I'm hesitant to leave a negative review, but following advice from friends and family, I hope this helps others avoid humiliation from Ms. AG. I had originally written a detailed review, but Google has character limits. During my recent visit on the 01/24 Friday, I had a horrifying experience. When I inquired about the shorter duration of the procedure, the service provider became extremely angry. In the past, these sessions were much longer, and her reaction was unsettling. She began yelling at the top of her lungs, threatening to throw me out and even call the cops. Despite my attempts to understand what was happening, she continued to shout and threaten me. After I paid, she threw the receipt at my face. She repeatedly threatened to call the police and screamed, "Get out of my premises." When I asked to speak with the owner, she claimed to be the owner herself. Her behavior was so shocking and demeaning that I was left in tears, losing sleep and self-confidence. For the past few days, I've been fearful of leaving my home. No one should have to experience such treatment. How can simply giving feedback or asking for what you've paid for upset someone so much? Even if I were a customer with a bad attitude, is this how businesses operate--threatening to throw customers out or call 911? As a firm believer in karma, I know that how people treat you is their karma, but how you react is yours. A smile can go a long way to brighten someone's day and our actions shape our lives, so it's important to choose wisely!

First, they were rude on call, when they want to reschedule appointment although i booked 5 weeks ago. Never recommend it. Also the hair removal is not up to the mark, they charge for full body 350 dollars and want to force finish in one hour, whether full body laser done or not. Pathetic service.

I…read morethought it would be fun and nice since we had a girls afternoon with cocktails and light bites to see if we could find a mobile nail spa. Since we have always gone into nail salons, we wanted some information on what an in-home manicure/pedicure would entail in terms of services and price. I turned to good ole Google to see if there was a such thing as a mobile nail service and ran across Heavenly Nails On the Go Spa on http://www.mobilehomespa.com/Mobile_Spa_Texas.html. The description: We are a Mobile mani-pedi Spa serving the Dallas, Houston and surrounding areas. Let us bring the Spa to you, specializing in diabetics. CPR certified since 1984. We provide the following services: Wedding Parties, Bridal Showers, Private Parties, Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Corporate events or individual service. Sounds perfect! (Although I'm not too sure why I would need CPR if I'm just getting a mani/pedi). On the whole, I found the email correspondence to be unprofessional and rude. Personally, if I'm going to be inviting you out to MY HOME to provide a service to me and my friends, then as a potential customer, shouldn't I have the right to ask about the details of the service? I reached out to the business via the email provided. The following is our correspondence: Me: Hi! I was tasked to find a price quote for an in home mani/pedi services for a bachelorette party. Could you give me a quote? Thank you, Response (reasonable): I need to know what services you are wanting how many ladies? Thanks Rochelle Me: Hi Rochelle, Can you quote me for 4? At the moment, I have no commitments as everyone would like to know the costs first. We are trying to put together a budget. Thank you, Response (raising my eyebrows but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt): My services are medical grade services. They are very pricey. The way we put our packages together depend on the locked in group. OK - at this point, I'm wondering - what does a medical grade mani/pedi entail? And is she insinuating that if I have to ask that I can't afford it? Me: Thank you for your response, Rochelle. Considering the bride is a clinical pharmacist and the bridal party are physicians, I know that they both appreciate and are curious about medical grade services for a mani and pedi. Could you provide some more information on what your services would entail? That would help me greatly in explaining the services to the party and get them on board. Thank you for your time, Response (Rude): Who are the Dr. I can send them the info to know who I am and what I'm about. Me: They asked me to gather the information and I, myself, work in healthcare so I am also adept to understanding the information. If it is inconvenient for you to provide the information directly to me so I can communicate it to the group, then I understand and there is no need to proceed further. Given that I was assigned this task, I would prefer not to be bypassed in the process. Thank you I never received a response. Personally, I would rather choose small business owners over chains but this unprofessional and uncooperative response left me disappointed. Lady, I would never want someone so rude to provide any type of service to me - not to mention by inviting you directly into my home. No website, no further information, and plenty of indignant responses that led me to believe that she felt that I was questioning her integrity when all I'm trying to do is find out how much does it cost and what is the minimum for services? I did find her Facebook page, eventually: https://www.facebook.com/heavenlynailsonthegospa I am glad she decided that I wasn't good enough for her to do business with. Upon further Googling, I found other mobile spa services such as http://www.travelingdayspa.com/Dallas_Mobile_Mini_Spa_Packages.html Not the fanciest of websites, but at least they leave me feeling more at peace than insulting a mobile nail service technician with 16 years of CPR experience by asking her how much does she charge.

Tuesday, 11/16, my crown came off while I was chewing gum; luckily I was able to save the crown from the gum or me swallowing it. I called 21st Century and Jordan set me up for an appt on Wednesday with Jason. While Jason was examing the crown & the area it came off he discovered that the crown was cracked & had a small piece missing. After some x-rays and consultation with Dr. Bristol we decided it was best to have a new crown made & a temporary one put in. So impressions were made & the work began while working on the area for the crown Br Bristol noticed that the tooth in front of the area had a cavity so she asked me if we should take care of it & I agreed. So cavity taken care of & filled; new crown ordered & temporary crown in. Whew! Yes, there was some nitrous oxide involved but everything ended well!! Thanks again Dr. Bristol, Jason & Jordan!!! I will see you December 8th for my permanent crown.

Today, it was like the dentist knew none of this. They just repeated what the previous dentist had done. And the amount I was charged, was completely different from the quote. Yes, I brought it up politely, but they never addressed the problem, just repeated the amount owed and expected payment. No discussion. They sent a 'treatment plan' that had absolutely no mention of treatment, just a lump sum, and something to sign to indicate how we'd pay for it. And their prices were NOT reasonable. Clearly, profit is all that matters here. To top it off, the dentist was not someone with whom I felt confident. They failed in every possible way. Please don't respond with fake apologies like "I'm so sorry you feel that way." It's meaningless and insults the readers' intelligence.
