I was promised a partial refund (even though the service deserved a full one), and nearly a month later I'm still waiting--despite calling four times to follow up. Each time I've been met with excuses and zero urgency to make things right. To make matters worse, one staff member told me they had never received complaints about this esthetician, while another admitted there had been many. Looking at other reviews on Yelp, it's clear my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I literally never write reviews but this business has shown me the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

There are tons of nail salons in the area, but I saw the positive reviews for this place and thought I'd try it out. I was able to sit right down for my manicure even though I was a walk-in! My friend and I are visiting Dallas from Colorado and Illinois. On a whim, we came here for pedicures. As walk-in customers, we were greeted with friendliness, immediately placed in comfortable massage chairs, and offered beverages. Gavin and Kim were both attentive and made sure we were comfortable at all times. My friend and I often have ingrown toe nails, and both Gavin and Kim took care to remove them with care. The moment I walked in I specifically asked if someone was skilled with builder gel and able to do a thicker layer because I've had this same incident before and got told "my people are good".... Boy was that a lie. Seems like I got handed off to just anyone and he didn't even smile, greet himself or try to be nice. This nail tech also argued that the nails were already thick before finally adding another layer and was irritated. The next day the nails did exactly what I said they would do, BREAK. They proceeded to try to force me to pay for the service with zero understanding or discount when the nail tech lied and said I didn't want to pay the price (I changed the nail design when given a price) he then handed me off to someone and went home. The woman he handed me off to was already working on a client and I had been there 2 hours as my sister's nails were done and my pedicure was done. Another customer paid for my nails because I was so adamant on some type of resolution that worked for me too but I'm even disappointed they let her do it. All they care about is money, not good quality service. They'll act nice and compliment you but it's strictly for money and it is obvious. I go for more of a GENUINE vibe when I want services that are supposed to relax me. 0/5 star review and I am an esthetician.

I sat there at least another 30 minutes before someone else came to me. The young lady did apologize, and I know it was not her fault. However, I will NOT return again after the poor service. Unacceptable.

The manager forgot about my nail appointment, and tried to blame it on us. We booked it days in advance, well my boyfriend did trying to surprise me for valentines, and when we walked in the day of our apt, the manager was the only one there. She told us that we booked a "polish change" when in reality, she told my boyfriend on the phone that I could just tell her what I want there, because he didn't know what I wanted. It was supposed to be a surprise. There was another lady that was there a couple minutes before us, so she had to wait for us to finish. The lady who did my nails (the manager) literally told her "They have an appointment and I forgot about it". I wanted a full set, and I didn't know if it was called gel or acrylic because I don't really get my nails done (I mentioned this to her and showed pictures). She rushed through my manicure and only gave me gel, made fun of how short my nails were, and how "small" my nails were. She said things like "don't worry they'll grow! Ha ha!" Mind you I am not a regular, so this is not my friend! I am already pissed because she forgot about my apt, and proceeded to not give me what I asked for. At the end I was crying because I told her it wasn't what I wanted, and she just kept saying we booked for a polish change, she had another customer waiting (like that was my fault), that a full set would've taken an hour, and that she only had us down for 30min polish change. Also, why would I walk into the nail salon with short nails wanting to get them painted lol, I can do that at home. I knew she was just making excuses. My boyfriend doesn't even know what a polish change is!! I don't even know what that is!? When I went back the next day to get them fixed, she still kept saying it was my boyfriend's fault, even though she told him on the phone we could tell her what we wanted there. He didn't just make that up lol. It was obviously a mistake on her, but she still fixed my nails for 20, and I tipped her 20 because I'm not a horrible person!

I got a gel removal and mani, they charged me $30. They did a terrible job, nails are super thin, uneven and edges are sharp. I will never go back, I am sure I will have a broken nail before I go to work on Monday.
