The batch number that should be engraved on the bottle was missing, which confirmed that the perfume was not authentic. I returned to the store today to get a refund. The employee initially said he would process the return, took the perfume and the receipt, and then suddenly changed his mind, saying he could not refund it because the perfume was "opened" and that he could no longer sell it.
