The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful :) Since I only had a week or so left during my stay I decided to just get soaps for myself and loved ones. There are so many options and there was a good deal of 5 for $25! I must say the Hawaiian breeze was my ultimate favorite that I even brought a bar back home in MI with me (Sorry to my local soap lady, but she doesn't make that one!) The lavender was so nice as well. Ahh I just love locally handmade soaps!

From a professional aspect, this company operates on a 5 star level with timeliness, professionalism, and and obvious devotion to their customer's needs. Whatever you need- they make it happen and exceed any expectations one has. The products... Oh my my, the PRODUCTS!! While I haven't tried them ALL, I most certainly plan to, as everything I've tried/bought is fantastic! The bb cream gives my skin a flawless glow (sometimes I just wear that as my day time look), and the Vitamin C peel seems to magically preserve my youth (no more Botox). The makeup feels like butter and actually LASTS. I could go on and on!! Bottom line- this company has all the elements needed for it to be a success, and I'd recommend it to everyone in a heart beat. Thank you VPCosmetics-you ROCK!!

Ordering from Soap Hope makes you feel good inside. It's as simple as that. My favorite products are the zum bars. I use them as both soap and air freshener (that's right, these things will make your car, locker, bathroom... or pretty much anything else smell amazing). The following scents are some of my favorites but I really don't think there's a bad scent in the bunch: Frankincense & Myrrh, Dragon's Blood, Sandalwood-Citrus and Frankincense-Patchouli. I should also mention another reason to love Soap Hope is they send free samples with your order. AND you get an "ugly box" which in my opinion is one of the cutest things ever. I originally planned to make just one rollerball perfume, but I ended up creating two because I couldn't choose between all the incredible scents. I'm completely obsessed with how they turned out! You have someone helping you out throughout the process because there is some calculation involved when it's time to add the jojoba oil and that helped a lot. You can even buy the scents they have without mixing to create something custom! All perfumes are oil based so they last all day! Since my first visit, I've gone back to pick up gifts for friends, and I'm already planning another workshop. The atmosphere is welcoming, the experience is fun and creative, and you leave with something that's completely unique to you. I highly recommend Malibu Apothecary if you're looking for a memorable experience or a thoughtful gift idea.
