I purchased numerous shower bombs of which only one variation was offered, but oh so nice! These shower bombs dissolve softly and slowly, the key is to only allow droplets of water to absorb into these amazingly sweet additives for moments of mindfulness. These shower bombs are extremely rich in emollient, allowing a creamy spread should you choose towards the end of their time as a final rub after shaving with a rinse and such smoothness. These add a very calming and smooth end to your showering. The best bath bombs. The peach crumble looks and feels like a molded and shaped peach. No joke. The coloring and look and feel is life-like and is so pretty I am considering purchasing multiples to sit out as a display in my bathroom. You could paint these peaches as still art no joke. But it's the quality of the ingredients that pleases me even more. Not all bath bombs create actual suds but these do along with an amazing sweet, fresh aroma. 8/10/2021 LUSH SOUTHLAKE TX LOCATION Today at approximately 2:30 pm my daughter and I went to Lush in Southlake. When we arrived there were no customers in the store. There were 2 sales associates standing at register talking. As my daughter and I continued to walk around not one time did either associate acknowledge us, speak to us nor ask if we needed any help. Then a manager came from back of store with box of products and she did not speak or acknowledge us. This is the 2nd and last time we will shop at this Lush location. Horrible customer service. I planned on buying my charity pot lotion again. We are frequent shoppers of lush and we're extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. Nice store with helpful employees. We live a good hop from this store but this is the closest one to us (I'd love for them to build one in Southlake). My husband has dandruff and we have not had much luck with other products, LUSH sells a bar shampoo designed to help combat dandruff and it definitely works. My husband ran out and forgot to put it on our shopping list, two days later I notice the dandruff is back, we went the next day to go buy three more shampoo bars so we don't run out. If you or someone you know have dandruff go to LUSH and get the bar shampoo,you can tank me later. :) read more

First off, I want to say that this is my first negative review I have ever written. I am in the customer service business and know first hand how challenging it can be. That being stated, this review needs to be shared. The last time I went into the Lush store in Southlake, Texas, will be my last. I have loved their products over the last several years and have purchased many as gifts and for myself. That being said, it is time to move on. Here is what happened: A week before Christmas my daughter and I dropped in to purchase some last minute gifts before lunch. When I opened the door to go in, I was abruptly "greeted" with "stand outside on the pavement and wait till I call you." In all my years shopping, I have never felt so unwelcome. When it was finally our turn, a very militant woman stood guard over the front of the store with their version of a velvet rope. She went over exactly how to wear my mask, not to bring it down to smell anything and how to wash my hands to an adult. I honestly should have turned around and left Now, in all fairness, this is a bath product store, a very pricey one at that. If one is so scared of transmitting a virus, one should probably not be shopping in this store, much less, maybe they shouldn't be open? That being said, the tone, the militaristic style of retail, made one think, they were lucky to be in there. My daughter is 12 and a very responsible one at that. The one time she left my side in the store, I didn't find out till later, the same cold employee evidently told her out of my ear shot, to pull up her mask and not to touch anything. I did not find this out till later or I would have promptly returned my goods. Look, I get it, I really do, these are strange times and not everyone knows how to handle them. That being said, I have frequented many stores and restaurants over the last year. Not once have I encountered someone so rude. Some people when given power, will lord it over others. This lady needs a lesson in customer service. I will also be filing a complaint with corporate. Thousands of lives have been changed over the last year, the least we could do is be polite. And honestly, if their corporate culture is so concerned with the possibility of germs and viruses, maybe it's time to reevaluate. Lastly, the video playing in the store and the titles of some of their products really isn't appropriate for children. Lush has the choice to allow employees to act in this manner, and advertise in a certain way and I also have the choice of shopping elsewhere. I love LUSH beyond all words. There is no way for me to possibly describe its greatness in one review. Basically, this company hand-makes all its own skin and hair products, and a LOT of them are Vegan. The products are all imported from Canada and use totally fresh ingredients, including only organic fruits and vegetables. All the products smell AMAZING, and the scent they give off lasts for hours without a problem. These days, I will not buy my shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, body powder, lip balm, or bubble bath from anywhere else. Sometimes I'll buy my body lotion, facial cleanser, and facial moisturizers elsewhere, but I typically only buy those from here also. I also can't even begin to describe the cart I have next to my bath tub that's loaded up with fizzies (Bath Bombs), bubble bath products (Bubble Bars), bath melts, and sugar scrubs... all from LUSH. Can you tell that I love them? Plus, aside from not doing any animal testing, a lot of their products come without packaging because they're solids, so you don't have to feel bad about the plastic, if you're Earth-conscious. The types of scents they offer are sure to please everyone! There are countless items to please fans of herbal, floral, sweet, and fruity scents, plus tons of others. I personally prefer the "warming" scents during autumn and wintertime (chai, cinnamon, nutmeg, java, etc) and floral scents through the rest of the year (jasmine, ylang ylang, rose) and LUSH is always sure to have something that sounds good to me. The ONLY downside is that their products are pretty pricey... but you always get free samples with your purchases, plus the sales associates will show you exactly how to use any and all of their products if you're ever unsure. The stores also have pretty frequent events which include product demonstrations, contests, giveaways, and hand or face treatments. read more

I far prefer this location to the Northpark one, and that's because of the customer service. I took my mom to LUSH, and it was her first time going (despite me being a LUSH-aholic). She expressed some interest in trying some products, but since they're a little pricey, she didn't want to actually buy anything. I offered to give her some of what I was getting, and when the girl working (wish I remembered her name!) heard, she hopped to it. She created little hair care and skin care regimes, and packaged up some samples of all the products for my mom. She made sure to ask what kind of skin and hair she had to ensure that she got the right products. My mom ended up walking out with shampoo (Rehab) and conditioner (American Cream), and some face wash (Angels on Bare Skin), toner (Breath of Fresh Air), and moisturizer (Celestial). I had bought a face mask, so when we got back to my mom's we shared it. Every time I am in Dallas I make it a part of my trip to go to Lush in the mall. This time I brought my sisters to check it out and we were helped by Kaitlyn (sp?) normally I just buy bath bombs but she did some demonstrations which in return made me buy 3 new products I've never tried. As a manager i notice the customer service everywhere I go and I absolutely loved her personality! She was very friendly/bubbly, answered all my questions she was involved with every customer when she did the demonstrations. I made sure to ask for her name because she deserved to be praised. LOVE LUSH Love the girls here, too. They were so nice and didn't care if they made a sale or not (they did, if you care). They gave us demonstrations and samples like there was no tomorrow. I ended up getting an eye cream, not just because I needed it but I was comfortable upping their sales at this store. I love that things here are vegetarian/vegan and are not chemical-y at all. I could gush all day about LUSH products...they are amazing and my skin is so happy after I finally gave up on department store beauty regimens and bought LUSH cosmetics. I have very oily problem skin and was a bit skeptical about the ability of products without harsh chemicals to work for me but my skin looks happy and healthy. Though they are pricey, if you are used to buying other cosmetic brands they are fairly comparable. Unlike my typical experience with distant store employees at the Galleria, the girls who helped me yesterday at this store were amazing!! When I walked in they gave me time to look around without breathing over my shoulder or repeatedly trying to push products on me. After a few minutes of reading about some of their products, I asked them for suggestions and they were remarkably knowledgeable about products and honest about what would work with my skin type. I would ask about something, and they would offer a sample without any hesitation or attitude...something I love. I left with products I was happy with, several product samples, and no buyer's remorse. What a great experience!! If you have never used LUSH before, it can be a bit overwhelming to walk into the store because these products are unlike anything else on the market. I'm so happy after my trip to Lush today :) I actually started off at the Lush Northpark store, but a salesgirl was rude to me and my mom, so we left immediately. On my way to the car, I called the Galleria location, asked if they had what I was looking for, and then asked them to hold it for me. They were so nice and held some sale items for me. When I went in, there were 4 smiling faces. They had my items waiting for me, and I picked up some more stuff that I've been wanting to try. They were so nice, they even gave my mom a sample of a soap she wanted to try. I spent $150 there, and I couldn't be any happier. Thank you LUSH Galleria! read more

I have been struggling with some health issues that have left me extremely intolerant of chemicals. At the point that my hair was falling out and my face was breaking out and scarring, I knew I needed a change. Enter LUSH. I previously attempted to visit the Upper West Side location while on vacation in NYC but had a horrible experience (1 star review left on their page). I'm so glad I decided to visit the Galleria location and give LUSH another try. On my first visit, the manager (Janelle) took over an hour with me trying different products and getting me started on a hair and face regimen. I immediately started using Rehab shampoo and within 4 days my hair had stopped falling out! Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to the cleanser and moisturizer I had purchased. I went back to the Galleria today to return the facial products and was helped by an employee named Lindsay who was so sweet and knowledgeable. She ended up figuring out that I don't react well to lavender, and she set me up with products that are lavender-free. The exchange of products was easy and painless. I love LUSH and the fact that all the ingredients are vegetarian or vegan and easy to recognize. No weird chemicals here. I can't recommend Rehab, Veganese, BIG, Ocean Salt, or Ro's Argon more highly. I feel and smell amazing and it's all thanks to LUSH in Dallas and their incredible staff! read more

When I first moved to Dallas 5 months ago one of the first things on my list of things to do was find a Lush store because we didn't have one (oddly) in Austin. I had ordered things online before and was always pleased, but I'd never had the opportunity to actually go into a store. I work in Galleria Dallas Mall, so you can imagine my delight when I started and realized there was a Lush store right across the way from me! That first visit began a love affair with Lush that will make me a loyal Lush customer for the rest of my life, but this particular location is a special treat! At this point I've been to many Lush locations and I haven't had a bad experience yet, but none compare to the welcome I feel when I visit Lush in the Galleria Mall. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy. I also really appreciate their thoughtful sampling. Somehow they manage never to sample me the same things twice, and often they remember to ask me how I've liked a particular product I've purchased. Lush is an awesome company with awesome products that I now find myself unable to live without, but if you have the opportunity, visit Lush inside the Galleria Mall. This lush trumps all others in the DFW area. I am new to this whole lush game, have only ever received lush products as gifts, but have recently decided to change up my skin care regime. When I walked in to this location it was large, clean, and less overwhelming than the north park location. I was immediately greeted and helped by a VERY knowledgeable sales associate, Maria. She assessed every concern and knew her product very well. Ever question I had was answered and then some! I received a full demonstration of over 4 products on my face and even more advice on the products that would benefit my skin the most! I ended up purchasing all but one product that she showed me and she fixed up samples for 3 of the products I was on the fence about. Shouldn't I get a "First" for being the first urbane guy to review this? I was there only for a present, not for myself, since the flowery smells lassoed me into the store. The service was great. They actually, after I requested, hand wrote the instructions on how to use the foot soap, like a pharmacist, onto the small bag, since someone else was to receive the gift. They package up the products like presents, which saves me time on gift wrapping. I would recommend this place for gift ideas, especially bundling it up with other small gifts, like chocolate, cigars, etc. read more

Always find amazing products here, I love the skincare products and bubble bars. I've been buying them for years. Only giving this location 3 stars though as the last time I was here, only a few days ago, an employee made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable. I understand the employees are trained to give above and beyond customer service but I and my friend shopping with me have never been made so uncomfortable by a store employee before. After having our conversations interrupted three times, this particular employee asked what was in our bags and then reached for them asking to smell the products. When we politely declined she immediately followed us to another part of the store and said "no really let me smell what you got, i'm nosy!" I have never seen my poor shy friend so uncomfortable in the years of knowing her, and when she actually turned to walk away, the employee stepped around in front of her. No problem with trying to go above and beyond with your customer service but come on lady - learn some social cues. My friend was so uncomfortable she didn't want to make a purchase. read more

All Lush stores require excellent customer service from their staff, so the shop girls were typical Lush employees albeit a bit forced. Sure they were nice enough but they were fake. Sorry to say it but they were. I have been shopping at Lush since before they were in the US and love their product, this review is for the particular shop and not the product. My big pretty peeve... they were completely out of fresh face masks. How do you run out of EVERY single fresh mask? Poor inventory control is how. After the women made their initial welcoming spiel we were ignored. I stood their completely puzzled at their new products and nobody talked to me. Hmmm. As in they talked to the family next to me but I had to flag them down to ask them. Seems like no big deal, or that I may have high expectations; but that is what I have come to expect from other Lush locations particularly in Houston. One thing about the product that I don't like, they changed the packaging for Angels on bare skin. So now you are forced to buy too much product. We entered the store and found many interesting products, but I'm leaving this review in order to acknowledge two very amazing employees: Megan & Natasha from Lush in the Galleria Mall in Texas. I've worked with b2c companies before and I was quite impressed with the professionalism, product knowledge, and appropriate brand fit exhibited by these two employees.
