I've never had a problem here. They've always done my nails exactly how I want them to the point if I go anywhere else they just don't seem to compare. They don't leave on the dip powder too thick so they look very natural. The customer service is an added bonus. read more

She does a long massage and is highly experienced with 8 years. The polish is not bumpy or missing on any spots. She explains things to you and is very knowledgeable in her field. This was the first time at this salon, saw the reviews, meet a friend she made the appointment for us, the girl the appointment was not who I got, Haley did my toes, and she did not seem like she wanted to do my toes especially after I showed her the color I brought, message was not all that great and no movement or pulsing in the feet, just water nothing. so when it came time to paint my toes, was told my color was too light, she just put one stroke, WTH my regular salon has used this color, with no issues, then the nail polish on my toes was also on my skin around toes had to come home and clean that up, polish looks like ran paint..SMH and had nail design that blends and washes out due to the color is so bright, when I ask how much to get deign got told depends so asked how much for flower, no answer, asked her 2 xs when I got done went to pay found out design was $10.00 more which she could have told me to let me decide I did pick white but told her want it to show so something that you can see said no problem I get told...guess it was a problem.. even my husband was not happy said the polish is to thick, this is why I do not like Gel, made appoint with my salon, to fix this mess so this pedicure is going to cost me right at. over100.00 the $69.00 here and 35.00 at my salon with 25 min massage, plus tip.. will never go back, will post picture of clean up with color of my color..will say the salon is very cute and clean, so not worth the drive from Ft. Well I'm disappointed in my treatment (along with husband who never gets spoiled). We supported them all through COVID and today I felt like I was rushed and processed through like a cow being processed. Let alone at the end of my service never checked or asked if I was satisfied with my services and I wasn't. Had to come home to file my own nails (left rough) and pedi was the same. Asked for pink/white toes ... received clear and never got the full service of the pedi I was charged for. Sorry you lost a supporting customer because it was more important to service your next customer carrying a Louis Vuitton bag. Katie you're fake ... sad but true. I arrived at 7 they close at 730. Seated promptly and offered a water. We are on the right track! I asked for a pedicure no special anything. Trin did a wonderful job! The regular pedicure included a hot stone massage! Woo woo! She stayed late just to work on my awful looking feet. Also, I received a fast and well done eyebrow wax. You must be thinking it was expensive right? Wrong! My total for both was 35 dollars. Not bad if you ask me. Only 8 dollars for eyebrows when I have paid over $15? I'm sold! I've been here a few times, and for the most part every time I go, i'm disappointed. The workers are careless, talking on the phone while doing nails, really rough, unorganized, and super unprofessional. There's been a few incidents in there every time I've been. There was one time there was chicken in an open bowl on the floor ( during the holidays, but still completely unsanitary), one time a nail lady blew the dust from doing my nails into my mouth and face, and another time my finger started bleeding due to a careless nail tech. Almost every time I go there and clarify I want a speed pedicure I get stuck with them giving me a massage and me having to pay more. The only time I ever get a speed pedicure is when their busy and have to work quickly. Overall it's unprofessional and really unpleasant in there. Not to mention the prices are always different. I always get the same thing in there which is a speed pedicure, and gel nails. Sometimes it's $60 other times it's $80. Not worth the money and 100% not worth the time. There are SO many better ones to choose from and spend your money on. read more

I was looking for a new salon after a bad experience at my usual one and decided to give creative nails a try. I came in early sunday (it says they are open seven days a week) and was greeted warmly and offered a drink. There was no wait! I picked the tropical pedicure which came with a fresh orange slice massage and hot towels. Wow!! I have to come back to try the other pedis they offer. Not my usual nail haunt but i broke a couple of my nails so I came here during my lunch break to remove the dip nails. I needed something to cover up my nails while they grew out but wouldn't damage it, so Katie suggested I get the Shellac Gel paint. It lasts much longer than regular paint. My nails are so oily that regular nail polish chips within hours of application and by the next day, they've already started to peel off. So I said sure! Let's try the gel and see how long they last. Management turns a great experience into a bad experience. The employees in general are great, even the male who did a terrible job on my daughter's nails! After it was reported to the manager she agreed that her money should be refunded. Then another lady who was possibly the owner had a conversation with this same manager in a foreign language (which was not polite at all) caused the manager to renege on returning the money. My wife tried to have a civil conversation and got nowhere. I went in and tried to do the same and got nowhere and I am a regular client there spending over $100 a month but not anymore. I sent my daughter, two granddaughters, and my wife in for Mother's Day fun getting manicures, pedicures and nail gel's and design. None of us want to return now due to managements poor decision to lose 5 customers for an $81 refund. FYI - the rating is based only on poor management decisions. read more

Me and my friend came here for the third time. It's a mutual spot between where we live. I got the indulge pedi $37 and she got the fancier one for $47 both with include the callus removal and removal of dead skin which is the main reason we upgrade our pedís ever time. Both our attendants skipped that part. I remember mine looking at the bottom of my feet and that's all. Me and my friend were deep in convo catching up and didn't notice until the end when they were painting our nails. Too late to say something then. I've gone here multiple times and never had a problem until today. I came in for an almond shape French nail dip which is what I get every single time. I usually get a fun color instead of white tips. Today I wanted to get pink. I should've known how this was going to turn out from the start. I picked a color and he told me "the consistency won't work" so I picked another color with no problem. I went through 4 colors and he told me the same thing with each color I picked. He then recommended that I pick a gel color so that the color will pop more. I totally understood so I did that. While he was doing my nails, the base color was way to pink. The color was called pink lemonade and that is never what they use for a French base. It's way too pink. Then, he slapped on the gel and cleaned it up (or so I thought) with acetone. I was trying to trust the process so I didn't say anything. He finished my nails and cured them and I left paying $72 for an absolute mess on my fingers and to put the Cherry on top, a hair is cured in my nails. I am now down a lot of money for a messy job. I used to love this place but this by far was a horrible experience. read more

This nail place is so awesome and it makes me sad to see negative reviews on here. People who say the employees are not friendly are out of their mind....I have been going there for almost two years and not once have I seen them be rude to anyone. They do a really good job and anytime someone isn't super happy they try there hardest to make it the way they want it. They are caring and kind and when you come in often you will find humor and camaraderie. They are always cracking me up! My nail guy Andy is the bomb....as is Linda who does my pedicures. First, I would like to address Scott G.'s review. I happened to be there during his family's ridiculous and desperate need to cause a scene. My mother, daughter and I were all there to get our nails and toes done. I heard and saw everything. They offered this family who spends "$100 a month" a chance to have the service redone and they REFUSED. They just wanted a free service. They even offered accommodations on a future service. The wife of Mr. Scott G noticed someone there that she knew and even tried to deter her form getting serviced there. Luckily, the girl didn't listen and repeatedly told the nail techs she was happy with their services after they were done. I heard this family tell this nail salon they were going to smear their name...and I am going to check every platform to make sure I CLEAR their name. I also heard the wife tell the manager she was going to call her bank and say her card was stolen so it wouldn't be charged. That is fraud. Smh. I am a returning customer and my mom was a new customer. We LOVED our nails and toes. This place has always been nothing but nice and accommodating. I will continue to return and they gained a new customer in my mom. I highly recommend this place. Always know that there are two sides to every bad review. There is also information missing from reviews like Mr. Scott G.'s as he failed to mention that they wanted to make it right by redoing it and gave them half off of their services. I had a less than awesome experience here and was a little sad but interested to see similar reviews that had the same story. The woman who did my manicure cut my cuticles too much and made two fingers bleed. Then after noticing asked me what was wrong and tried to blame it on a hangnail? I don't think that would make you bleed in the top of your nail bed, but I just said no. She then tried to remove the blood, while my finger was still bleeding, with nail polish remover and a small brush (like a french manicure brush). It was still bleeding so it kept coming back, and she kept brushing it away throughout the manicure. Not only was it incredibly painful having that pure acetone put into an open cut, but I couldn't stop thinking about how unsanitary this all was as she just grabbed the brush from her tools and shoved it back in. No cleaning or sanitizing at all. It's been a day since this and my finger is still sore, meaning it was a fairly deep cut in a very sensitive area. She also brought a different color over than what I had picked and started painting my nails before I had the chance to say anything. Finally, I was charged $10 more than my friends I came with. For a pretty crappy experience. Definitely not coming back. Couldn't and will not recommend it to anyone. read more

I went here with my friend after work so I understand that the nail techs were as tired as my friend and I were but the service that we received was a bit subpar. They had a large selection and the spa area itself was nice, which is why I'm giving two stars. I got a powder/dip manicure and my manicures typically last for 3 1/2 - 4 weeks without any cracking but after a week and a half the polish on my thumb nail was cracked down the middle. The lady didn't understand a word of English and didn't understand what I was asking : for her to file my nails and not cut them and then she proceeded to cut them!
