During my massage, the therapist used both hands to rub from my back all the way down under my underwear, making direct contact with my buttocks. After that, he climbed onto the massage table while I was still lying face-down. He placed his knee between my legs, in the area of my vagina, spread my legs apart under the cover, and used his hands to pull my upper body up and bend my back. I did not consent to any of this contact, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Afterward, he continued the session by massaging my legs. During that portion, he went under the drape from my toes up to my inner thighs, and his hands came very close to my vaginal area. I again felt uncomfortable and told him that my head hurt so he would stop. He then moved to massage my head instead. The incident left me feeling violated, anxious, and deeply uneasy. At no point did I give consent for him to touch under my underwear or to reach that high on my inner thighs. I believe this behavior constitutes a clear violation of professional boundaries. After the incident, I returned to the business and photographed the license posted on the wall. The photo (attached) shows that the therapist's picture appears taped onto the license, and I am concerned the document may not be valid. I have made a report to the Mansfield Police Department about this incident and request that TDLR investigate both the inappropriate physical contact and the possible falsification of a license document. read more

Only one good masseuse in this location. I started to get a foot massage from him (the good masseuse) and when another customer came in the owner swapped him out. I heard her whispering to the customer something but I couldn't make out what it was. At the end of massage, I confronted her about it, after she asked for a tip ( which I usually give to them). Great place! My family and I have been here 4 times now so I figured it's time to leave a review. It's very professional, good atmosphere, and you can't beat the price. They have complimentary tea and water. As for the massage itself, the deep tissue is super relaxing and I have never had any uncomfortable moments with either male or female therapists. I have also timed my massages and they never skimp out on time. I like their flexible schedule too. I just went during covid and everything was very safe and sanitary. Awful massage! I asked for medium to deep pressure since the minute I got in.....the guy who massaged me spoke no English and he didn't understand when I said I wanted more pressure! But I told the guy at the front desk I wanted more pressure, I asked the lady massaging my friend next to me to tell him more pressure and nothing....when he massaged my back, he was just pressing down over and over and not doing much of anythingggggg! I finally stopped him and was done. My neck massager at home gives me a better massage.
