For years, my wife expressed unhappiness with the thinness and irregularity of her eyebrows. She would spend a lot of time every morning filling them in with an eyebrow pencil. She did a good job, but it took up too much time. When she first mentioned wanting to have her eyebrows tattooed on, I was not supportive. To me, it seemed ridiculous to have something so permanent done. What if one of the tattoos was crooked, too thin, too fat, off-center, or who knows what? Ultimately, it was her decision to make. When she finally decided to commit to visiting BrowBeat, I was blown away by the final result. I also learned that the process is called microblading, and it is not the same as traditional tattooing. Microblading does require touchups over time, as fading occurs. This is actually a good thing, since it enables the shape of the eyebrow to be slowly modified if desired as the years progress. My wife's eyebrows look so natural that it's hard to believe she had anything done. There is nothing unnatural about the final result. She has gone for touchups the past two years, and this year (2023) was her third visit. It's really quite remarkable. My wife is so happy with the results, and I am relieved and happy too. I think the photos speak for themselves. Linda had nothing but praise for the process and the professionalism of Tenille.

I didn't say anything then, but let me say it now: you come from India, and let me remind you -- India is no better than Nepal. Making cheap, offensive comments about someone's country just shows what kind of person you are. Instead of running your mouth with disrespectful nonsense, maybe focus on your actual job. Learn how to listen to your clients, do your work properly, and keep your opinions, especially the ignorant ones , to yourself.

Customer service was amazing from the front desk to the technician I had, Kayla. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and they look very natural! I also got a lash lift and tint - my natural lashes are already black so the tint didn't make a huge difference but the lift came out good despite my stubborn lashes. Overall, Kayla was a great lash tech and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The place itself is also beautifully decorated and clean with a relaxing ambience. Important to note I've had great success with lifts; no other reason to waste $150 which is exactly what I did here. After the "lift" she says they are stubborn, right then I knew she botched it, when I looked they were nowhere near lifted and even more uneven. For a "master" price I expected a master's touch. She offered no rectification or other options. She had the gall to say I could do another in 6 or whatever weeks, are you kidding?! FOR WHAT?! For this, no way. Receptionist who SWORE I'd be happy and she'd do a great job, rushed me through payment with no comment on my obviously lack luster lashes, no mention of the quality of work she promised during booking. It was known I was unhappy and neither of them did anything about it. ALSO, if you look closely there is tint on both of my eyes still.
