I came to visit Dallas on my birthday so I had to get my nails done and this salon was close to the place I ate for breakfast. They were very friendly when I walked in and I was surprised to see it be so busy so early but they fit me in for my pedicure first and the girl that did my pedicure was so awesome made me feel so relaxed and the best part was they served margaritas but not just any kind was a real bottle of tequila, not the wine coolers but the real deal. I was a walk-in because I had just picked up my turkey from cowboy chicken and had no idea what to expect but just knew I wanted my nails done and it was right before Christmas and it had been really hard to get an appointment at most places, I came in with a picture of what I wanted, which was a sparkly design with snowflakes I met with Alvin and he said I can do exactly what you want it'll look beautiful. Went in for a fill in and was seen right away. The nail tech filed the sides of my nails so hard, she cut my pinky and index finger. The polish (regular) was applied with bubbles left in it and it's uneven. Just very sloppy work. It looks fine from afar, but close up it's not that great. Originally I wasn't going to write a review and take it as a "lesson learned" but I just cleaned out my purse and noticed I was overcharged for not that great of an experience. I came in on last Wednesday to get a dip full set and possibly a pedicure time permitting. This was my first time at the establishment so I showed them my current nails and asked the lady at the register how much would a new full set of dip cost and she quoted me $40 for what I explained I needed (short, solid color set). Also I'll add if anything was "extra" in addition to the base charge, it was added separately on the receipt like when I got something extra with my pedicure. Fast forward a guy Kevin is assigned to do my nails. I loved the color but the shaping and size was off so he corrects it a bit. It still looked horrible but I didn't want him to make it worse so we left it as is and I decided I would just get them fixed once I got back home to my usual girl in my city. I proceeded to get a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome, so I pay and leave. I didn't look at the overall price too much because I had gotten a pedicure. Upon leaving I accidentally messed up a toe so I returned to get it fixed and see if someone new was available to correct my hands as well. I believe her name was Kim and she was super nice about fixing the issue. So l left and again thought it would just be a lesson learned since she was able to fix the issue. Today I'm back home and unpacking and look at the receipt to see I was actually charged $10 extra so $50 instead of the $40 I was quoted for a my dip set that originally no effort was put into. This is my favorite nail salon! I moved to Las Colinas to be closer to my job AND U.S. Nail Salon :) Tina is my nail tech and I've missed her over the past three months, because my last appointment with her was in February & my follow-up would've been in March but then the COVID-19 Pandemic occurred. I waited patiently, with brittle nails & scruffy feet, for them to reopen and was hesitant when I called last week to confirm they'd reopened. I was assured they were taking the precautionary measures to keep me safe plus doing business by appointment only. I was pleased when I arrived today, because I only had to wait one minute as the appointment before mine was paying her bill. I was able to sit in an empty salon and have my services done. She wore gloves, a mask AND face shield throughout the entire appointment. I felt bad when I saw the mask fogging up, but understanding these are the times we currently live in. My pedicure was the worst I have ever had. The technician did not even bother to trim the skin or cuticles. She kept massaging my calves to fill the time she should have spent on cleaning the nail bed, but no foot massage. The manicure was thorough, but the gel nail polish started chipping literally the next day and was chipped on almost all nails by the end of the second week. Do not recommend. read more

I've been here a handful of times so I've been waiting before I posted my thorough review. I love Kelly - she's great. Does a great job with my nails every time. I've gotten pedicures here twice and did not particularly enjoy them and the paint job was terrible. This last time I went (which was today) was unpleasant. I scheduled an appt with Kelly and got handed off to another girl there - no explanation as to why my appt wasn't being honored with the person I booked it for. Whatever - gave this other girl a chance. She did a good job. The decals I got on my nails are a little clumpy so there's bumps and they're not very smooth. The bad experience here is the interaction. I am Vietnamese and fluent. I overhear them talking about what to charge me and the lady next to her goes "charge her whatever you think she'll pay." That's really dishonest - I would have never known if I weren't fluent in Vietnamese. Another one of her coworkers walks by as my nails are being worked on and she goes "is her ring real?" I responded back yes in English. She was taken aback and asked if I was Vietnamese, to which I replied yes. She walked off after this. No apologies for the rudeness or any thing. These ladies were super nice. However there are only three of them. When I walked in there was a lady free to start on my nails. I requested a manicure and pedicure. She gets started and then a lady comes to do my toes. They were both doing everything great. The lady doing my nails was very careful to not hurt me, if anyone knows how getting powder is, you've gotta get the old ones taken off and some places burn you with the tool! Well, all of the sudden a few more customers came in and then I guess they began to feel rushed. The lady started rushing on my toes and started cutting the nails really fast. She began to cut on an ingrown nail which began to cause some discomfort (which I was expecting) once I confirmed it hurt but it was OK she stopped and left it half cut which is very painful now and it wasn't before. She didn't cut my toenails completely and left long ends on my smaller toes where they're digging into my skin. The customer sitting beside me, she got a long foot scrub. My scrub lasted less than a few minutes per foot. They began rushing big time. Then the lady doing my nails began filing my nails really fast and kept swiping my skin which caused extreme dry spots. After she shaped them, I noticed all of them were crooked sideways. I did a short coffin. I told her and she claimed her eyes were crooked. I asked her to fix it, she tried but they're still crooked. She had left me for a while to go work on a new customer then came back to finish my other hand. I don't like that. The lady who was going 100mph on my toes finished and walked away and I look down and all of my toenails are crooked shaped. I'm including a picture. Then after they dry, she comes up and says $70! I was very upset to pay $70 for this. I will not be returning because I paid $70 to have to sit and be rushed. I really should I said something but I hate to be that person.
