20 tip and the lady grabbed my hand and said it should be $30+. This went on for a few seconds before I told her to let go of my hand or it would be a $0 tip. Then the lady said "Well didn't she take care of you?" I said, "she tried" and the tip would be no larger than $20 and should be nothing with the way she was treating me. I guess management and staff have changed in the couple of months since I've been here and I sure am going to miss this place but I guess I'll live and find another place. Now if it had been a cute guy doing this, this would have been a completely different review. hehehe
