She recommended the lavender pedicure which comes with all the things, hot towel, hot stone, paraffin wax, scrub, massage, etc.. and then we added the an additional massage to the neck, back and arms.. my manicure was also great! I did the dip! Love the color and overall experience was great tho it did chip after a few days.. VERY odd experience. Came in for an acrylic fill. My nails were mid-long length almond, needed them cut down for a work trip. We agreed on the length she cut them to and then she chopped the sides way down. As she filed they kept getting shorter and shorter. I told her twice they were two short. She ignored me. I then told her they were the shortest nails I've ever had. She did not care. At payment the manager asked how my experience was. I said I was ignored and the nails were much shorter than I had asked for. She said Oh and processed my payment. Never had to do a charge back in my life but will be for this. Also was charged for length lmao... She took almond literally. Looks like tiny nuts on my damn fingers. read more

I was a walk-in on Sunday who requested a gel manicure and standard pedicure. The gel manicure was fine - she did a decent job. The pedicure, on the other hand, was one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. My feet did not soak AT ALL before she started working on them (she only ran the tub water after she started removing my old polish). I bet my feet spent less than one minute in total in the foot bath. After applying the polish, I noticed there was a smudge on the big toe so she hurriedly applied another coat and then the top coat then walked away. That toenail looked lumpy and ended up being destroyed as soon as I out on close-toed shoes the next day. I ended up filing it down a bit and covering it with a fresh coat in a slightly different hue just so it didn't look so bad. I will not be returning when there are so many alternatives nearby. read more

My new favorite spot to get nails in Dallas! I was stunned by the attention to detail. I got the pedicure with hot stones and my mother got the lavender pedicure set. Service was fantastic with unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. They made sure the water temperature for soaking was just right, and were very meticulous when painting nails (used a brush to clean up any stray paint). They helped us put on the disposable slippers and packed our shoes in a bag. They also had a window counter with UV light underneath to expedite the drying process. read more

I am visiting Dallas and needed a last minute pedicure. I called and they took me right away. As I'm walking in, I noticed I came during their happy hour which was gonna end at 3pm. I never seen a nail salon that has two levels. This was new and exciting for me. Once I sat down, they gave me their book to see which pedicure I wanted. I chose their seasonal signature pedicure and I'm so happy I did. It was my birthday and I felt so pampered. My pedicure came with sangria which is one of my favorite drinks. They put a neck wrap on my neck. I used the massage for my back as I sat there. I was very relaxed while I was scrolling through my phone. Once my toes were done, I got a neck and shoulder massage. I also had a foot and leg massage. I've been to so many nail places but never like this. I had such an amazing time. I will be definitely coming back if I'm back in this area. I've been going to Nailed since 2016 and absolutely love it. They have a huge color selection for dip, gel, and regular polish. They also just redid the inside with new chairs, nail tables, etc., and it looks so good! You get free drinks as well - wine, mimosa, apple tini, iced coffee, cucumber water, anything you can think of! The staff is amazing! Nam and Ann at the front desk are incredibly nice and keep things running smoothly. They check in with each person to make sure things are going okay and bring such positive energy. For nails, you can't go wrong with any of the nail techs here. I go to Dara and she knocks it out of the park every time. The service was okay, however my nails did not last long at all. I paid for a regular French manicure, and pedicure (No acrylic or gel). After leaving the salon, I thought "these are just okay, but not worth $65, plus a $12 dollar tip". The same day, my finger nail polish began to chip off. The second day, the nail polish was almost completely chipped off. Now, I don't do much work or hard labor with my hands, so there's not many reasons I'd be the cause of the chipped nails. Also, Monday-Wednesday you get 20% off before 3pm. You get charged before the service, while sitting down on the massage chair. I do not believe they honored the 20% off for me. I was unable to confirm, as I didn't ask for a receipt. My fault, but make sure you mention the 20% discount. I will not return to this Nail Bar. read more

I am not happy with my nails from here. I came in to try this place after seeing all the great reviews, the service was ok. I got dip and after leaving my nails looked like they had scratch marks all over them but I'm not one to complain so I left. A week and a half later the dip started breaking and falling off (see pictures attached) my actual nail is not breaking only the dip is cracking and falling off which is clearly a sign of bad service. I have a reservation appointment the day before on 06.04.24 for a massage appointment with Jason @ 1pm for 120 min session. It's now the next day of 06.05.24 15 min before 1pm. I dropped in to get my Gel X removed and a regular manicure to wear my natural nails. I was seated quick but the nail tech that serviced me rushed the process. He didn't soak them off properly, instead he over drilled and now my nails are extremely brittle and sensitive. I ended up having to get my nails cut all the way down. This is the first time my nails have ever been damaged after Gel X removal. I didn't end up getting the manicure, he already seemed like he was in a rush so I didn't want him to do anymore damage .
