My nails look so good after visiting Julie's Nails! The massage during my pedicure was one of the best I've ever had and overall the attention to detail was top notch! read more

TLDR; Julie's is a casual, no frills establishment with amazing service by women who LISTEN, execute EXACTLY what you ask for, and charge ONLY what they quote you- even if they quote you over the phone I am SO PLEASED with my experience here I almost don't want to share it so I can guarantee I can always get in!! When I called to make an appointment I explained what I wanted and asked the price since I've been unpleasantly surprised recently. Kelly did an INCREDIBLE job, this is honestly the happiest I've ever been with my nails!! Another woman worked on my cuticles and they've never been so picture perfect. I felt like both women treated my nails the way they'd treat their own. They even did a lovely arm and upper back massage. I requested a look that needed two colors of dip so it took a bit longer than I expected but came out perfectly. Kelly knows her stuff! And guess what- two hours of work by two-ish people, a nice surprise massage and EXACTLY what I wanted was EXACTLY what I was quoted when I called to make the appointment. I'm blown away and grateful to have finally found an amazing business to patronize. I don't have enough great things to share, I could go on. 10/10 recommend read more

We just moved to the area and I was trying to find a new nail spot. I got a basic manicure with no polish and a pedicure with regular polish. The service was alright but when I checked out they charged me $76 which I found to be a little overpriced. I called later that day to ask what they charge for a manicure and pedicure - they told me $51. Pretty upset that they overcharged me and I will not be going back. read more

I went with my mother to have our nails done. We both did dip nails and work extremely happy with the final products. I am planning on going back again soon! I loved the comfortable chairs the peaceful water fountain and the kind staff. I also got a neck and arm massage and it was one of the best I have had! read more

I tried Julie's on a whim tonight after not being happy with my last few trips to another salon near by, and not only were they able to work me in for a gel pedicure and dip nails without an appointment, the whole team went above and beyond to take care of me and help me feel welcome. From the service to the massage to helping me pick the perfect purple shade for spring, I couldn't be happier with the results. A very reasonable price for the services offered, super comfy chairs, and no TVs (which I really appreciated because it added to the spa like vibe). Both mani and pedi were high quality and exactly what I was looking for. If you haven't given them a shot I'd check it out! (I do recommend an appointment!) Thank you read more

It's a laid back environment. the tv and music are calming. EVERYONE I've had has done a great job! My nails actually last 3 weeks or more without lifti g or breaking. My daughter gets gels and they always look great and last. Julie's is my new go to. read more

One of the best mani/pedi I've had in so long! they are appointment only, but I called 5 minutes before and they were able to fit me in, even though they were closing an hour after. The best part was the 20+ minute arm and neck massage I received after getting my manicure. I definitely will go back! read more

Went here Saturday for a pedicure & was able to walk in without an appointment. I'm not sure if appointments are normally required, though, because someone was turned away without one when I was paying to leave. This place is very quiet & calming and I'd have fallen asleep if I'd let myself. They don't have the fancy massage chairs, just recliners, but I don't think I really missed them. The guy that did my pedicure was really gentle & gave a great massage. I didn't get to choose a pedicure so maybe they just have the one standard - which is fine with me! It was $36 and totally worth it. I may go back next time & see how it goes. read more

Service was great! Came to visit the shop while on a 3 hour layover. The ladies were so nice and it was very relaxing.

Just got a ManI-Pedi here and not only did they do a great job, they were so sweet! Will certainly come back :-) read more

Got dip nails and will never go back. It took 2 1/2 hours!! The shape and length all uneven. I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I am so embarrassed by these. Horrible. read more

Had such a nice experience! The chairs are superrr comfy here. You feel like you could fall asleep and they took their time on the massage portion which I super appreciated. They were gentle while doing my nails, oddly enough the last few years (at various other places) Ive been having troubles with nail techs being too rough. So I was very happy overall that this was a nice experience. Thank you ladies for being so sweet! read more

I appreciate that they only take appointments and she called me back to squeeze us in, but the end result was something I would never give a second chance. My nails did not look professionally done when I left and after one week the gel is already peeling. The last time I got gel from a different salon and it lasted for more than three weeks. read more

Great first time visit. Loved my manicure and pedicure. I will definitely be back. I wish they were closer to my home and I'd go frequently.

Great service and very relaxing experience. I nearly fell asleep in the big comfy chairs. I will definitely be back!

Imagine you're sitting in your home, in your favorite chair, and your boyfriend/girlfriend/best friend/mother is giving you the massage you always *wished* they would when you asked for a little rubdown. Welcome to Julie's Nails! You're welcomed into the salon not with the scent of acetone and tropical wallpaper, but with lack of anything scented and serene white walls and peaceful paintings. Meet Tammy, who packs a killer manicure, and has the skills to massage your arms in a very symbiotic way with your "masseuse" (so as not to distract you from the main event). And find Kenlee, whose slight frame and small hands are not indicative of the killer almost-deep-tissue massage she delivers! $1 a minute? I'm in! 20 minutes is the perfect amount of time to make you almost fall asleep, but not have the rest of the patrons upset that you're hogging the girl. Licensed massage therapists they're not, but they certainly deliver the goods. $15 for a manicure is well worth it, as is the ~hour you'll spend in the leather barcalounger with your legs propped up. I vote yes for a little pampering, an hour away from the loudness of the public (read: do NOT yak on your phone on here and rob the after-work crowd of their serenity). The place is intimate, so make sure you call ahead for an appointment (and bring cash for your tip). read more

At the young age of 67 I had my 1st manicure/pedicure at Julie's - where my wife has gone for 10 years. What a terrific experience. Julie and Nguyen made this an experience that will become part of my routine from now on. If you are like me - a newby - this is the place to go. Tom B read more

First of all, i love LOVE love the fact that they can do pedi/mani @ the same time. I mean, let's be honest: No matter how much we WANT those massage chairs to be actually, ahem, "relaxing"......they're not. I've tried every setting, every button, every rolling/ hacking motion but let's face it, any ole recliner will do. that being said....I don't remember "the chairs"; sorry, management, if you indulged. not necessary. Your staff OVER compensates. Hot stone massage....check relaxing ambiance on sitting in mechanical/non mechanical chair.....check no pressure on tipping cash vs. credit card.......check no second language barrier........check (i never experienced paranoia wondering if nail techs were talking about my funky toes) read more

Excellent service, very quiet and relaxing salon with talented staff. My mom goes here regularly and loves it, so she brought me when I was in town for a few days. I'll be back! read more

Small, quiet salon with very friendly staff in a relaxing atmosphere and nail experience. They didn't rush my nails even though they were closing soon. They're actually very kind and try to 'shush' each other to keep the atmosphere quiet. Before I mentioned that I could understand them, I noticed that they didn't talk about the customers except to make recommendations to each other ("she likes her calves massaged more") or just simple translating to each other. This is a small store and they close earlier and on more days (Sundays) than most nail salons. I think they like being small and it obviously works for them. Appointments are best. read more

The ladies here are VERY good. I came here on a lark after eating at Rex's across the street, and have been back to Julies three time since. They have fixed my crooked eyebrows- and - waxed my face. I look like a new woman!!! Ive never had my face waxed and Christina took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and the appropriate aftercare. Top notch!!! read more

Clean. Fresh. Friendly. Talented staff. Neighborhood feel. Excellent service. Kelli is great for pedicures and Ann gives the perfect manicure (gel or regular). Make sure to treat yourself to a neck massage too--don't miss this! They very recently completed a re-fresh of the interior and the decor is even more relaxing than before. A great, casual neighborhood nail salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Julie's Nails - Fantastic refreshing new look at Julie's Nails. Our intimate little neighborhood salon is looking GOOD! Way to go Kelly! - Nail Salons Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I came to Julie's while visiting a friend for the weekend in Dallas. I got the dip powder gel as that is what I previously had on my nails (from a salon in SA). My previous dip powder mani lasted me a full month. I walked out of Julie's feeling like the dip powder was applied incorrectly but I didn't know for sure because I had only had it done once before. Low and behold, later that day the first nail chipped. The next day, two more nails chipped and a week later just about every nail is ruined. I am VERY, VERY upset that I paid $45 for a dip powder manicure that is supposed to last AT LEAST two weeks when it lasted me maybe a couple hours. If I lived anywhere near Dallas, I would come in and demand either my money back or that my nails be redone but, unfortunately, I live 5 hours away. One pro: I did like their chairs. read more

They spent TWO AND A HALF hours just to do my nails and one of the younger lady were very rude and didn't want to do my nails

This might have been the best mani/pedi experience I've had in a long time, if not ever!! My mom and I stumbled upon it when I was in town visiting last weekend. The place is quiet and relaxing and the staff could not have been nicer. The man who did my manicure gave me at least a 10 minute arm massage on EACH arm and same on my legs. They included a hot rock massage and sea salt on my feet/legs and paraffin wax on my hands. It was amazing! Not cheap but totally worth it for the service you get! read more

I went in one day as a walk in and I have gone back every week sense. It is addicting. They have an incredible staff very kind. They are very always honest if you are going to have to wait. I have them help me pick out colors and they always take time to massage and focus on getting your nails perfectly. All of the staff are equally as good. The massage and the paraffin wax are my favorites. read more

Love holly, kelly, Christina and the girls! They always accommodate, wonderful environment and great work!

Relaxing in a comfy, cozy recliner while getting a wonderful service. Best foot/leg massage I've ever had. They were able to fit 4 of us in without an appointment. All the staff were very friendly. There are no tvs, which made it easier to relax and de-stress read more

I was traumatized when my manicurist of 6 years moved to Canada. My nails were already 6 weeks overdue and although it had been 6 weeks since my last dip, they were still amazingly intact except for the visible growth. I heard of Julie's Nails by way of a recommendation and I ultimately chose to make an appointment given the situation. As the process began, I realized early on that the method being performed seemed different than what I was accustomed to but I managed to remain optimistic. Fast forward to Day 4, first nail chipped, Day 6, second nail chipped, Day 7, two more nails chipped. Two weeks had passed and almost all of my nails were stripped and bare. The solution that was applied seemed to effortlessly crack and snap right off. I expressed my frustration and disappointment via a text to the manicurist and gingerly requested a full refund of $45. She was more in favor of re-do which I am certain would have produced the same results. Thicker nails is not what I was striving for which was her recommendation, but not before suggesting that, "you must have very dry nails". I was basically told that a full refund would not be refunded since a week had already passed. I was appalled. In the end, she did offer me a partial refund which was generous but that has yet been explained or detailed to me. I continue to wait for a response and/or the optional partial refund. This is clearly a reflection on the OWNER as well, since the choice was to ignore an unsatisfied paying customer versus doing the proper thing. The manicure I received at Julie's Nails was less than desirable. I am not one to write a review, however, this incident caused me much aggravation not to mention the $85 tab which included a pedi and the tip. No, I won't revisit. read more

Love all the staff at Julies!!! So friendly and professional and great service! Cristina has been doing my eyelash extensions for a few months now and the results have been amazing. Prices are extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend her and all the staff at Julies! read more

I've been going to Christina for quite some time now. She is a sweetheart and has an unbelievable talent with eyelash extensions. Due to health reasons, I hardly have lashes of my own and she does an amazing job making them look very natural. I continually get compliments. Along with my lashes, I also get my pedicure and manicure done there as well. It's nice to be able to go one place and get all three things done. Love Christina and all the staff at Julies! read more

I've been coming here for a very long time and they do a very nice job on my pedi's. However, this is the second time in a row where I've made an appointment, I get there and they are completely full and leave me waiting for 30 minutes. The woman next to me was getting a pedi then someone started to give her a mani - this was after I had been waiting for 20 minutes! That tech should have started my pedi instead. So while they do a nice job, they do not seem to show respect for customer's time. I will find somewhere else that honors appointment times. read more
