My grandmother and I got pedicures. We have been coming here for years and this is our favorite nail salon because they are so tedious and detailed in their work. This is a small modest place so I always call ahead of time just to make sure they have space for me. No they do not soecialize in alaborate acrylics. English is not their first language. So if you get easily frustrated by cultural differences such as giggling or having to talk a second slower than maybe this isnt the place for you. I come here because they take their time to make sure the job is done well. They are friendlier than most places. They charge fairly and she does the absolute best job on my eyebrows. read more

Unfortunately I just walked in the salon with my daughter. There was two workers on one person- I asked if the lady could show me pics of her work and she told me she has none! I said well i drove all the way from Kansas so I would like to see photos because I'm a nail tech also and wanted to see if she could give me quality. It took her client to suggest I go to Google for pictures. She showed me she didn't want to service black people! Don't go there! Next time be mindful of other nail techs! I walked in today at 4:09 and as soon as I walked in the lady shook her head no repeatedly as I was saying hello, I was confused at what she was saying no to , she then said she has a lot of appointments today and she can't or didn't have time something between those lines! What a horrible disrespectful lady! I'm glad I didn't give her my money. A proper , "I'm sorry, but we're full today, can you please come back tomorrow " goes a very long way. read more

Basic manicure 15.00. They took time and did a really good buff job. The first time I ever had buffer cream and a chamois used to buff my nails. And they look great. Now I have to go back to Maryland without this greatness in my nail shop. read more

I'm not sure where my review from last week went but I will put it up again. I went here at 5:40 on a Sunday. You close at 6. The woman literally LAUGHED at me and told me no. So unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. Yes I know you closed in 20 minutes but that does not give you the right to laugh in my face and refuse me services. You should teach your employees what customer service means. I have been a customer for a long time, breaks my heart to have to find so where new now. read more

This place has the most reasonable price compare to its quality and to other nails salon. If u ever come here,must get your feet a treat. They have the BEST puffer and foot massage ever. I've been coming here once every 2 weeks for a year and my dry feet become softer than ever somehow. I like having gel manicure here,i think that is also their specialty. Because my gel polish never ever goes off until next 2 weeks (and always bc i scratch them out by myself). And the owner(the lady) will give u best best advice ever from which color u should use to which style u should do. If u dont like,she ll take time fix it for u until u satisfy. They do such a detailed and top notch job! I have been twice and each time I have not been disappointed. You may have to wait for a chair, but I think it's well worth the wait. Also the massage is great!! Update- my daughter got her nails done as well yesterday. After we left she switched into a different pair of sandals and smudged her big toes. We came back this morning and they happily fixed and did so with care and patience! I cannot say enough to recommend this place. So kind and such great service. read more

I went here recently since I was on my lunch break at work and it was nearby. I got a shellac manicure ($27) for the weekend. I got the manicure on Wednesday, and it didn't even make it to Friday. The experience itself was fine (hence the two stars instead of one). The ladies were very sociable and really took their time to ensure it was "done right". However, it very obviously wasn't. The manicure began to peel after ONE day! I have been getting shellac manicures for years, and never had one peel so quickly. It's not as if I was doing anything to damage my nails, I was at work all day just typing at a computer. There's no reason they should have peeled off so easily or so quickly. I was disappointed to say the least... Here's the other thing that freaked me out upon leaving: they don't sanitize their tools. EEK! I'm not too picky with that kind of stuff, but I literally watched her rinse off the tools in the sink and replace them in the box, ready for the next person. So. Not. Okay. I wouldn't go as far as to say "stay far, far away" -- but I definitely won't be recommending them to my friends. read more

By the their third time I came here well I just didn't want the first women who did my manicure to work on my nails again, I prefer the guys to do my nails or if not the lady that charges you in the front desk! Im not from Dallas, TX so I'm not sure what to compare this too however I've never been to a nail shop in the DC area that didn't have at least 6 nail technicians working on a weekend. I walked in on Saturday June 23, 2018 and the a woman working on someone's nails flat out told us I don't have enough people working I only take appointments. There most definitely should be some type of signage stating this so we would've known what we were walking in to especially since there across the street from a Hilton. Anyway.....There were three workers in the shop and only two stations were actually set up two give pedicures and about 4 pedicure stations. Needless to say we left and are driving to a shop 18 mins away to get pampered because this place is definitely not it on any level. read more

This is the worst salon experience I've ever had. I wanted to try a new place, but I should have trusted my better judgment as soon as I walked in. The place had a horrible smell of mildew. I should have turned right around, but I felt it would have been rude. There were three people working, and only one customer who was finishing up so I assumed it would be quick. What should have taken any regular salon an hour to complete, took them over two hours for a mani/pedi. I wanted a nexgen manicure and a standard pedicure with matching red. I picked out the nail color and asked him what color matched and he told me to check with no offer to help. Another man that performed my pedicure tested the color I picked which was a perfect match. The pedicure was completed before the other man finished my old nexgen manicure removal. After soaking my fingers in acetone, the man started to drill my old polish off of my nails. It was uncomfortable but I didn't realize he was drilling off my skin. I have cuts on 4 of my fingers. He started to apply the powder and I thought the color would get darker with each layer. He only did a few layers, and the color turned out too light. I'm not sure if he grabbed the wrong bottle or what, but the colors absolutely did not match. My toes are a darker fall red, and my fingers are a bright red. He then told me that my fingers were dry and instructed me to wash my hands. When I went to pay, I noticed they were all smudged. His wife said she could fix it for me. She started buffing the tops and then my finger started dripping blood. She called her husband over and he apologized to me while laughing. She told him not to laugh like that. She finished filing off the tops and reapplied clear coat. This made them very thin and the color was even brighter. Then I noticed black and white spots in the color and I told her about it. She tried to scrape it off with her nail, but that didn't work. She said she would do my nails the next time I came in. No discount or extra layers were offered. A few days later, I'm applying Neosporin to the cuts, and I will never return to this salon. read more

I am not one who likes to talk negatively about businesses, however I am so disappointed in the services I received. I was in need of a full set, got there around 4:30pm they had 2 people sitting in the pedi chairs, no one waiting. They asked what I need and of course I told them a full set, the lady indicated she didn't have time and I needed to come back tomorrow or go somewhere else. I have never been denied services ever. I said "Unfortunately I won't be here tomorrow, but I'd be more then glad to wait if possible" a gentleman then comes and ask me to have a seat and he would help me. I thanked him and told him what I wanted. It took him 2 hrs to do a full set that were way to thin, I asked him if he could make them a little thicker because I was afraid they would break off. He said if they broke he would fix for free. 4 days later 3 nails break, go in and get them fixed. Next day nail breaks that was replaced, I go back to get it fixed. When I walked in no one said a word to me, they had 1 person in getting a pedi. I waited for about 10 mins before anyone said anything to me. I told the lady that fixed me 3 nails one of the same nails broke and I needed it replaced. she said she didn't have time. Mind you its lunch time. Needless to say I will never be returning. read more

They got us into spa chairs right away. Someone started on my daughter right away, I however have waited for 20 minutes while the owner has walked around doing nothing. No one was friendly, they barely spoke to us but were chatting up the other ladies. I'm in the Dallas area quite often and always get a pedicure while here. I will never come to Premiere again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!! read more
