I went to have my eyelashes tinted and while I was there I also had my eyebrows shaped. Jessica did a great job and I thought her price was reasonable. I will return to see her again. I don't know. Honestly, I don't like it. I went for a henna brow tint because I am trying to grow back some brow hairs towards the middle and I just do not like it at all. I don't know what to do. Please see attached photo. Edit: After I apply my makeup and seen my friends, everyone says that it is still good. So I am giving her full stars. Edit: the next day the henna is fading so it's i see how important it is to make sure to NOT TOUCH THE HENNA for as long as possible. All in all, I am okay with the service and will likely return to shade again but also contemplate microblading the area that my hair is still growing into. Went in using a Groupon to get a lash lift and tint for the first time ever. I really had no idea what to expect. The office is tucked away inside of a larger concrete office located across the street from Jesuit. Once inside the office (it is labeled as MONALISA Wellness Center & Spa -- i thought i was lost for a second), the office is very calming and comfortable. I was helped by Jessica. She was extremely accomodating, carried a nice conversation, played very relaxing and calming music/sounds, offered good conversation, and was very good at explaining pros/cons to certain services I was considering for my wedding. All in All, loved my experience. I will definitely be back in the near future. 5 Stars. for sure. btw, my lashes look bomb. I am extremely happy with my results! read more

Literally the BEST lash lift I have ever gotten. First of all, I fell asleep while she did it. It was so relaxing and she was so gentle with my lashes! Then when she was done, they looked BEAUTIFUL!!!! I asked her to make it dramatic and she warned me it wouldn't look like lash extensions but they looked like I had lengthening/volumizing mascara on. But the most important part, THEY LASTED MONTHS. I got them done the first week of July. I kid you not, they started to uncurl end of August. I have super straight lashes and my lashes aren't showing up like when I first got them done but they're still curly!!!! They have yet to go back to being straight. I went in last week to get a lash lift, I absolutely have to say that I love how Jessica N made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. I fell asleep and was so relaxed. A great deal from her as well :) Absolutely enjoyed the gentleness of the experience. She was very sweet and her work is very good. I am only a little disappointed that my eyelashes look "bent"? like at an angle a little over 90 degrees. I wanted the curled eyelash fanned look. I just moved to the DFW area and I really wanted to get my lashes done, every place I had looked at they specialized in lash extensions but I was looking for a lash lift. This place specializes in the lifts specifically so I decided to try it out. I was NOT disappointed. Jessica is so sweet and amazing, we talked the entire time and had great conversation, it felt like I was there for 15 minutes. The place is a little hard to find but all you have to do is call and they help you find it. After sitting in Jessica's chair, I can promise you I will be a repeat customer-- even though I live about 6 hours away. I honestly didn't want to give this place a bad review until today because of the customer service I received and now I'm just being honest, I feel people deserve to know what happened to me. I received what I thought to be an eyelash lift and tint. It took about an hour and 10 minutes. The girl was nice and attentive, I thought overall it was a good appointment, until the end when she actually got some of the tint in both of my eyes. It was extremely painful, my right eye was burning especially. She washed most of it out and when she showed me my eyelashes they looked good. As the days started passing by I started noticing that my eyelashes were getting stiff and they were not at all lifted, they looked more like a bent v shape. Some eyelashes were bent all over the place too. I also noticed some of my eyelashes started falling out. When I applied mascara it looked clumpy and my eyelashes overall looked a big mess. I was very upset that this happened just a day after. So I decided to reach out to them and Groupon for a refund. Fabulash said they couldn't give me one. Groupon insisted I contact the merchant to apply for a refund. This took a day overall, and no one was doing anything to get my refund. I woke up two days later with a left swollen eye, and what's worse is that it was burning and hurting and it was red. I contacted Fabulash and told them I wanted them to take a look at it, they responded telling me they didn't have time for that. I was livid about them not giving me the customer service I deserved. If anything they should interested in what went wrong and they didn't really go out of their way to help me out. Keep in mind I'm dealing with a swollen eye, my lashes falling out, and they look folded and bent. I contacted Groupon again and once they heard how irritated my eye was they processed the refund right away. I learned my lesson, never go somewhere unless someone gave you a referral, no matter how many good reviews you read, it doesn't matter. This should have happened and I wish they would've handled this better. She told me to take Benadryl, put cortisone on my eye and if it got worse to go to the doctor. Not once did they apologize and invite me to come in to at least take a look at a mistake they made. They told me they didn't have time for that. Attached are some photos. Just beware!
