I'll never come back here again. After telling the nail tech what I wanted- she repeatedly kept trying to upsell. While this is understandable in business, after the 10th time of telling her that I was sure that all I wanted was acrylic powder + color, I was tired of repeating myself.. Yet she still continued. Next, the entire establishment is full of gnats. They kept flying in my face and I spent the entire appointment swatting them away. Also, During the nail appointment, about 3-4 different people worked on my nails. I've been in busier salons I'd expect 2 people max. 1 person starting and the next one finishing. But there was no organization at all. There were only 3 of us customers in there the entire time. 2/3 of the ladies that worked on me had a bad cough and a runny nose that could be heard through their masks. It made me want to ask them to stop before they even finished. Hopefully others have a better experience but I'll never come back again. The nail polish that was used was almost out, I wish the nail tech had told me when she noticed so I could have just picked out a different color. Finally, they dried my nails with a small portable face fan. I know you can't dry regular nail polish with a UV dryer but a nail dryer for regular polish should be standard at a nail salon. Only giving one star for a good mimosa. I guess that's all they're good at.
Very upset. This place is so unorganized. Rachel left me sitting while she ate lunch, checked movie times, and didn't even complete my nail job with the top coat or oil. She kept me there for 2 hours when it was not busy. She played with my time. She has done this before multiple times. I told her and Will(the front desk guy) how important it is for my nails to stay. It's been 7 days. They are coming off from the base of cuticle and lifting. The chrome has chipped away immediately as she did not put a gel top coat on it. She cured it only once. Also sometimes here they won't trim your cuticle which is part of getting your nails done per State board test that ensure nail techs do cut the cuticle. I have been upset everyday since last Friday. Today I went back in and Will said he would give me 25% and I would have to pay again and I was not going to do that as I just had paid $70 for a dip. I get dip. They last 4-6 weeks. I have been getting these done this way since for a long time. I told him I feel like this is wrong and I walked out. I've also seen TY turn down multiple people and argue with them about how what they want and how it can't be done. It's every time. I am so upset I spent $70 on my nails for them to chip away 2 days after and pop off 7 days after. I was a loyal good customer who tips very well and I am telling everyone not to come here. I am currently on my way to another nail salon. Very very upset customer here. -Stephanie the hairdresser I went to Nexgen Nail lounge off of Frankford and it was heavenly and even more affordable. They treated me with care and respect. They were very organized and were so professional. I couldn't believe it was $30 cheaper than what Rachel charged me and the place was much nicer. $93 for almond shape dip and deluxe pedi see my review for Nexgen and Tracey
Got an amazing gel manicure, and "deluxe" pedicure, for $75 plus tip. Excellent walk-in service, with kind, attentive staff, from the front desk guy to the two lovely women who completed my services in 45 minutes. FORTY-FIVE minutes! I didn't feel rushed or unappreciated at all. Once seated, I was handed a printed menu of services with prices. I upgraded to a Deluxe pedicure (post-Covid treat, you know?). This was to include a choice of hot stone foot and leg massage OR paraffin wax. Since they didn't ask which I'd prefer (hot stone), they went ahead and slapped on a paraffin wax at some point. That was fine, but when you go, be sure to state which of the 2 options you want because they may not ask you either. Staff promptly offered complimentary beverages - anything from water to cocktails. Massage chairs were great. And my manicure and pedicure lasted 3 weeks before needing a redo. Definitely going back here again!

I love my nails. Thankfully they are short like I wanted them so I can type and write comfortably. This was my first time trying this place but the service was fast. A pedicure and a manicure only took one hour. The manicures are pricer than usually but I'll come back. read more

They answered promptly and welcoming. I called in same day day for an appointment. Ask for Will he was so welcoming to everyone over the phone and in person! My 1st time being a patron. Ms.Tina was my nail tech and she was nice, clean area, and she knows her field as a technician. read more
I loved my time at Nail Lounge! I was in desperate need of a pedicure so my boyfriend and I stopped here on our way out of Fish Gallery. We were immediately greeted and sat, my boyfriend wasn't getting a pedicure but they allowed him to sit in the massage chair next to me and gave him a complimentary beverage as well, the guy at the front was funny and nice. I asked for a clear pink base under my french tip and trusted the process, I love the way they came out. Although it took longer than I thought, it was truly relaxing and well worth it. My 2nd time in my life to visit a nail salon to get a pedicure. I was on vacation so why not right? I was greeted by a nice lady, potentially the owner who was friendly. She got me and my friends accompanying me sitted quickly. I was set up for a pedicure and was serviced by the amazing Victoria. Just moved to the area and was In desperate need of a good nail salon. I had read the reviews and saw that they seemed like a quality nail salon so was excited to try. When I walked in no one really greeted me so I wasn't sure if I needed to sign in or someone was going to come up and assist me. I ended up signing in, and asked for dip powder and was immediately seated with no appointment which was nice because the salon seemed kind of full. So there was plenty of staff. The lady placed a water bowl in front of me to soak off my nails and then quickly started doing my nails. She didn't really speak to me the entire time and seemed like she was trying to hurry up and get my nails done quickly. There was a few girls seated next to me and were asked if they wanted anything to drink...sodas or water or even margaritas. I was impressed but I never was really spoken to nor was asked if I wanted anything to drink. I would have lived a Margarita. I was given the colors to choose from half way through the removal of my current dip and just picked a color because I didn't feel like I had time to choose since she was already working on my nails. She wasn't necessarily rude, she also didn't really take the time with my nails or even say much. She did ask if I wanted my cuticles cut and I agreed. She took maybe 3 minutes to scrape my cuticles and cut them. Nothing really fancy. While I was at it, I mentioned that I wanted it narrow at the end of my nail and she said "coffin". I agreed. At the end I was charged $50 which surprised me because their pamphlet said dip was $40. I was never told the cost of anything since my nail tech didn't really speak to me. Was the 3 minute cuticle trimming $5? Was my "coffin" shape that I didn't get another $5? Not sure. Wasn't listed on their Pamphlet and wasn't told to me. The salon overall was stylish, clean and it seemed nice. I've definitely had worse nails but paying $5 for my "coffin" nails that I had to keep asking her to make more narrow and my 3 minute cuticle cutting and not really speaking to me or asking if I wanted anything to drink makes it 3.5 stars for me. Id come back If I could maybe have a different tech. I'd love someone who will speak to me, not rush, will take more time and put more effort into their work. read more
Nate was so good! I love my nails! He was fast and efficient. I really like the way they soak nails off instead of wrapping each nail in foil I soaked my nails in a bowl of warm acetone for no more than 3 minutes and the dip powder was off. It took about 35 mins from start to finish! Usually this takes 1hr 15mins so I was really pleased! I will DEFINITELY be back to visit Nate! read more

At one time this salon was top tier... I don't know if the owners have changes or the techs have but either way the quality has diminished. They spilled remover on my twice and the workmanship was sloppy. Never going back. read more
I can truly say I've had one of the toughest weeks ever! A much needed mani/pedi was in order -- problem was I hadn't been happy and needed a new nail salon. This place is so much more... no joke! Just look at how they decorated the interior and that will tell you most of what you need to know. I've found my new NEIGHBORHOOD NAIL SALON and I'm jazzed1 Jennifer my pedi tech had the strongest hands of any Vietnamese woman I know! Dang I feel like a whole new ME!! My mani was equally fantastic -- I just upgraded so Jennifer spent more time massaging my tired and achy legs and feet. I was very disappointed with this place. My nails were very thinly made and broke the next week, and I was overcharged. I've been here twice and both times I had the same bad experience. Do not recommend. I also went with my friend the second time, she showed the lady she wanted pink French coffin tips and ended up giving her full neon pink nails, unshaped and was charged 65$. I just got one of the most amazing pedicures top two in my life. Run do not walk to the nail lounge and ask for John, he is off on Monday and Wednesday. His attention to detail and gentle care with my twinkly toes brought a smile to my face and my feet!. I opted for the honey pedicure and gel nail polish so it was a little pricey $82, but I believe it was worth every single cent. New to the Dallas area was looking for a spot for mails for my birthday. Nail Lounge is aesthetically pleasing, customer service was good. On thé pricey side of things, I figured it's for my birthday why not. Had a mani and a pedi with a shoulder and neck massage as well as brows done. I chose dip for my nails I spent $223 on January 13 By Jan 15 I had a chip in my toe nail polish Today is Jan 29 (16 days later) 3 of my nails have popped off. I think product used to do my nails is cheap compared to any where else I've gone. I've paid cheaper and my nails last me almost 2 months. This was disappointing because the nail tech did beautiful work. I do office work so there was no reason for my nails to pop off in the manner they did. Will I return? Chances are slim due to price I paid and the quality of product. I met a lady in the area who inquired about my nails. And when I shared where I went. She expressed the same. The design was decent, clean up around the nails was mediocre and the nails didn't last long. I'm just glad when nails broke of it didn't rip my nail off the nail bed. read more

We moved to Texas 5 months ago and I was iffy going to a nail salon because you never know what your gonna get. I needed my pedicure done badly and decided to give this place a shot. I was IMPRESSED! All the mail artist are very welcoming (not pushy) at all. Clean & they offer you drinks. Katy did my pedicure and she was AMAZING! She's so gentle and just so sweet! Thank you Katy! Looking for a last minute salon to stop at before leaving for my flight, Yelp always comes in to save the day!!! Nail lounge is in the perfect location in Addison right off the tollway. They have tons of seating available and staff was on point!! Reasonable prices and tons of color options. Everyone was showing up at the same time on a busy Friday night and the staff handled it perfectly. There was not a time anyone was waiting to be helped. I change my review to one star!!!! I went back to try to get a refund or a partial refund because the pinky finger that got burned is now bleeding. One of the workers tried to get smart saying why I didn't say anything yesterday which I should've but I didn't realize how Severe my nail bed was. Then the manager tried to tell me this happens all the time . I have been getting my nails did for 15+ years and I NEVER HAD MY CUTICLES CUT AND BURNED !!! Then also had the nerve to tell me they don't know if I went and bumped my hand to where my cuticle is hurting . Like how can I cause this damage?!?! Lady didn't even clean my cuticles and it's NOT MY JOB TO TELL SOMEONE HOW TO CLEAN MY CUTICLES THAT SHOULD ALREADY BEEN KNOWN TO DO. I was told to put neosporin on it and I should be alright. Got a mani and pedi.. pedi was fine. Quick. Clean. Mani, not so much. Two nails crooked. One finger cut. Any time I said ouch or told her she was hurting me, she just said "you're sensitive" and started speaking in another language to her co worker. Lady.. nobody has ever made me say ouch, ever. It's rare I even get cut. She was just not a good nail tech. Very rough. Heavy hand. I even caught her roll her eyes when I said ouch. I wouldn't return. read more

I get both done and with tip it runs me about $95 together. No discounts on Sundays that I've seen. They stay pretty busy.
