I came here because my regular nail tech recently moved to this salon. He's currently on vacation, but I still decided to come in and give it a try. Mike did my nails, and he did an awesome job! I got NextGen on my natural nails, and since it had been a few weeks, I needed a cut-down. Mike was super nice, professional, and took his time, which I appreciated. However, checkout was frustrating. There was an unexpected extra charge labeled "nail tip," but I didn't get tips--these are my natural nails. I mentioned it to the front desk, and instead of explaining or checking kindly, the woman loudly yelled Mike's name across the salon about 3 or 4 times--even though he was clearly setting up for a pedicure. She didn't move from her seat once or attempt to handle it with any care or discretion. Mike came over and explained that the charge was actually for the cut-down and shaping (I got a simple square shape). I've never been charged extra for that before, and it definitely wasn't mentioned during the service. I told the front desk it would've been nice to be informed of any extra fees up front. She didn't respond--not a word. Just sat there with an attitude and zero customer service. It was especially disappointing because this was my first time at the salon. The staff even asked if it was my first visit, so there was no excuse for the lack of communication. You ask all kinds of questions during the appointment--asking if I want short, long, square, round--so why not mention when there's going to be an extra charge? That said, the salon itself is beautiful. I really loved the pink and floral decor--it's cute and aesthetically pleasing. I was the only customer in the salon, but it still took minutes for anyone to help me, and every interaction felt like I was disrupting someone's break*. My nails look fine, if a little thick, but the guy who did them made me feel like I was an intrusion. Every chance he got, he popped onto his phone, and I felt like he just couldn't wait to be done with me so he could do something else. I went here to get my nails done with gel-x and when I left I didn't like them. I went back less than 24 hrs later to share my concern and there were willing to work with me to fix them as much as possible and didn't charge me. Afterwards they looked so much better. Don't go here ! Horrible customer service! Wasn't clear about the price of my toes I got a basic pedicure and color and they were trying to charge me $105! My feet were not worth that and that wasn't the original price discussed on top of me sitting there and extra 45 minutes waiting on them to fix my nails that the lady messed up 2 times! Both times I didn't like them and told them to remove them! When I said I didn't like the shape of my nails she cut them off with an attitud and walked away and never came back after she said she would fix them. They were trying to charge me $200 for cut nails and some ugly toes! He said he did a pedicure but my heels are crunchy still boo!! I sat there over 2 hours for horrible customer service. I'm only leaving one star because of the 2 margarita's I had . 0 stars on yall service! Oh and I asked for my cuticle cut and they said an extra $10! On 4/5/24, Got a pedicure and full set to celebrate my birthday. My toes look like a kindergarten student painted them. My full set looks good, but don't appreciate the nail tech rushing through me, taking a FaceTime call while doing my nails, and worrying about her phone during it. Shouldn't have even paid for the pedicure it was that bad Also the receptionist got my name messed up twice and tried to charge me for services that I did not receive. She did this to other people checking out while I was there too and blamed it on "having so many tickets" when there was only 4 customers in the building. Update 4/10/24: Texted the phone number provided after seeing this reply. Have not received a response. I have called and texted the phone numbers provided and no one has responded to help me and "make things right." I will never visit this establishment again based off of customer service. First of all: I am on crutches due to a leg injury. The receptionist did not try to hold the door open for me as I held the door open with one crutch and struggled through the door. Luckily, a lady coming in behind me attempted to help. I allowed her to walk to the desk before me because she was so nice. The male receptionist proceeds to ask her how is she and what would she like. She told him. Then he turns to me. I advised this is my first time, how are you? He says "I'm fine, what do you want?" At that point, I decided I didn't want a service at all. I've advised it's my first time & he wasn't welcoming and he didn't even ask how am I in return. Rude. I wouldn't give them a quarter. I was coming for a pedicure. I got my nails done on Sunday. I had dip and they took it off and I asked for many different OPI colors in gel that they did not have. I ended up doing a French gel manicure. I wanted a gel manicure but didn't want to drive all the way downtown Dallas to get one. I found nail bloom and decided to try them. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and I was the only client there (towards finishing of my service a lady came in for a pedicure.) I wanted a nude brown color.. The choices where very limited. I found a color that I could manage. David did my nails. He was very nice and gentle. My only issue is that the manicure lasted less than a week.. it started chipping 3 days in. He did 3 coats of polish so I was surprised on the third day when it was coming off. They are open really late, which was a great selling point to me. And the salon looks cute. I was offered a drink too. I won't be back for a gel manicure, because I expect my nails to last for more than a week if I'm doing gel. read more

I could not recommend Nail Bloom more highly! I received the most comprehensive, relaxing pedicure I have EVER received at a nail salon. I got the Lava Spirits (CBD Volcano) for a price that I have received basic pedicures at other places. While other nail salons might offer a short foot and leg massage, Nail Blooms Lava Spirits (CBD Volcano) foot and calf massage lasted easily over 20 minutes. It was an indulgent experience that feels like you are receiving a top quality pedicure on top of the best massage you could ever receive at a foot massage place. The warm CBD Volcano wax also left my feet and legs tingling pleasantly long after the pedicure. I have literally received just a basic pedicure (only treated the nails and calluses with no hot wax, 20+ foot and calf massage, etc.) for higher prices than I paid for the Lava Spirits pedicure! While I was getting my dream pedicure (and power full body massage in Nail Bloom's state of the art massage chairs), my 14 yo daughter was getting a manicure with the results pictures posted. My ex takes my daughter to other nail salons and her nails look basic, monochrome with little design features. As you can see in the photos, my daughter's Christmas themed nails were pure artistry with detailed designs and she loved the experience! Nail Bloom also has an open bar, great state of the art full body massage chairs, and sweet nail techs and a highly attentive management staff! The experience is more like you would receive at a top end spa/massage studio with the transparent nail prices that are the most reasonable I have seen at any other nail salons, again without all the added features! Specifically this time, I'm inclined to post as I paid $75 for my nails (before tipping the technician) and the "pink and white" is just pink dip with white paint, which is not an issue I just feel I shouldn't have had to pay the $10 extra for pink and white versus normal dip powder pricing plus a design charge. But I have to believe the reviews now after my own experience. To start off I was in the salon for over three hours just to get a fill on my nails and toes. Also, the lady who did my nails was not able to do a basic French tip design. On top of that, for a FILL on my hands and feet with gel, polish and chrome they charged me $223 and that was before tip. This appalled me because when I got the original design, which was a full set acrylic hands and toes w/chrome and gel polish, the total was only $208 so you can imagine my surprise when they said my total for a FILL would be $223. I got a acrylic fill in, not a full set just a fill with regular nail polish and regular shape and short nails. Everyone here is very kind, accommodating, and their hours make this salon an absolute lifesaver. Ashley did my pedicure and did a wonderful job despite me being so ticklish, she did fantastic. Kim was the one who did my nails and can I just say that she is a godsend.
