It amazes me how you can go to a place, sit next to someone and get two different experiences. I took my partner in here for her first time. Her experience was rushed, not the best customer service and the lady doing her nails asked her three times if she was paying or was I because the nails were $80. That isn't a lot for nails. Like who does that? It made my partner feel as if she thought she couldn't afford the nails. Now myself! I loved my experience. My cocktail was strong. My nail tech and pedicure tech almost put me to sleep and their customer service was top notch. Like I can't explain how good it was. The made my feet look model ready. My little manicure has my hands popping and that massage. Yassss!!!! Never once did they ask who was paying? The never asked if I could afford! It was just a great service with two great women. I wish off my experience I could give them a 5. But how my partner was treated I stand with my four. read more

The salon is convenient, reasonably priced compared to others in the area, and I appreciate that I can walk in and usually be assigned to a nail technician quickly. I also like that they offer a complimentary drink during the service, although it would be nice if the drinks came with a lid or cover since nail dust tends to fly around. That said, the salon seems to do best with simpler services. They do a good job with solid colors or a classic French tip, but I've found that when I request more intricate nail designs, the results don't always match what I had in mind. I've also had to get used to the fact that cuticle cleanup isn't included in the base service and needs to be added separately if you want it done. You are greeted upon walk in. Though no one is always standing in the front, they come quickly to have you seated. The regular polish section is small, but of course most are into gels and dips. There are 3 total rows of about 10 chairs each for a pedicure and 2 different manicure stations with about 8 seats each. As my foot was being scrubbed the file broke lmaooo and no it had nothing to do with the roughness of my foot! She tried to put it back together, but probably just needs to obtain a new one. The massage chairs work well, but could use a very thorough cleaning and disinfecting. I saw spills and different hand prints of stickiness left behind. I'm not 100% on my return because I felt my service was a bit rushed. I am one who loves to relax, enjoy my drink while getting a massage and nails painted with care. Went back for the second time during their weekly happy hour and got a dip manicure! they seated me right away and started working on my nails! I was offered a free drink and was able to enjoy myself while my nails were getting done! Good experience getting pedicures here. Staff was good and interior is nice and clean and spacious. I like that it doesn't feel as small and crammed as some other places in the area. I went with my mom and we both ordered the same pedicure, but they didn't give her the paraffin part, so I recommend making sure they do all of the parts of your pedicure. Always such a great experience here! Tim did my pedicure tonight -- the Milk & Honey Signature Pedi -- and I can't recommend it enough. It even includes a relaxing neck and shoulder massage, which makes it feel like a full mini-spa visit. The staff is always super friendly and attentive, and I've never had to wait long -- they seat you almost immediately every time. I usually go for a male mani-pedi with a clear gel or a shiny buff, and they always get it right clean, natural, and perfectly polished. Sometimes I like to add a few cute, simple designs on a couple of nails, and the techs absolutely kill it every time. read more

Worst pedicure ever. The lady I had was short with me and rude. She smashed my nails towards the end and then when she was telling me I was done I was like oh it's smudged and all she did was paint a little bit of topcoat over it and I left with it still smudged. I went to this nail salon because I was visiting my daughter and we were going on an Alaskan cruise. I normally visit my salon in Wellington, FL. (Boy, do I miss my salon!!) A technician started by grinding my natural nail down. Why? I know I should've said something because I've never had a tech do that to my nails before. And it hurt too! She was very rough and when I told her I wanted a French pedicure, she told me couldn't because I had a chipped (big toe) nail. I said "Well, I do want a French so do the best you can." I came on a Sunday to remove the gel & acrylic on my natural nails & get a new set done. I ended up getting powder dip with the pink French tip. The service was good (for the most part) upon walking in I was helped almost immediately. However, I was not offered anything to drink (something I read in previous reviews) snd at the time of this visit I was 9 months pregnant. Once I sat down to begin my nails after a short wait, the technician doing my nails did offer a drink, however it took her about 15 minutes to actually get it. Not sure if that was intentional. My overall nail experience was okay, I felt like my nails were bulkier than I would have preferred and I was overpriced. My total was $85 before tip & that to me just felt like way too much. I was taken as a treat by my sweet guy and was given the works! Mani, pedi, massage and drinks! This nail spa has it all. It is huge inside. Practically no wait even on a busy Saturday. They have a bar and first drink is free with services. And thee drinks are good! You can pick from a menu of services and they will have technicians come and take great care of you. It's clean and the spa chairs are cozy. I love my toes and the leg and hand massages were very relaxing. I didn't feel like they tried to over sell me on more services and they all made sure I was good on drinks and water. For a nail spa, this was probably one of my favorite experiences. They even had orange slices on a lovely tray with hot stones and everything. I got the deluxe pedicure and a pink dipped manicure with the hand and leg massages. Highly recommend. Would go back. Together my partner paid $160 and he got a pedicure too. Great price in my opinion. read more

I honestly was not going to write a review, as I genuinely have never written a bad review of an establishment ever even if there was poor service. But this had to be one of the worst manicures I've ever received. The individual who did my nails had no bedside manner, was extremely rude. I told her I wanted builder gel as I have medium length natural nails and had a previous set of builder gel on. I told her I wanted to keep the length, just shape them to almond a little more. My nails were shortened almost entirely. There was 0 cuticle prep done, not even pushing them back. I asked for a nude pink and white French. When she did the french, I kept telling her they were crooked and she would redo it, STILL crooked. I told her they were too thick and she told me this is how she does them. The nails are lumpy and it didn't even look like she attempted to coat them evenly. My right thumb due to the lack of cuticle prep is beyond crooked and filled unevenly. The manager is a gem and I would have asked for a refund there if he wasn't so kind to every customer that walked through the door! read more

I typically have a great experience here but the last time I was here I was unimpressed. I believe Lynn was the name of the lady doing my dip nails. She was very rushed, with removal and a new set I was out of the salon in about 30 minutes. Instead of using a file or cutting my nails down she used the drill to shave off some of the length. The dip on some of my nails goes over the side of my nails, digging into my skin and in some places does not cover my whole nail. I've attached photos of my nails, as you can tell the edges are not cleaned up and look very sloppy. Not to mention there was a piece of someone's weave from before me that my arm had to rest on the whole time. read more

As soon as I walked in my friend and I were rushed to pick out of the pedicure menu and didn't even get a chance to read all of my options, then provided them a pretty simple French tip pedi and within the details of what was offered with our service (milk and honey $63) which was a neck/shoulder massage, Lily was rough and rushing the "massage" lasted 4/5 mins; granted I'm not expecting an extravagant massage but what she provided was underwhelming. I requested a French tip and even included a picture that multiple workers seen and still didn't get what I asked for. Definitely leaving me unhappy and frustrated. To top it all off I was asks 3x to pay my bill after I wasn't even fully finished and still in the chair. I specifically told them multiple times I was paying cash and would like to pay as I was completed and walking to the front but they demanded me to pay right then and there.
