I've been going to 3311 Nail Bar since September 2023, and I've had a pleasant experience with everyone I've interacted with. Linda is the nail tech I usually see, and she is incredibly kind, articulate, and a perfectionist. I'm always satisfied with her work. I get regular manicures and do not opt for dips or fake nails. They offer a complimentary drink upon arrival, which is a nice touch. On Wednesdays, they provide a 20% discount during their "Happy Hour," which runs from Monday to Wednesday, 10am to 3pm. I've also witnessed them accommodate large parties who come in together to get serviced. The salon is conveniently located off of Oaklawn. Highly recommend! read more

Really disappointed by the quality of nails here. Paid $125 including tip for chrome and tips and it's only been one week later and parts of the chrome have already chipped off. I had to tell the tech multiple times that the application on the right hand was patchy but I felt like the application was rushed. read more

I have lived in TX for almost 6 years now and have gone to a new nail salon every time because either the quality and/or the service was sub par to what I would expect for the price point. That is until coming to 3311 Nail Bar in Aug. 2024. They have me hooked! The quality, the service, the price -- it is the best in Dallas. Jade has done a few different ombré nails for themed events and is who you want to see for all your ombré nail needs. Everyone does such a great job at this salon though, you don't need to worry. This has become my go-to nail place. Atmosphere is great; there's always good music playing. The massage chairs are really good. They'll do your hands and feet at the same time and prices are average. I'm a more difficult customer because I pick my cuticles but everyone has always been respectful and taken great care of me. read more

Paid for the 30 minute refresher. Took her less than 20. Thought it was a 30 min service ? The lady was very aggressive with the nail filing. Had to tell her twice it hurt, and nails were cut very short. Wasn't offered a drink til I was already done. Sigh. Maybe if I would've paid the high package my experience would've been better. The good part was that the massage chairs were very good. read more

Nails by Tai(Tyler? Sorry if I've been saying your name wrong in my head this whole time)! I'm sad I didn't take a picture of my summer nails and fall nails but let me tell you, he knocks it out of the park every time! Tyler is very kind, professional, and uses shared decision making with an artistic twist to make your dream nails come true! His pricing for design is very affordable and he is quick and efficient. The interior design of the actual nail salon feels luxurious and comfortable at the same time. They offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. They have a wide selection of nail polish and since they're a new salon, the polish is newer (which means more vibrant/stays on better/don't need as many coats); I say that because old nail polish sucks at some of the nail salons that have been around. If you want your toes done, book an appointment with Tina! Tina is gentle with your feet but gives a great massage. She always leaves me refreshed and my feet rejuvenated. read more

Very nice modern place but over price. This was my first time going to this location. I was trying to get me a pedicure and manicure Lisa did a great job on my pedicure and Henry was very nice and I enjoyed the customer service. I ask how much they would charge me for the photo I showed the lady she says $150 I'm like total for mani n pedi she like no for hands only. I'm like wait what that's outrageous it's not like I have designs and rhinestones. So then I just said ok so how much for ombré and 1 finger design she says $100 I'm like this is just ridiculous. EDIT: the owner was very nice and they fixed my nails for free. Boosted to 4 stars Honestly the worst nail experience I've ever had. I go in wanting almond shape and on the shorter side due to my job. The lady said almond is for old ladies and coffin is better. I laugh it off and was fine with it because I like coffin too. Then it comes to the length and I keep saying shorter and she insists on giving me long nails. THEN we get to check out and I'm charged extra for the shape and length. I have found my perfect nail salon! Went for the second time today, and Linda was just as awesome as the first time. So awesome that I really don't want to tell you all about it because then you'll go and they'll be all booked up. :) The salon is big and has a bar. Yes, a bar. Like the kind where you tell them what you want and they make it. Really nice atmosphere and exactly what I've been looking for. Service is great. My nail tech, Linda, is great. The owner is great. Everyone is SO friendly. I get a gel pedicure with design and have loved it both times. The problems with other salons is consistency. It'll be good at first, then it's not. I don't think that will happen here. This one is definitely my favorite. The parking is also awesome! They have a parking lot in the back. Love, love, love it and will definitely be a regular. Went in for a builder gel re fill ( never been here before ) It says on their website it's 45$ for a refill of this... which I thought was a little expensive ... I go to pay... $100.:: my jaw dropped. They charged me to cut and file my nails... apparently that doesn't come with the cost of the service...?!? Neither DOES THE COLOUR... I sadly had to change my review. The price increase is so astronomical I can no longer afford services here. We were alerted about a price increase, but with the additional "add-ons" my bill is approx avg 38% more for the same services I would get less than a year ago. I get acrylic overlay on my real nails which do grow long. Today for a nail fill, 2 simple designs and gel stress free pedicure (medium grade not fully luxe) I am spending $175 before tip. For equivalent services I used to spend between $110-$125. I asked why I was being charged for shaping when I didn't change my shape. The reception said nails need filling everytime. Well shouldn't that be included in the fill price?!! Also add on services such as "shaping" is not eligible durinf happy hour. I posted my nails below for transparency with receipt. I will have to find a new place . This place used to be so packed but judging by the empty seats, others have as well. So bittersweet. I know nails are a luxury but in this economy it feels good to pamper yourself every once in a while. I just can't do it regularly here with these prices. read more

I've been to this place before and was charged accordingly. Went in today and was nickel and dime and wasn't told ahead of time before services started what all they would be charging me for. They charge me for something that no other nail salon charges for so I will never be back. They wouldn't even put me in touch with the owner...I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. read more

Being new to Dallas I am testing out nail salons and 3311 Nail Bar is the first I tried. It was easy to call and get an appointment and I'm sure depending on the day and time you would be able to get a walk-in appointment. There is minimal parking in the front but a full parking lot in the back which is nice. The staff was very friendly and Mimi was did my nails was super sweet. I got a medium gel-x set with just a solid color and it was around $80 which it too bad. They also have a full bar which is a nice touch if you'd like to have a drink while being serviced. While I'm going to continue to try out places for nails, I would definitely recommend 3311 to others and will be back myself to try a pedicure. read more

I LOVE this place ! So I just moved back home and I've been searching for a really good place for self care and I thought to try this place as I read the reviews and saw all the great feedback . Went the same day and I LOVE my nails ! I'm not a big long nails person so I asked the tech to make them look as natural as possible and she did JUST that ! The nail tech at my regular salon wasn't able to do my nails because they had experienced a death in their family, so I began looking for other salons near me that might be able to help. I liked what I saw on the website for 3311 and decided to give them a try. After I was seated I tried to explain to the girl doing my nails, that my nail beds are shaped differently than other people and how I wanted her to do my nails. Midway through explaining this to her, she interrupts me, and says, "I know I know. I've been doing nail for 20 year". I told her that was nice, but that I did not want my nails shooting off at an angle and how the girl at my regular salon did them to ensure that they would be flat and straight. I told her to do one nail and then I would look at it to see if it was acceptable. She began going the tips on the ends of my fingernails, (all of my nails), but did not take care to do it the way I had instructed her to do it. She asked me, "do you want me to get someone else to do this?" I said, "will they be able to do it the way I want?" Then she just stared at me. The man who brought me my bottled water came over and started asking questions and their native language. I looked at him and said" if she isn't able to do this the way I want could you please find someone here who can?" He assured me that she knew what she was doing and that she would do my nails so they came out straight and level. In addition to all of this, I had selected the chunky red reflective glitter for the dipping powder of my choice. She tried twice to talk me out of it saying that there was another red glitter dipping powder that she preferred. I asked her why they had it in the book as an option if she's going to try to talk people out of it every time they requested and she had no answer for me. at the end of the service she did such a poor job of trying to use the glitter dipping powder, that she ended up having to coat it with a clear gel in order to get it finished. Then she charged me $5 extra in addition to the service, for the gel. Clearly she was making stuff up as she went along and the 20 years of experience that she had was not serving her well. This appointment was 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago, and today, New Year's day, the middle nail on my left hand fell off. It didn't break, it didn't tear, it just fell off. Don't go to this salon, because they won't listen to you, they interrupt you, try to talk you out of what you want because they don't want to do the work, and after everything else is said and done the quality isn't good enough for them to last longer than 2 1/2 weeks and will fall off your fingers. Total cost was $65, before gratuity, and they aren't even lasting me two and a half weeks? Also, I asked for almond shaped nails. Do either of the pictures attached even slightly resemble almond shaped to anyone? Anyone? read more

I've been going to 3311 for about six months now and I LOVE them. They always fit me in with ample staff, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and every visit I leave completely satisfied. I typically get a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and their prices are on par with other salons I've been too. The environment is open and very clean and they have a full bar along with coffee and tea. Highly recommend! read more

3311 dilutes the nail polish so much that the consistency is way too watery and not right. Constantly people are coming in to have gel and polish fixed/redone for chips after just a day or two. Your gel and polish will not last longer than a week. The nail techs reuse single use gloves and I don't believe cleanliness is a priority. I have been cut and often feel they are careless when shaping,filing or cutting nails. There are much better nail salon options close by for the same price or less. read more

Once you make myself clear after about 10 times you're getting gel, they toss you around to 1-5 different workers before someone finally agrees to do this "cheap" and "not worth their time" set. I've literally watched it happen before my eyes probably the last 5 times I've gone in. $20 for gel on top of their $25 manicure which they try almost every-time to not clean under your nails or trim your cuticles!!!! Same with the $45 pedicures!!! They try not cleaning underneath your toenails and rush through the shaping process completely unless you are thoroughly paying attention. It's so sneaky and disappointing that their recommended gratuity is at 22% or 25% when they shouldn't even get 20% for what they do. They completely take advantage of the customer and then gaslight you if you ask ANY questions. There are so many BETTER nail salons in Dallas, avoid it yall!!

My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

I had a hard time finding parking, but the owner told me that there was parking behind the location that you could access by an alley behind the AT&T store. Sad to say the quality has really gone downhill and the price just jumped approximately 20%. $27 plus tip for a regular manicure is too expensive for what you are getting. The acrylic was far too thick so much so that it looked like it had seeped underneath my toenails. I've had acrylic overlays many times before, and I've never seen them look this bulky or uneven. When I reached out to the salon, they told me I should've said something before I left. But honestly how was I supposed to notice something like that without bringing my foot to my face?
