I will never go back to this nail salon. I went in with naturally long dip nails and asked for a new French tip dip and design (pictured) and they said yes. When I sat down the lady took the nail clippers and cut my nails right down the middle as if I had tips. She took all of my natural nail off down to the nubs leaving me with only a choice of getting tips to fix her mistake or going short. I hate tips so i had no choice but to go short. They were so short I couldn't even get my standard almond shape because she was shaping my nails down to the skin, it literally hurt to attempt to get my almond/cat shape on this length. I ended up skipping gel and dip and went with basic black polish just so I could get out of there as quick as possible. Next time, soak before cutting anything and ask your clients if they want them cut shorter at all before just doing it. I still tipped 50% to the girl who was forced to take over and attempt to fix my nails. read more

The color was not what I asked for and when I explained that the lady argued with me. She finally changed it but not right away. I asked at the beginning if she could do a design and she said yes but then when it came time she wanted to do stickers. None of them looked good but she insisted that a sticker was better and wouldn't do a design. Then when she was done she didn't clean up the edges and left dip hardened to the sides of my finger. First and last time I come to this place. This past Sunday I went in to get the dip on my nails. And totally regret not making my 20 minute drive to my usual place. The color I picked was a dark pink AS SHOWN ON THE MODEL they had. I ended up with such a clear clear coat that you could see my natural nail. They use so much of the white powder to fill up the nail and only ONE COATING of the color you pick just so they won't waste the product. Not only that but when she finished I noticed there was all these other little color dots on every other nail because they probably didn't clean their brushes after other clients. Very disappointing. My daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi. We were the only people in the place, but, as we got our pedicures, they got busy and rushed through our services to get to the other customers. They even tried to skip my daughter's manicure saying they didn't know she wanted one. Which is strange because both people who helped us repeated back to me, "2 manicure and pedicure?" Our feet look good, but both our nails look awful. The jewel we paid for on my daughters nail fell off within an hour and all she was doing was riding in the car. We won't be back. 8/14/22 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner/guy doing nails, I think he said Tony was completely unprofessional, childish and rude. It was our first time here. We called at 2 for an appt for 3 full sets and 2 pedicures. He said 4pm would work. We arrived at 340 to be safe and pick colors. They were busy which is fine. We chose our colors and the first full set they started on was at 430. But then we had 2 more waiting and they took someone else who walked in after we did. So the second didn't even start until 5. We're still here while writing this and we only did 2 full sets. It's currently after 6pm. Then since it's our first time, the girls usually have a picture of what they want. We ask if it can be done and then how much before we even let them start. I've been to those that add $5 for every reason, and this is one of them. $5 for any shape other than square. $5 for long. $5 for this, $5 for that. When he looked at the picture he said $80. This is a full set with coffin shape, a little long and simple design on all. Anyhow, he started and he got to the length, then he said it was going to be an extra $5. We asked why because he already looked at the picture. He said long nails was $5 extra. He said but this is extra long, which it wasn't. So we started questioning him about changing it. Then my daughter asked him how long the gel usually lasts and he completely lost it. He was YELLING at her. Yelling so loud that everyone in the salon stopped and was watching him throw his hissy fit. He said I don't know how long it lasts. You have long nails. It could be tomorrow. I just don't want to do your nails no more. I'm not doing your nails. Then they both stopped, which at this point is when the other lady had just sat my other daughter down. She hadn't even started really. So he's yelling to everyone in the salon, customers and all. Do you know how long it will last, what about you, does anyone know. Then the lady next to him helping my other daughter said 2 weeks approx. But he completely lost it. Then he says he's stressed. I get it but don't yell at someone asking a legit question. My daughter was crying because she has anxiety and he was just yelling. I told him more than once to quit talking to her and just finish what he's doing. I could not believe this man. I was excited to try this place since it's so close to my house. But my entire experience was horrible. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. Both the ladies were rushing the entire time. I went here for mothers day. I spent $75 on express my nails only to have them look horrible. They had black speckles in them that look like dirt and the nail polish looked real clumpy. When I told her about my concerns she said it was sparkles there's no sparkles in the nail polish. I told her I was not happy with my nose and she said okay have a great Mother's Day ,bye. I couldn't believe it. I'm assuming my nails look so horrible because the whole time she was doing my nails she was watching America's Got Talent on her phone with headphones in. At first I thought she was ignoring me when I was talking to her but then I realize she had the headphones in.
