I went here last week for a gel manicure, which as of yet hasn't been a week. They're brown and horrible looking. Please note I don't smoke or do any type of labor that would cause this. When I walked in there were two people working. An older gentleman and lady. The gentleman performed the initial prep of my nails, which he caused my cuticles to bleed. The lady took over and they didn't even trim my nails, which were all uneven. I considered going back due to her kindness, but I've never had my manicure turn BROWN on both hands. DON'T go here. I'm new to the area and decided to drive the 10 minutes to this place due to its Yelp reviews. I expected that it would be packed on a Friday night at 5:30pm, but it looks as though a lot of people still haven't found this little gem! When I arrived both Christine and her husband, who's name, I'm pretty sure, is CK, were with other customers. I was greeted warmly and told that it would be a few minutes, but they'd be right with me. That was ok, it just gave me more time to pick colors, which I can never seem to make my mind up on. CK set the pedicure chair up for me and had me come sit. I was given a pillow for my lap and asked if I wanted a drink. I declined, but it appeared that they had sodas, waters, and I think I saw a box of white wine. The place is small - 4 pedi chairs, 2 mani stations, and a couple of seats for waiting. It looked like they did waxing in the back as well. I waited 10 - 15 minutes in the pedi chair before CK came over to me. Yes, that's longer than I've ever waited before, but my feet were in warm bubbly water and I was sitting in a massage chair. I'm not going to complain about that. It was way better than just sitting in the entrance. CK is a man of few words, but he was super nice and did a beautiful job on my toes. This is probably going to sound terrible, but I've never had someone work so hard to make my feet soft! Amazing! I chose the spa pedicure which took about an hour, and included a great foot wrap with warm towels and a little massage. The massages are probably one of my favorite parts of a pedicure, and this one wasn't quite enough. I may try one of the other packages to see if they spend more massage time on my next visit. After the pedi was done, I had my manicure with Christine. Like others have said, she just did it perfectly! No frills. No amazing hand and arm massage or anything, but my nails were shaped beautifully and polished to perfection. I'm usually hesitant to spend the money on a regular manicure because, even after sitting under a UV drying lamp for 20 minutes, I will still ruin my nails by the time I get home. Every. Time. Well, not here. Christine had me sit in front of a fan for about 10 minutes or so, and then sent me on my way. I'm happy to report that it's the next day, and they still look beautiful! I can't believe it! I seriously don't think that has EVER happened. To top everything off, Christine is just the sweetest lady! This is their shop. They are open 7 days a week, she is always there, and never minds even if someone walks in right before they're going to close. These are hard-working people who genuinely care about their customers. She read my name off of the credit card that I paid with, introduced herself and her husband, and told me to come back to see them - and I absolutely will! read more

Excellent quality of work! Family-owned / husband & wife business. Wife does nails. Husband does pedis. They're both very thorough. So much so that I drive an hour each way to utilize their services. Many have commented on cleanliness / clutter but I find the shop to be decently clean. As far as clutter, they are a family business and have packed in as much as possible in the space they have to work with. Lots of polish / supplies on shelves and in cases. I'll take excellent quality of work and reasonable prices over the spa ambiance any day! Schedule an appointment if you can because the husband and wife are the only technicians. read more

This is the best place I have ever been to get a pedi I am a diabetic and found most places cause me discomfort. Not true here as this by far the best pedicure I have ever received. I love it so much I decided when I was finished to get a manicure too. For anyone that wants great customer service and an amazing mani or pedi this is the place to come too. I'm incredibly disappointed in this place. I took my mom there on Friday night for a little early mothers day pampering. We got the spa pedicures for $35 each. There were only the husband and wife working, so the husband started my moms while the wife finished doing another woman's nails. When it was finally my turn, my mom was finishing her massage. She was enjoying it, so I was happy with that. Skip to where the wife spent about one minute running her hands up and down my leg 2-3 times, then putting on the polish. I'm not sure about you ladies, but the massage is the BEST part! Well, that aside, I figured I would at least have pretty toes. Two coats in, she reaches for the top coat, so I look down at the color. It didn't even cover! I had to stop her and ask of we needed a different nail polish. She said the polish was old, but she could do another coat. It would cover and not to worry. YES! I don't want streaky pink toes... It looked fine enough, so se put on the top coat. You can see where the top coat doesnt cover all the pink. The photos I attached were from Monday afternoon! I wore closed toed, loose fitting shoes and they are already chipping! It was just over 48 hours for $35 plus a tip! I definitely don't recommend going here unless you are willing to gamble. Thats a lot of money if you have to have a pedicure every 3 days... read more

It's easy to miss located off the service road in a gas station strip but worth finding if you want an attentive, relaxing pedi with adult beverage. If looking for super fancy, this isn't it. It's small, clean and the ladies are friendly and helpful. What I like most is that it's a quality pedi that last longer than the average pedi I've received. The manicurist I had painted to the cuticle rather than just above it like most do so you have to get your next one quicker. The massage and foot paraffin was nice too, my feet felt extra soft. Been getting my nails done for 22 years and Kristine is BY FAR the best EVER. I have been going to her exclusively for a couple of years now. She's quick, she listens to my preferences, hilarious and ALWAYS takes care of any issues I have. After that long of having fake nails, mine are pretty bad, but she always makes the extra effort of conditioning them and cutting cuticles - always goes the extra mile - and all for an amazing price! Lisa does an incredible job with pedicures and the color always lasts longer than it ever has before. She takes her time and does a pedi better than it's supposed to be. I dropped in for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax a little over a week ago. I was not impressed at all. The place was cluttered and dirty. The female working was yelling at some of the customers kids for touching things. They were friendly people and offered me something to drink but not my kind of place. True "hole in the wall" kind of place. Ended up paying $42 which was pretty steep for the quality of service. read more

Ok this salon is next door to a gas station and it doesn't look like much, but put your doubts aside... This lady is super nice and she did my nails *perfectly*! I am new to acrylic nails but they just haven't been turning out like I thought they would look lately (done at other salons); lots of fill lines, lifting, etc. I stopped by here after work today for a fill because I saw 5 star reviews and didn't like my usual place anyway, so why not? She started doing the fill but pointed out that my old set had bubbles and was lifted away from my natural nail, allowing water to get in and my nail was starting to turn green! Why didn't my other nail salon see that?! So she took off the old set (painlessly!) and did a fresh set with the milky pink powder. Love it! She didn't even charge for the removal and the full set was $30 read more

Don't let the decor and location fool you. This nail salon is amazing. It's a little hole in the wall salon but they do fantastic every time. I love love love this place. I used to go to Chateau Nails but I wasn't too fond of their new employees and CK nails is right but my house. The 2 ladies working their are so sweet and easy to talk too. They do an AMAZING job. I usually get gel nails (which lasts forever) and waxings done there. They pay extra attention to detail and done settle for the bare minimum. I've recommended them to a few friends and all of them agreed that they do a fantastic job. I seriously hope you choose to go here because they are by far my favorite place to go to get my nails done and I'm afraid that if they don't get enough business they'll go out of business. read more

They are very nice and the instruments came out of a new package. The basins have the plastic insert that makes me feel better about the sanitation safety. Nothing fancy but that doesn't bother me. My problem was it the pedicure didn't last. The polish was put on so thick that by the second week, I only had Polish on two toes of each foot and I was wearing tennis shoes instead of sandals. Nails not cut short enough either. Also the massage was not great. I will continue to make the drive to Ft. Worth to Four Seasons. Their prices are great, new chairs and mani pedis last! No tricks like not putting on the top coat, cutting the nails long or not polishing near the base to get u back sooner that I see at so many of the other places I have tried in the mid cities area. read more

Omg ! Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely! The first time I went there she was asking so many questions where I live , and why didn't I go in the area where I live ?!!!!! Omg its a husband and wife and let me say the wife bosses around the husband in front of the customers and then also bosses the customers! Never have I been so humiliated in my life guys I kid u not Iam not exaggerating . Not only that I thought maybe she was just having a bad day so I decided to go back to try it again now don't get me wrong she does great nails and uses great products .but .... so when I went back she had the same attitude and when I went walked in she said are u paying with 2 cards or one ?!!!!!! Because last time u paid with 2 different cards and u need to pay with one I said ok I can pay with one she said I DONT TRUST YOU huh!!!??? She said pay now before I do it so I can make sure u pay with one card !!!! I went ahead and did it because I was so busy and didn't have the time to go else where but NEVER again ! Terrible service! Made a reservation for a pedicure and sat for 45 minutes before just deciding to leave. They didn't have anyone to help me and didn't just tell me when I got there. They decided instead to waste my time. The excuse was that people had made reservations before and not shown up. Then don't take reservations!! Terrible customer service. In addition they charge the same about as the higher end places but are VERY cheaply run. read more
