Today I came in and showed a photo of what I wanted and the nail tech was able to replicate it pretty well! The downside of coming here is that the manager guy is not very friendly and was definitely trying to sneak some charges in. I had my natural nails that needed to be filed with a dip change. There were no nail extensions, extra shaping, or anything other than the flower design on my ring finger that I asked for, but as you can see on the receipt, I was charged for these items. Without a manicure, I was expecting to pay maybe $50 for the dip color - $60 with the design. At my other salon they always tell me it will be extra and I give them the okay, but the point is they are transparent. This guy just rang me up without showing me the charges and I didn't see they charged me $80 until after I asked for my receipt. Maybe I'm off here, but just posting this to help other people understand the charges if you choose a design!

I've never had a pedicure that didn't make me squirm (I'm extremely ticklish)--I barely flinched through my 70-minute pampering, as Ruby seems to know how to scuff off all the dead skin without torturing her clients. Her attention to detail is impressive: from the trimming/cleaning (the real reason I have bi-weekly pedicures) to the massage to the perfectly painted nail, I left feeling treated like royalty! The most frustrating part was that I got home and realized she had put only one coat of color on my right hand. It was quite noticeable once I saw it. There were a couple of other issues I had the first time around, as well (painfully scraping the nail file on my toes as she was filing; started using the wrong color and then placed the blame on me). The staff was very quick to roll out and get everyone going, honestly felt like a romcom cliche scene with how they all filed out with the supplies. A lot of of got mani pedi so it was very busy in our corner but everyone had a great time. I had Jessica who was awesome, love her personality and she was amazing at getting my nails exactly how I wanted. She even brought me variety of blues to choose from instead of just going off the photo. 10/10 recommend. I plan on coming back in may for my next big event
