Every visit brought a different price, as I was told they charge separately for shaping nails and removing previous sets--surprising charges for what should be part of the service. I discovered this place on Google maps as I was looking for a new Nail Salon that could do my pedicure. Instead of doing a walk-in, I decided to make an appointment online and found Linh to be highly recommended. I came in 45 minutes earlier than my appointment so I was able to sit down and wait for my nail tech. They offer juices, water and alcohol beverages, which are always a nice touch. While waiting, I found the salon to be pretty clean, which was much appreciated. At the salon, you don't pick out your colors before you sit down they actually hand you different booklets of colors depending on if you're getting gel or non-gel. This helps to eliminate the pressure and indecisiveness in choosing a color so I love that this is part of the process. My Nail tech came out promptly at the time of my appointment and appreciated me waiting. She was extremely personable nice and we had great conversation. I typically dread the Nail Salon because I feel like I'm always greeted with rudeness nonchalant mess and micro aggressions. Linh was AMAZING and I booked my next appointment with her. I got the office pedicure, which came with a timed leg massage. It was pretty relaxing, and I loved the massage chairs. The massage chairs were pretty looks compared to other salons in my opinion and much more comfortable. By the time I got to my car, my toe was completely messed up. And this is on me, but I chose not to go back inside with fear that they might not fix it however, that's on me. I did get a regular nail polish and not a gel so life happens. Next time I hope that I can use some spray of some sort and allow time for my nails to dry. As a first time guest you're offered 10% off your service. So make sure you check in with the hostess in the front when paying for your services at the end. I found this new nail salon on IG. They are offering 20% off services during their soft opening! There is nothing better than a new salon, new chairs, new towels etc. The massage chairs have so many options with a vibrating seat that you can turn on or off. I enjoyed the chair massage very much! The two techs who did my nails were great. I had the Vietnamese iced coffee for my complimentary drink, and they do have a full bar with many other offerings. Parking feels a little tricky because most of the spots say 20 minutes, but I was reassured that parking is okay - just don't leave your car overnight. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and even offered a cocktail (which I assumed would be an extra charge, but surprise--it's complimentary!). I was seated right away with zero wait time and brought to a pedicure chair to begin my services. I'm extremely picky about my nail shape--I love a super pointy, slender almond--and to my surprise, my tech nailed it on the first try. I also got a gel polish French tip on my toes, and the lines and shaping were flawless. For both the acrylic fill-in with gel polish and the gel French pedicure, my total came to $130, which is right on par with what I used to pay in ATL. The salon itself is spotless, modern, and has a relaxing vibe. Even on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM, it wasn't overcrowded, likely because they have plenty of service providers to keep things flowing smoothly. They were doing a 20% off special for their soft launch which they said they are extending for a few more days! The nails are very reasonably priced with add ons available for extra services! Update: Don't book Ruby. I went to her for build a gel. It was my first time getting this service. She never removed the gel the 6 times I went for service and continued to do fills. On my last visit I noticed upon closer inspection had green bacteria growing under two nails. I asked her how come she never told me it was there? Then, it dawned on me that I was always getting fills without removing the old gel. I was so upset that I had her remove it all and cut down my long natural nails. The green bacteria took over 3 months to grow out with antibiotic cream. In the mean time I had to walk around with unkept nails for months to resolve the issue with the bacteria. When, I informed management they weren't too apologetic. As a nail tech your suppose to maintain the health of your clients nails by recommending services and being honest. For the amount I paid $90 with a 20% off and the service I got. I will not return. Went on Sat. Ag.16. Wanted an acrylic set with French tip doing the curve tip. (Of course this is hand painted) Now the tech I had Bee did not talk which is fine.. I asked how are you today? Not one word. Then noticed while painting the French tip. She was falling asleep. First off this goes onto management. Why make one of your workers work or even ask if they are ok. if they're that sleepy especially doing a service that requires her full potential. This was not ideal for my first experience at a place that has so many great reviews. The acrylic close to my cuticles was not even filed down and I had to use my own file to help file it down cause it kept poking my cuticle area after leaving. Now The length was not corrected/ size. while a few of the nails look chunky and not filed straight the painted french tip is slanted. Now what was more upsetting after not getting what I wanted in length and shape. Was that the tech filed my nails after painting the French tip and when looking at my nails, you could see all the paint coming off on the sides and it looks horrible. Once looking at my nails after they were completed, you could tell the difference in the size of my nails that some were bigger than the others they were not Filed straight and with the shape itself yes, I wanted them squared but I wanted the corners file down so they weren't as pointy and that could not even get done. I do hope the next person's experience is better than mine with this tech, but especially for management to ensure that their techs are not falling asleep during service and can actually function and do what is needed for the client. Even when checking out, they asked how everything was and I told them not good. My nails did not come out how I wanted, but nothing was followed up. However, the amount of colors and the service on drinks is wonderful. read more

decided to give this place a try since it had good reviews and had been recommended by a friend but i won't be coming back, and frankly all i would want from this place is a full refund. I came in on 8/21 for a builder gel manicure and one of my nails popped off less than an hour later. when i came back in, the technician asked if i had "bumped" the nail (??) mind you i've had builder gel manicures from other salons that lasted me 4+ weeks and have never had it completely pop off like this. they did redo the nail but it was inconvenient nonetheless. it's now 8/26, just 5 days later, and another nail has come off. I enjoy trying new nail salons from time to time and i have never ever had retention issues like this. additionally, i came in with only one hand still done from my last set (builder gel + tips) and the other hand was just my bare natural nails. i was wanting to remove the remaining nails and just put builder gel on my short natural nails (no tip), but the technician just assumed i would be getting a fill on the hand with the tips (i don't ever get fills and that's not what i booked). i was kind of confused by this but i trusted him and went with it but the length/ shape don't match very well. on top of all this, the nails already look really dull after only 5 days. overall a really disappointing experience. read more
