I have been a customer with Elite Spa for a little over a year now. Jenny has done my hair a couple times and never disappoints. I also get waxing services from Lexie and my nails done occasionally through various nail techs. Last Saturday, I attended an Air Force Awards Banquet and had an appointment scheduled for an updo. I informed Jenny that I was running a little late from my make-up appt. She said, "It's ok, just come in and I'll fit you in." I was 30 min. late and I waited less than 15 min. to be seen. She is a miracle worker! I showed her a pic of what I wanted & informed her that I didn't expect it to be exact. "Just make me look good!" That she did! I received several compliments on my hair that evening. Every time I visit the salon, I receive exceptional customer service! They are all so inviting & make you feel comfortable. Went here to get extensions. They sent me on a wild goose chase to go buy my own because we both agreed they were far too pricey for the quality. Finally found the extensions, and had to wait for hours for the lady to be at the store to do them... Apparently she is the only one who CAN. (She only communicated with us via texting also, which was super unprofessional). When we got the extensions put in, she cut them and my hair and it looked like a wreck. The cut didn't look natural at all.. And when she dyed all the hair to match, it looked like a platinum blonde color.. Something a playboy bunny would have. I would never go there for hair again & i would never recommend anyone else to as the color, cut, AND extensions were awful... I love their nail salon services though. read more

This salon is very convenient in location so I'm glad I had a good first experience there. While the technician who removed my previous dip manicure pressed a bit too hard causing mild pain, she immediately corrected pressure amount and apologized when I said "ow." She also continued to adjust the pressure she applied to avoid future pain. I love the job she did and the second technician who gave me my pedicure did a great job, too. I'll continue visiting this salon as 1) it's highly convenient for me in location, 2) all instruments were presented in sealed plastic containers, and 3) the salon is small. I really don't like huge salons as they feel quite impersonal (and somewhat pretentious) to me. I much more prefer the smaller salons where staff come to know your likes and dislikes. I also liked how the staff offered drinks at the start and greeted regulars by name. Finally, I liked how the staff didn't engage in extended conversation with me. I don't mind very minor chit chat, but, being an introvert, I don't like talking with strangers and prefer instead to observe. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I moved to the area about 5 months ago and have had bad experiences in nail salons so far. When I walked in I was greeted right away and asked what service I would like. She told me to pick my color, and they had the water waiting for me. I decided to treat myself to a deluxe pedi, and it was only the 2nd I've ever had. Linda, who said she has been there for a week, was so friendly and we had a good chat. This is the BEST pedicure I have ever had!! She did not hurry through it like some do. Her massage was incredible, and she did a design I had picked on my phone...perfect! This place is super clean, and ALL of the employees were very friendly. Thanks Linda! If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My daughter asked to have 2 services done and informed Lexi by text it is homecoming weekend coming up and she needed it done. She informed her she needed to be somewhere by 7pm. Lexi first told her it was impossible then texted and told her to "come on" leaving my daughter to think that she found a way to get it done.. much like I think any other normal English speaking person would think! We sat there for WELL over an hour and she had 1 service complete which was done so fast the work was sloppy and way below our standards. Once my daughter got up to leave instead of charging $25.00, the lady said she "accidentally" charged if $250 but voided it out! My daughter texted Lexi explaining how disappointed she was in the customer service and the quality of work she got and Lexi texted back with texts saying she told her it was impossible. My daughter said well, business 101.. don't tell someone you can do something OR to "come on" leading them to think you can do it if you can't. Lexi texted back very rudely and told my daughter what a rude and disrespectful little girl she was and she needed to go to school to learn and get manners. ALL THE WHILE MISSPELLING ALMOST EVERY SINGLE WORD SHE WROTE TO MY DAUGHTER! When I called up there today to demand that she apologize to my daughter she said "ok hunny I sorry for being disrespectful to her but I won't call her to say sorry" If my daughter is old enough to pay for a service, she is old enough for you to respect her!!! SIMPLE!! I love Jenny at this place.. but unless she gets her own shop she won't be doing my hair anymore because we will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! read more

Lilly has been cutting and highlighting my hair and my daughter's hair for several years. Jenny cuts my husbands hair, and both of our son's hair. Received gel nails first one starting chipping on day 5 on day 10 I called and asked if they could fix my nails they said sure come on in, I told them I would be there at 6:00p on 2/10. I came on time they directed me to sit in a chair, I sat there for 25 minutes not one employee talked to me during that time, I got up and started towards the door, again not one person talked to me. If you want to be treated like a nobody go here. I went to this location because of the great ratings. First visit was fine people seemed friendly but follow up visit, the way I was forgotten about was unacceptable, they definitely have cracks in their service. This is a busy, tiny multi salon they do hair, nails and more, maybe they should focus on one thing they are good at because competition is tight in the nail field. Can't from out of town and they were very gracious to squeeze me in. But when I told them feel nails they came at me with powder fill in.

I found this location just searching on the Internet. When I called asking if they had any openings by chance for the same day they said they were all booked but went ahead and took my name and number and offered to call me back if they had any cancellations. To my surprise they were able to fit me in! Other salons always took 3-4 hours to do my hair but I was out in 2 hours here. Lilly was super nice!
