This was my go to nail place. They were very nice & had great customer service in the beginning. The last couple times I've notice the customer service has been lacking. I understand they are busier but they act as though you are inconveniencing them while you are there. I went this past Saturday for a dip removal & new dip, also asked for manicure with CBD gloves. There is nothing more frustrating when I get my nails done & it looks like they've already grown out. He did everything very quickly, did not narrow the tips like I asked nor did he clean up my cuticles. After he rushed through everything he brought out the gloves & hot towels. He put the gloves on for about 2 minutes then wiped me down with the hot towel. Also as I was struggling to get my jewelry back on he came by & said "you still don't have that on". I've been here a handful of times over the years, I wish it was a more reliable salon since it's so close by. But today I've officially had enough, and I'm here to leave a review because I am so so so tired of going to nail salons and getting sub par treatment and paying $65+ for a basic mani pedi. I'll include photos of my manicure which speak for themselves. Overall, I felt that my manicurist Ann rushed through my service (she went directly to a regular who asked for her by name who came in halfway through my manicure). While she was pleasant, she didn't care to even ask me what shape I wanted my nails before she started filing them. Didn't ask any questions whatsoever. Made me bleed with no apologies, jagged polish job, uneven filing. I do not recommend this nail salon. I've been in here a couple of times now over the last 2 months, and it has been pretty great, thus far. I got a dip mani and a desperately needed eyebrow waxing today, and was happy to be able to get in right away without an appt. I was in around 11:00 today, and they were able to accommodate me, although they did get a little bit busier while I was there and some walk-ins had to wait for about 30 minutes or so. So far, the quality of their services is very different from many of the other places I've been recently. They take their time on your nails and make sure that things are done correctly. Even after about a month, I didn't have any chipping or breaking of my nails. They are not too thick, and not too thin. I think the only slight negative was that when they did my eyebrows today they were a little thinner than I would've liked them but it's not like I could put the hair back on my face after it was gone. Other than that, the atmosphere is very nice, it's a really pretty interior and good vibe. I'll be back next month! read more

I use this lovely nail salon for my regular Gel powder manicures and pedicures. It is clean and kept up well, and the owner, manager and techs are all very nice and do good work. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are free and the treatments are very relaxing and offered at a good variety of prices and additions. The pedicure chairs all work for massages, and there are numerous big screen TVs in view with usually HGTV or movies shown. I believe that facials and waxing may be available, although I have never used those services. I have always had a great experience here, and can just walk in with out waiting too long. read more

This salon is either new or just re-opened. It is super cute, chic, modern, and has GREAT color choices (dip and regular). They are priced for the market and have a bar with free drinks. Very sanitary: one-use nail kits (clippers etc), cleaning between each person, spacing, all are required to (appropriately) wear a mask, contactless payment, temp check on arrival, sanitizers everywhere, and plexiglass dividers for manicure stations. It is a big space so lots of opportunity to spread out. I will definitely be coming back here! read more

I really wanted to like this place. It's nice when you walk in but it fell short on a couple of things. I asked for tips and dip powder. She told me she was going to cut my cuticles(it's been awhile and needed it and didn't mention the charge) but then she applied the tips to the VERY edge of my nail. My nails are very short and there is no way that this gives it enough "support" to last even with the powder. She asks what length and I said kinda short. Well without even asking she starts cutting them SUPER short. I have always been asked before the snip if where they were cutting was ok. Well sure enough she is sniping away and the are all starting to have both sides popping up as she's going. I point it out and she just tells me not to worry she'll fix. She did add more glue but no pressure on them to actually seal. She then does the dip. She asked what shape and I said square w/rounded corners. She never compared nails, they aren't straight across and on top of it.... She filed the sides so much they look like a pathetic attempt at short coffin style. I will take pics and post. read more
