I'm a fan of this nail salon. I've been visiting for about a year now and see the same person each time who does my dip manicure and another does my pedicure and have been pleased every visit. I have been coming here for a while and usually I don't have an issue but now they are getting big service is declining. I had an appointment for 11 I got there they said they had no one. Ashley puts me on her schedule to come back I come back and she tries to force me to get gel x after I insisted I wanted acrylic and never had gel ex. She said they last 4 weeks or more and they're very hard to come off. I get plain nails not even that long and she never mentions all her nails no matter what start at 100. She did nothing special and after a week they were all lifting. Now it's been not even a full 2 weeks and they've all popped off. She just wanted to do some fast nails and now I am over charged and I would recommend to not go to Ashley or make sure she's up front and doesn't swindle you. I feel like this place robbed me. Walked in and asked how much for a medium length full set.., the man at the front said it would be $65 w/gel polish. It seemed reasonable so I agreed. Nails were done by Karen. She was very sweet and very attentive. I was very satisfied with her work. She did a beautiful job. However when it was time to pay, I was charged $95!! I have never paid this much for a practically basic nail set. I got medium almond shape with off white gel colored tip. $30 over what I was quoted. I usually tip very good but with this price charge, it took out of my budget to leave a decent tip to the nail tech. I felt awful. I'm hoping in leaving this review that the owner will have reasonable prices to allow customers to be more generous to their techs. read more

Did a great job He was very nice and gentle They put my shoes in a bag for me so that I could wear those foam sandals after my feet were done. I recently visited this salon for the first time, and I walked out in a state of shock and disbelief at the level of service I received. My friend and I decided to take a break from work to de-stress, and upon entering, I was impressed by how nice and spacious the place looked. However, that was where the positives ended. I asked for a simple chrome design with a clear base coat, rather than the usual black or white, to avoid visible chipping. The technician struggled to achieve the chrome effect with the clear base and, after several unsuccessful attempts, forcefully insisted on using black instead. When I reiterated my preference for a clear base, she responded rudely and said she would get someone else to do my nails. I want to be clear that this is something I get all the time at another salon with no issues. I thanked her for her time, explaining that I just wanted what I had asked for, especially given the cost. She dismissively told me, "we all have different ways of doing things," and then passed me to the manager. I informed the manager that I was running out of time and would be fine with just a clear coat at this point. The manager insisted that someone else finished the design, so I agreed. Another technician took over. After she finished the first nail I asked her if I could see it. After looking at it the design and color were not what I wanted, and when I asked her to just give me a clear coat, she rudely buffed away the chrome leaving a lot of it behind therefore making nails yellow-stained and unfinished. The manager returned to ask how I wanted to pay. Initially, he said it would be $10 due to the trouble, but after speaking with another tech, he handed me a bill for $40. When I attempted to provide feedback at the front desk, another woman interjected and dismissively suggested giving me $5 off, ignoring my complaints about the poor service. Ultimately, I paid the $40 plus a 20% tip, as I was told it went to the techs. It was never about the money. I left with yellow-stained nails and a headache, feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and I always strive to be polite and empathetic, as I work in customer service myself. However, the dismissive and rude attitude from multiple staff members was unacceptable. All I wanted was a relaxing break and a simple design, but I left with a disappointing experience and unfinished nails. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service. read more

I originally came when they opened earlier this year, and I haven't stopped since. The color variety alone makes it worthwhile, but they also have a simple points system so I've been able to get $10 off every now and again in the few months I've been coming. Everyone who works here is super kind and they're actually really popular for their design work. You get 2 complimentary drinks with every service, and they get so festive for the holidays. Even my boyfriend likes coming here, surprisingly. It's also nice that they put on whatever big game is playing on this HUGE TV wall they have. Do not come here. The environment and the nail salon itself is really cute and modern, but when I took off a set, my nails were destroyed. They tried to upsell me on dip when I didn't even want it, and my nails were so expensive and started lifting, four days later, they did not include cutting cuticles in the price. The day after I got my new full set,one of the nails literally ripped off and I had to go back the day after and get them put on -- when I asked why they didn't cut my cuticles, they said it was not included in their price and that I had to pay for a separate full manicure for it.
