My nail tech is out of the country and I decided to try another place. The tech here did a fill on my painted on dips. Barely took off what was already there, used the dremel to grind them a tiny bit shorter (breaking the acrylic) and less than a week later they are lifting (all ten nails). One thumb is filed uneven and nails are chipping under dip. This cost $55 - supposedly for fill, 1 nail repair (that was damaged when taking the nails off), and to cut them down (no clipper, just ground off). Pedicure was $32 and my feet are peeling thick skin 5 days layers. Not sure what was used. read more

Second time coming here. They accept walk ins and the facility is very clean. Shout out to Kevin who has done my nails twice, he is very detailed. They don't do hard gel or powder dip. I've been coming here for awhile, just been a little selfish and didn't want to let everyone else know about my little spot, so I hadn't written a review. However I've realized that it's not fair to them or to you, so I'm letting the car out the bag. Since coming here since before they had renovated and although the place, located in a strip mall with a grocery store, may not seem like the most upscale place, when you walk in the door, you feel like you are in a fancy spa. The staff are all friendly and their flexible hours allow you to be able to come in any day of the week. So a basic pedicure starts at $25 and goes up to $60. However I will say this, I've been to many places and this is the best pedicure I've had in DFW. My polish doesn't chip, I honestly go longer than I should because my pedicure lasts. They also provide water/wine to help with the spa experience. They have OPI polish and a great variety of them and they stand by their work. Not one detail missed! I went in on a Wednesday night, they were fairly busy but I was serviced quickly. The nail tech made sure to ask several questions to make sure I was satisfied with my service. She did manicure techniques which I'm not used to with just getting a full set my cuticles were pushed backed, oiled and massaged! I also got my eyebrows waxed which she paid attention to detail and made sure that she made my eyebrows look as full as possible. I just left your establishment. I guess providing mediocre service is part of CS. I went in to get two thumb nail repaired. Yeah, it's a pretty place but if you know how your nails are suppose to be then pretty don't mean ish. When the lady started filing my nails I told her it burnt and was hurting this woman then chuckles like my feelings are irrelevant. Cool. After she glued my nail I told her it was crooked her response was the acrylic would even it. Cool. After she begin the acrylic I told her it was too thick...way too thick. Her response was she would file it. Cool. After she kept applying the acrylic I told her AGAIN that is way too thick, I like then. She filed more and said look...my response its still crooked. I don't like it. I asked for someone elses opinion...after she kept filing it and made my nail too slim I asked for it to be removed. She said it was be $8 my thought TUH YOU WISH..The shorter lady then says I guess we can't do your shape( that my reg tech does) I replied she should have said that before she started and we could've came up with something else. I said I still need my nail done or at least polished we can do something different. She says We can't do I have other clients. Well ok! Took all their polish left me sitting there. I put $5 & left...I'M ok with you not able to do my nails but don't be rude and not put my polish back on that you took off!! First & Last time there!! Back to VIP NAILS I go! This was definitely the worst nail experience I have had. One of the stylist was really rude to my daughter, told her she was taking too long to pick her colors and made her get out of her chair. I spent 43 dollars on my pedicure, 48 on my daughter and almost 40 on my nails. The stylist for my daughter was rude, made her move chairs and didn't even finish her nails. We left with tips glued to her nails and nothing else. They charged to soak off nails when my daughter just had polish. When the nail technician was rude no one even came to talk to us or tried to make things better. The stylist working on my nails was sweet, however my nails are not done well. I really wanted this place to work for me... like I hate that the wait sometimes is soo crazy... but I try to over look it. And then I'm top of that I'm not in love with a lot of their technicians ... the young girls in there really know how to do them but the older ladies don't freshen up their skills and don't understand when you explain what you want... even if you show a picture. Unlike some people I don't like being in the nail salon for hours. I have natural nails so I don't wanna be in there for 3 hours. The pedicures are always super slow for a pretty basic pedicure. I know you may think... that they are at least being diligent.... No the work isn't great. I've been here several times to try and give it another go, but on this last time I told the girl I'd pay for what she did do and that I wasn't happy....
