I have now had two different experiences at Rose Couture Wellness, and both have been AMAZING. I already know this is going to be one of those places I keep coming back to. First, KIM!!! She did a custom tiny tattoo for me and it is EXACTLY what I wanted. What really impressed me was that she didn't just wait until I showed up for my appointment to figure everything out. A couple of days after I booked, she texted me to check in, asked me for my ideas, asked questions about what I wanted, and really made sure I felt comfortable with her doing my tattoo. When I got there, she already had different sizes ready for me to look at and choose from. Kim spent about 10 minutes helping me figure out placement and was sweet with my OCD self. That little bit of preparation made such a difference! During the tattoo, Kim was so sweet and walked me through everything. She kept checking on me the entire time to make sure I was okay . I was completely fine, but I appreciated her checking anyway! The tattoo came out PERFECT and exactly how I pictured it in my head. Then there's TEENA! My first appointment with her was a whole mess on MY end. I accidentally went into the wrong location because Rose Couture also has the nail salon that is right next door, and then the power went out, so I ended up having to go home. Teena was so understanding about everything and had no problem helping me reschedule. I finally got to see her Tuesday, August 25th, and it was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. As soon as I walked in, Teena took me right back, talked with me, asked a ton of questions about what I was looking for, and we decided the Myers Cocktail was the best choice for me. I'm SO glad we did. The entire experience was probably one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. I literally booked my next appointment for September before I left. And I have to mention this because it matters to me: BOTH times I have gone to Rose Couture Wellness, I signed in and was taken back almost immediately. I usually come after work, so not having to sit around waiting forever is a HUGE plus for me and honestly one of the reasons I'll keep coming back. Everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely nice, the atmosphere is relaxing, and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I walked in to ask about the services and wait time, but the lady at the front told me I needed to sign in before she could tell me how long the wait would be. She mostly just looked at me without giving me an estimate, and her response came across as a little rude. While signing in, I noticed the starting prices appeared to be around $50 for a manicure and $45 for a pedicure, although I'm not completely sure since I only glanced at the pricing. From what I understood, adding color was an additional $20, and designs cost even more. Which in theory those are very standard nail pricing and that was fine, but I just couldn't get past the lady in the front, not letting me know how much longer and she just seemed annoyed that I was talking to her. I ended up leaving because it was busy (just visually from the looks of it. I wasn't able to get the time of waiting at all) and the pricing wasn't a good fit for my budget I had for the day. I didn't receive any services, so I can't speak to the quality of their work, but others may find it a good fit and enjoy their experience. read more

Disappointing Quality, Sloppy Workmanship, and Hidden Fees I have been a regular customer here since 2019, but the sharp decline in quality over the last year has made it impossible to keep coming back. My most recent visit was the final straw. I booked a 10:00 AM appointment--right when they opened--yet my technician didn't show up until 10:10 AM. Things only went downhill from there. I gave the tech my chosen dip powder color and asked for a matching shade for my toes. She assured me she had one, but as you can see in the attached photos, the colors are completely different--my hands are a muted coral-pink and my toes are bright red. I even asked two other staff members to help find the correct match afterward, but neither could.  The actual application and shaping were just as bad. The initial shape was crooked and uneven across different nails, forcing me to step in and redirect her throughout the process. When she was finished, my cuticles still looked unkempt, and there was excess product stuck under my nails, along my nail beds, and smudged on my skin. I literally had to sit in my car after the appointment picking residual product off my fingers before I could drive away.  To top it all off, I came in with coffin-shaped nails and simply requested to keep the same coffin shape. Despite not changing my shape, I was hit with an extra charge for "shaping and filing," with the explanation that anything other than basic square now incurs an additional fee.  Between the lack of punctuality, poor attention to detail, inaccurate color pairing, messy application, and nickel-and-diming for basic maintenance, this salon has completely lost its standards. After years of loyalty, I will not be returning. read more

I went here in July 2026 for a pedicure. Beautiful atmosphere - truly gorgeous. I like that you can book an appointment online & even pre-select drink choices. But here's my problem - they didn't pay attention to my selections at all. I booked with a woman and they gave me a male technician - nothing wrong with that, just not what I asked for which was annoying. The guy that serviced me was also not great. I asked for a straw & he brought it to me holding it in his bare hands. He rushed through my service and didn't shape my toes at all until I said something - Im talking fully crooked toe nails from cutting them. I have been thinking of giving a RC location a chance for awhile now, but they always seem out of the way. However, I was in Dallas today and needed a manicure before an event, so I booked an appointment online for a gel manicure. The appointment was quickly accepted, so I headed over. Upon arrival to the area, the parking lot was under construction, so it was a bit challenging navigating around to find a spot. However, once parked, the shop was pretty easy to find. This location was busy, but they quickly check you in upon entering. The shop is a bit small, but there is plenty of seating to wait. I didn't wait long though before being called back. I was ordered a Vietnamese coffee off the drink menu which I thought was a cool touch. I've never seen that before, and I LOVE Vietnamese coffee! It was even served iced in a cute mug. Overall, the service was very good, with the nail tech taking his time and making sure everything looked good and had my approval. I would recommend RC based on this service, but would probably try another location in hopes there a bit more room between each chair. I am so happy I did! When I visited the salon, I was taken back almost immediately after arriving. The salon was so cute and pink, and all of the staff was very nice. When I was getting my dip manicure, I was a little nervous because the tech was doing my nails super quickly. But these are some of the best nails I've EVER had! I am picky about my dip and I am so pleased with how my nails look. 2 weeks later and my nails are still holding on strong, no lifting anywhere and no chips in my nails. I'm rough on my nails and they still haven't gave at all. I also got a pedicure and my pedicure was nice and relaxing and my toes ended up looking great. If you want to spend upwards of $300 on a dip manicure and gel pedicure that is subpar this is your place. A gorgeous location, definitely instagram worthy but not the best or friendly service. They use an iPad to check in customers and it's quite complicated so be careful to watch the prices. They seem to expect customers to know what they are doing. You must book your service ahead of time to have a pleasant experience, and be prepared for a ton of people in the salon at any given time. I switched nail techs (Kayden is THE BEST) and appreciate how he respects my time and produces the look/ design I was going for every time. I get compliments on my nails even when they're fully grown out! Will be getting my bridal nails done there as well. Removing one star as I notice the many obstacles and pivots management makes to keep the appointments and operations running, while zero time is taken to maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
