I went here for my first ever brow tint and Carlee was great! She is super personable and made the hour an enjoyable experience. I have naturally pretty thick black eyebrows so I was worried beforehand about it being too heavy/bold but Carlee made them look very natural. It looks like I filled them in lightly with a brow pencil. She was very exact with going over the tint in certain spots to make it look as natural but still filled in as possible. One thing I really appreciate is that you can enter the front door but, to access an individual suite, you have a "call box" and the actual professional allows you to enter the area. It's a very clean facility and I feel very safe while I am there. Now to my review of the service at The Dream Spa. The esthetician is Carlee Cantrell and she is fabulous! She immediately puts you at ease with her welcoming, beautiful smile. I am under a lot of stress right now and when I leave The Dream Spa, I feel and look like a new person. I am 68 years old and can honestly say that, even though I've used other estheticians in the past, my skin has never looked so good. Carlee takes her time and if she spots something that needs attention (an upcoming ingrown hair, zit, etc.) she lets you know, then goes ahead and takes care of it for you. Her facials are tailored to what is best for your skin. She does a exceptional job at shaping and coloring brows. I have sensitive skin and have always "blistered" after waxing. Carlee is the only esthetician I've used that has not caused those painful, ugly blisters on my face. The whole time you're with Carlee, you feel pampered. I can't adequately express what a difference seeing Carlee at The Dream Spa has made in my life. That's why I've been going routinely since January and will continue to do so. I'm pregnant and my skin has done a complete 180 from very dry to very oily. I went to Carolyn for a facial while feeling pretty blah about myself, and not only was the facial amazing - soothing to my skin, relaxing to my mind and extremely effective - but Carolyn herself made me feel like a million bucks. She's the perfect mix of bubbly and kind, technically savvy and a little bit hippie, and just being around her brightens your day. As I mentioned, the facial itself was fantastic. She took great care to use products suited to my skin type, the changes I've experienced, and that are safe during pregnancy. A bonus: the extractions were as gentle as possible. The next day my skin was clear and glowing, and a week later it still looks better than it has in months. I would say you should treat yourself to her services, but that makes it sound overpriced, which it absolutely wasn't. In fact, at $85 (plus tip! tell her the tip amount before she scans your card, or she has to run it twice), it was considerably less expensive than most spas or salons.
