Myra did do an amazing job and every stylist here has been amazing. This was called Pure Salon so I am updating my review based on when it was called Pure Salon and Cassie was there. If shes still owning and running it then I can't wait to go in. And I will update my review at that time. But as long as it was Pure Salon I never had a bad stylist. And with my schedule I was able to try about 5 different ones not including Cassie and ALL especially Casssie were professional and knowledgeable and amazingly kind. This review is for Miara specifically- she was AMAZING! My previous stylist (not Miara) was great but I'm not sure what happened this time around - my hair was over processed, there was conditioner left in my hair, and the color was really off! I had asked for chocolate brown but got blonde instead in the front, reddish brown roots, and caramel in then back. THANKFULLY I came to see Miara to correct it and and I barely had to describe what I wanted. She took the time to describe how she thought we could fix my hair to my liking again. I didn't think the color would be reparable without multiple steps or visits but she was spot on with the color correction. She even re-did the cut to give my hair more body and feathery layers and I LOVE how everything turned out. This was exactly what I wanted, thanks a million Miara! Def coming back! read more

The owner of this salon is money hungry and WILL NOT work with you if your hair is done wrong. I've been complaining for days that I walked out of her salon with the same color I walked INTO her salon with. After 60-80 foils and $140 later, I went homw and cried. I was headed out of town for a class reunion and wanted my hair to look DIFFERENT! The amount of foils this place uses is prehistoric ! 3 1/2 hrs in the chair for SHORT HAIR is insane. Haven't you had any training in the past 5 yrs? Ever hear of hair painting? AND AVEDA doesn't use bleach. So if you want your hair dyed white or silver forget it. I have been a patron of this salon and a client of Cassie for at least 8 years. I do not know what I will do if I ever have a need to relocate, she an artist. It's been about a year after my balayage, and I'm sorry to say the way my hair looked was extremely mid. It looked downright terrible for the first 8 months, up until it grew out, mainly because the streaks were very badly incorporated into my hair. There was one chunky strip of color on a random thick strand of hair that had no reason to be there. The more I got haircuts, the better my hair looked. As always, had the best experience at Pure! This time, I had an appointment scheduled with Cassie for a hair cut and hair color. I went super short with a cute asymmetrical bob and since I have curly hair, I requested Cassie to give me a cut that I can manage even with curly hair (Can't style my hair everyday thanks to my 4 month old lol!). And boy did Cassie deliver! Two weeks later, I had an appointment with her for a hair color and I decided on a dreamy galaxy blue/purple color. We had a discussion on what would look best on me and how I should be taking care of my hair post hair color. I have posted my pictures on this review and I'm sure you can see how awesome her work is! The blend from blue to purple is smoother than a player's pick up line haha! And I absolutely loved it!! You can tell that she keeps herself updated on all the latest trends and techniques with the way she works on your hair.
