My hair was really messed up cut wise from another salon. I was not sure too much could even be done. Kent was amazing. Not only did he give me an amazing cut, he talked me through why the previous cut was not working for my hair texture. Kent had me hold a mirror while he was cutting so I understood what he was doing. I honestly cannot remember the last salon visit where I was offered a mirror to check out the cut unless I asked. Well... based on the reviews I decided to book at this salon. Unfortunately I am writing this review based on the dissatisfaction of the stylist whom I booked based on their schedule time they were offering. Called 2 hours before and said either I need to change my schedule time or come earlier. I explained due to my work schedule I can't just come earlier and the schedule did not work due to my other plans that could not be moved. I stated unfortunately if he ( Kent!) would have notified earlier I would have understand and booked somewhere else. I am not recommending this place based on how they just decided to accommodate. No sorry no nothing , it was like good luck . Very bad . I wish I can give less than one star read more

It was very easy to make an appointment online and after doing some online searching I chose Angelica who had lots of great online reviews. It was the perfect decision! She listened to what I wanted and took her time giving me the perfect cut! I am very picky about my hair and always ask around and try to make the perfect decision when finding a new person in a new town. I'm lucky to have found Angelica and will definitely be going back to her! The salon itself it very cute, in a great easy to access location and they had good choices in product. I asked to have my hair shaped up and basically the same cut, but shorter by about half an inch. Before I knew it, I was getting sheared. Too short & I left looking like a boy. Was wanting this to be a great experience so I could support a neighborhood business, however I got there and Kelly wouldn't do my hair because I have a little cold. I was a nurse for 15 years and if I never touched a patient because I thought I might get something I would have never had patients. Also I wonder how many people she comes in contact with on a daily basis that has something much worse but she never knows. She is not in a good line of work for avoiding all germs. Plus, we actually had fun conversation, and it wasn't awkward at all, which is important to me when finding a stylist. I have been going to this salon for the past 7 years. I've gotten my hair done, waxing, facials, nails...you name it. Most of all I go to see Tara. She does my nails, brows, full body waxing (let me just say the brazilian is as painless as it can get). Most amazing of all though is her facials. I went in not knowing what to ask for to get my hair the way I wanted. So I ended up telling them the wrong thing and my hair wasn't what I wanted. They completely understood and redid my hair exactly how I wanted with no charge. They were the only one of 3 different hair salons I've went to that got my hair to the color I wanted which is really hard because my hair is really dark. Sydney did my hair first and she did exactly what I told her. Cara was amazing and got my hair the way I wanted it to look. I usually don't give bad reviews, but I was very upset with my experience here. I usually go to B salon in coppell, which I highly recommend, but I couldn't get an appointment in time for what I wanted. So I tried this place, I paid $80 for full highlights which is pretty reasonable, I wanted to go blonder, and the lady I got was a younger girl, and she had blue hair, she was very nice, and down to earth, I enjoyed having her do my hair, but she just seemed really unfocused on my hair, and more focused on talking to her friend that came in and talked with her, I didn't really mind it, as long as she was doing a good job on my hair. But when she finished doing my hair (2-3 hours) later I was very unpleased with my hair. I didn't confront her, because I knew they couldn't really do anything, and I thought I might of just been upset in the moment. My hair looked very bronze, not blonde, and my hair is light brown, and it did have highlights so it already was light anyways.. the back of my hair was ORANGE!!!! Ever since, I have been terrified to make a bold hair decision. read more

Tammy is awesome with hard to manage hair. She is absolutely wonderful in working with short or longer hair. My hair after my last surgery was impossible for me to manage. She chose a hair cut and style that was perfect for me. Snice then my hair has grown out and she has recommended great styles for me to wear. I will never go any where else again!!! By far the worst haircut I've ever gotten. $35 dollars to literally cut my bangs off. Did the exact opposite of what I wanted, I asked to just have the hair that coverd my left eye brought up a bit, and my entire bangs were leveled into a near flat cut. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more
