Let's just say I'll never be back. Total waste of $147 and I'm pretty sure the lady used dirty tools on my feet after showing her coworker that it was dirty. I asked her to get new tools but I don't think she did. My nails are HIDEOUS and they smell bad. I still have dead skin on my feet smh. I kept telling the girl that my nails were lumpy and she had the nerve to tell me that it wasn't gonna be noticeable once she puts the color on. They didn't even offered me anything to drink but the moment Betty White came in, they offered her a glass of wine. Tbh, I hope this place gets shut down. Wanted to come back and update that this set cost me pretty expensive considering they're short and nothing crazy. I am young and was by myself and I think they took advantage of that and charged me way more than what it was worth. You can see that my middle finger on the right hand is like foggy, one nail out of all of them came out like that. I recommend going to fancy nails by the Irving mall. The lady rushed my nails and it is evident.... Now I will have to pay someone to fix this crap.... Powder Nails is $35 dollars but when I called someone told me $22.... they charged me an extra $10 for ombré and she did a sloppy job. I will not be returning to this nail shop. Shop has agreed to fix my nails so I will update my review once it is fixed. Update: The shop fixed my nails after playing phone tag and showing up at the shop. They are extremely under staffed so normal wait times are 1-3 hours or they will tell you to come back late or the next day. My nails finally look good and I'm happy with the end result. The technician was polite and I didn't feel like I was bothering her. This shop is not set up for heavy traffic. read more

ok so i went to get a acrylic full set nd a pedicure with acrylic on my big toe and. pinky ive been there before and they have done amazing job before but this time that wasnt the case so i wanted a certain color on my nails and the color I picked was light but ig with the monomer it gets darker soo normally i dont speak up but this time i did and im very proud of myself most of the time i juss ignore it and go bout my day but i finally got the.courage after she did my whole hand ik ( sad) i told the owner i didnt like the color she said its because of ur skin color the pink was a purple nd dark color dont look good on me but im brownskin (black) i just brushed off what she said so then she does my nails in a different color after soaking them off ... the color was better its just the shape and they were bulky she definitely rushed because as soon as i picked a color for my toes she left I understand everybody has there own issues but she was gone for 30 mins and when i was getting my feet done I really looked at them and really didnt like and i told her and she got mad at me she said " i do it for u twice and u still dont like it you gotta pay" im not paying for something i dont like nd for something that is no longer on my nails I offered to pay for the soak off when she was drilling my nails she had attitude i asked can i talk to her outside because i wanted to be respectful i told her i appreciate the time u put in for my nails but i will not pay for them because i dont like them she said "im done talking to u" i tried to me a adult about it but she wasnt going for it read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I wish I could give it negative stars!! My usual nail place (Silly Nails) was booked for the day I needed (I procrastinate, my fault). Based on the reviews and location to me I chose C Nails. Huge mistake!!! I called a few days before to make the appointment, I asked how much the charged, $35, a fair price for nail dip on natural nails. I received a text reminder the day before and the day of the appointment. When I got there the place had at least 5 patrons, it was small and crowded. A girl came in and sat down right next to me as I was soaking of old dip powder and the employees didn't say a word. It took them 30 minutes to even see me yet the text ended with "Please be on time!" I was early. I was there for almost 2 hours. When I went to pay they gouged me on soaking off my dip powder, an extra $5 bucks for pennies worth of acetone and cotton. read more

Worst experience of my life. Don't ever come to this place if you want to get dipped nails. This girl spent about an hour and a half on my nails and I literally feel like I was tortured. She kept on nicking me with the sanding drilling ripping my skin open, she filed the tips of my fingers while filing my nails, she got nail polish all over my hands and just left it on them. Some of my nails are almost clear and some of them are really dark. All I want to do is go some where to get them fixed and I can't because my fingertips hurt and will have to heal before I can let anyone touch them. She also kept soaking my hands so much that my skin is now so dry it's painful and she didn't even offer lotion even though it's very visible how dry they became in the process. I would never recommend this place and I only gave one star because it won't let me select zero. read more

The wort service ever. It took Heidi 2 hours to do my nails because she was on the phone and doing to many other things. My nails were so ugly it was embarrassing. They were oddly shaped crooked and bumpy. I called and told her I needed them fixed and she gave me a 6pm appt for the next day. I was there 10 minutes early and ended up sitting there 50 minutes with no service at all. So I politely walked to the counter to get help and ask for a refund so I could go somewhere else. Heidi then kept speaking to me very rude and inappropriate and repeating herself over and over. Then she cut the nails down and stripped the paint leaving me to have to pay to get them soaked off elsewhere. She then gave me back $45 but I informed her I paid $51 + a $5 tip which she could keep. She gave me my $ and begged me to take my review off fb. Wasted 4 hours and ruined my family's whole weekend and cost me $. I still can't believe how rude she was and how she could be ok with the job she did on my nails and claim to be a professional. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else. read more

I haven't been to many nail salons. In fact, I've only been to two. That being said, I had a really good time at C Nails. I was a walk in at around 1 pm and I was helped immediately. I'm a bit indecisive, so it did take me a while to find the color I wanted for my nail polish. Once I chose my color, I was seated immediately and the pampering begin. I did a mani-pedi for my birthday (because why not) and I had a great time. I didn't get anyone's names because, well, even if I had I probably would have forgotten them anyway. It was a little slow in there (only one other customer at that time) so I don't know if my experience was typical, but I had both my feet and my hands worked on at the same time. Let me address the bad reviews I've seen. In regards to the people saying they look depressed. What? They just look like normal, hard working people. Also, in a lot of Asian culture's they don't really show emotion. The people that helped me were polite, professional AND friendly. Just because someone doesn't smile doesn't mean they're in a bad mood. Another review I've seen (not on Yelp) was talking about how they asked the women to tell their 3-year-old children to quiet down. It isn't a large shop and it's supposed to be relaxing. They need to keep in mind that other people are there and they want the experience to be relaxing for other patrons. Anyway! I got a gel polish on my finger nails and regular polish on my toenails (toes don't get as much use). It was done very well and the man who painted my toes made sure they were dry before I left. I highly recommend this place! I didn't make an appointment because I went in the middle of a weekday, so I'd say you'd probably want to make an appointment if you're gonna go on the weekend. Left the under part of my nail dirty and my cuticles weren't given attention. No refreshments were offered and no hand massage was given. Towels when washing hands are very rough. When I arrived the lady told me 15 minutes until they would start. It took them an hour to start my nails. I ended up spending 3 hours for them to just do my nails. Then they charged me $56 for a full set with gel color! Are you freaking kidding me? I spent less money in Hawaii and California!!!! Then to top it off he refused to fix a nail that he messed up on!! I called the day before to make an appointment and glad I did because they had several walk-ins during my mani/pedi! They did a good job, very thorough.
