Asked if I wanted a drink. Btw, didn't realize they serve alcohol in Texas salons. A plus! Only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I do not get gel nails. Had a manicure with regular polish. They didn't have a fan or anything to dry in between nor after. The tech barely spoke to me but I don't think she spoke English. Which was fine. She was young and cute and did a great job! Only thing I would have liked to have seen was a dryer for us old school, natural nail girls. Need a small natural nail dryer! You can get one anywhere. I have one I got at target for $5 and it works awesome! I did nails for over 20 years. I do my own and rarely go anyplace for them. I'd go back to this salon. Good for them!

This is my new nail salon. I've been going for about a year. There is a frequent loyalty program…read morethat gives you points and $ off. They also have coupons that they text out. The space is plentiful and provides opportunities for large parties to come in and sit together. It also kind of looks like they might have photo op spots- but I can't tell if that's what they were trying to do. My nails are hit or miss. I struggle overall with any salon getting them to last longer than 2 weeks (dip with tip). I would say this place is the same. There are always new techs so I haven't found one I'm loyal to yet but there is potential.

I showed Jayla the inspo picture and my nails ended up looking even better than the picture. I loved the cozy environments and little cute details everywhere. The little flower soaps were so cute and different than any other nail salon. I will definitely be coming back for a pedi.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here based on rave Yelp reviews, but my experience was…read moreembarrassing, uncomfortable, and honestly, discriminatory. I have mild palmoplantar psoriasis--a non-contagious skin condition and without any flair ups --and instead of making me feel welcomed, the staff made me feel judged the entire time. The pedicure was rushed and barely addressed my calluses/extra skin (which is the entire reason I get pedicures! Is to keep the extra skin I produce off). No callus softener was used, and when I asked for more effort, it was done, but met with an energy as if I was crazy for asking that, again, it's literally the ONLY thing I look forward to and need. The neon yellow polish I chose was applied without a white base, making it look dull and sloppy. Then I was asked if it was ok - which kind of confused me, because shouldn't an experienced nail tech know that a white base is required for neon colors to pop properly? It looked horrible and I had to have her remove it. For my manicure, I asked for dip powder, but the tech convinced me into some "new gel technique" that burned my nails every time she put them under the light and smelled horrible. The result was so bad, it literally oozed onto my skin, and didn't stick to my nails because I couldn't cure the gel due to the burning sensation under the light. Felt like I was placing resin on my nails. When I mentioned the details I was experiencing and in as kind of a manner as I could and that it was ok I could just go to my usual place, I was met with an exchange of words in Vietnamese, which frustrated me even more and semi attitude from some of the staff. I really didn't mean to make anything difficult and I even mentioned paying for what I could and that I'd just happily leave. I finally was able to get up to leave and go straight to my usual salon to have everything redone. To add the cherry on top - I still paid $70 for this service. Beautiful inside and the salon and I really liked the way they displayed the colors they have, that was actually really nice. Their follow-up message basically blamed my skin condition instead of acknowledging their lack of care and professionalism. For anyone with even the slightest skin issue or who expects basic customer service: stay far away. EDIT AFTER REVIEW RESPONSE: Your response only confirms my frustration. Let me be crystal clear: I didn't come to your salon for medical treatment - I came for a basic pedicure and manicure like I've had at countless other salons without issue. What I received was rushed, low-effort service and a lack of care. My feet weren't properly prepped, my calluses weren't addressed, and the neon polish was applied without a base coat - resulting in a dull, sloppy finish. On my hands, I was pressured into a gel service I didn't even want, which burned my nails and smelled awful. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and $70 lighter... only to immediately go to my usual salon to have everything redone the right way. Your continued focus on my skin condition as a scapegoat is both dismissive and tone-deaf. This wasn't a health issue. This was a quality and professionalism issue. Own that. Do better.

The first time I came in nails were chipping and I was paying what I felt to be ridiculous amounts for a simple acrylic fill at almost $100 am I tripping or is that normal? So I took a little hiatus of not going because I felt the prices were getting steep, but then I had no choice but to come back due to time constraints and got a Mani Pedi and the nail tech that did my feet ended up cutting down my nails too short and bled ! Instead of apologizing, she just fixed it with their drops that make the blood stop, but I was in so much pain ! And not to mention when I finished my nails, the quality was OK but two of my nails ended up breaking one day later I tried to come in immediately to show them, but unfortunately, I work out out of town and could only come back in on the first available day that I was off so I came in to show them. They had me sit down at one of the nail stations and had me sitting there for 30 minutes with nobody even touching my hand to look at what was wrong . I simply got up and walked out because I had waiting so long ! I don't know I really miss the quality of work when I used to come in a couple years back especially from that particular nail tech but now it just seems like they're sponging money out of anyone who walks in there and not even giving the quality of work to keep the clients . I will say in the times that I did have good experiences. I did appreciate the clean environment and complimentary drinks are nice but not enough to keep customers . So this will be my last time there anyways hope this helps someone like me that isn't even from the state that was looking for a good quality nail shop !
