At around 9 o'clock tonight to get my nails done and I was treated like crap after he was rough with my hands while doing my nails once he applied the paint the paint wouldn't dry after multiple rounds of the heat lamp. I asked him to repaint them, he gave me an attitude and they still wouldn't dry so I asked him to take the paint off and if I could come back tomorrow, he made me pay full price and gave me much attitude and started turning the lights off while I was getting my nails done. I wish nail techs would be more honest when they simply cannot do what you're asking for. I would've gone with a simpler look that's easier to pull off had I known I'd be walking out with nails that look like I did them myself. Have you ever left the salon trying to not cry because SAME. I wanted a chrome French tip. Simple. First attached photo is exactly what I showed them. I've had this done before so I know it's possible. They talked for a while about how I'd have to just do silver which I finally agreed to - sure whatever. Then once the silver tips were done she pulls out the chrome powder?!?! I'm thinking ok maybe the silver was just a guiding line to put the chrome on top of. Before I know if she's covering an entire finger in chrome. I was beyond anxious and too nervous to be too assertive so I said "just match this finger on the other hand and that's it" which is why you see one finger with chrome on it. I never mentioned covering the entire finger in chrome. I'm just genuinely confused like why do all the work to do a "French tip" just to go back and completely cover it up ??? I literally came in for a fill tonight and was rejected they said I couldn't get a fill and needed new nails... I had medium length square French tip nails beautiful! And just needed a fill. So trying not to pay a lot for a new set I say I'll do one color not white tip. After finding my gold nail polish I was gonna do they came over 5x suggesting a gold GEL. After finding one close enough to the polish I finally agreed. Didn't get no tips to save money.. Not what I expected at all. Issues that I saw both times - uneven shaping: I wanted short round nails (very simple) the technicians cannot shape nails, the length and sides were uneven - gel polish chips quickly: they use old/expired polish, the gel chips in 3-5 days, I have never had this experience at another nail salon - absurdly expensive: gel manicure with plain single color $80, I have never used acrylics, dip, etc. read more

i have been here twice now and can confidently say i will not be going back. both times i have gone i have walked out with the most uneven shaping. i spent almost 2 hours for a dip removal, shaping, and new color to be added. i was giving the nail technician pointers the whole time and even showed a photo of the shape i wanted. every single nail looked completely different, and she cut me on over half of my fingers. i went back to get it fixed and specifically asked for someone who is good at almond shaping, and they did allow me to get them fixed. however, i think they may look even worse now and it hurt very badly and i have twice as many cuts. i'll be lucky if i dont wind up with an infection update; both of my thumbs are infected, my pinky, and my big toe read more
